We had the abnormal issue of having to wait three months for a headlight to actually be made because none existed in a parts warehouse in the world. Nonetheless the folks at Frontier were so courteous and professional. The work they did on the vehicle looks like nothing ever happened. This is the second repair I had to have this month. I had minor rear damage as victim of a hit and run while parked that Frontier fixed. Looked like new! Fast forward two weeks and I was hit in an intersection. Right back to Frontier. This time my front end was totally smashed. I was doubtful it could be fixed because my car suffered pretty bad damage. Frontier delivered my car repaired and looking good as new. And even cleaner and shiner than I bought it in 😁. Customer service was top notch. The ladies are friendly and helpful.

This is the second time I have used Frontier and I have been extremely happy both times!! First time my daughter was rear ended and needed a whole new bumper!! What a fantastic job they did with the repair. You never could tell it was hit. Fast forward to my car being scraped as it was parked on the street . Older gentleman scraped the front left side side panel and trimming over the front drivers side trimming practically pulled off and scratched front lower panel. Got the car back as good as new!!! Highly recommend this place.

Be aware this company. My car got robbed after they towed my car. !!! I went to their towing garage after finished 4 hours check up at hospital, I see My car got lobbed. they said their surveillance camera did not cover the location where my car parked. I have report to police but until now I did not get any answer. Nobody take care of your property. they just take advantage when you have accident.

Made the photo inspection process quick and easy. Will be back for other vehicle needs.

Today I had the opportunity to visit this establishment for an insurance photo inspection, unfortunately I was initially attended by Danielle who apparently was in a bad mood as the customer service she provided was far from desirable.I was then attended by INGRID who was super attentive and friendly in solving everything related to my car. I give her five stars for the service I received. That said, Ingrid, Thank you very much for your attention and professionalism. As for Danielle, I think she would benefit from a courtesy class to polish up her customer service experience.

Great quality work and very professional

I have had 3 of my Jeeps worked on at Frontier Collision. 2 previously and one is there right now. I would never go anywhere else to have my cars worked on. Unlike the few people who seem to have had a bad experience I have to wonder about what the missing details are because my experience there is all good. I highly recommend this shop for the fine work they do, the courteous caring staff who are all very attentive, and the hotter than holy hell mechanic who always knows how to fix any problems quite efficiently!

My rear window on my M4 convertible broke and I came to frontier to drop my car off. Bobby was such an amazing person, he even offered to drive me home himself when I came to drop my car. Daniele was super assertive and kept me informed throughout the whole process and was super sweet. This will be my go to body shop from now on!

I got into an accident and was sent here by my insurance company. The job turned out excellent. You couldnt tell the car was hit. Would definitely recommend to come here if you need any body work.

I did use frontier a few months ago in 2019. Frontier collision does have very skilled workers, however management not so much. Owner bob is a jerk. Did not seem to have any disciplinary measures of restraining his disrespect onto other people inside the building as I witnessed. My car however came out perfect when it was worked on a few months ago. The workers deserve the credit here. The management needs improvement.

Ive had my photo inspection done for different cars over the years and there is this one nasty girl there who for some reason always overlooks me I thought she didnt like black people until my husband came in after me and she ignored me completely when she finished talking to a coworker she addressed him immediately so I guess she just isnt fond of women she has done that on at least 4 separate occasions two of her coworkers expressed that she does that to women......that is definitely a problem. I like it there because other than her and her attitude its a comfortable atmosphere and they get it done quickly.

I had my entire Car painted and some minor body work done and the work was excellent. Everyone from the person who wrote up my estimate Mr. Bob B. to Ingrid the office manager and last but not least Ben. Eveyone acted very professional and caring and I will recommend this business to everyone. I gave 5 stars because frontier is one of the best around!

Frontier Collision is a CLASS ACT from start to finish. They do an Amazingly PERFECT A++++ auto body. I can not say enough about the quality, service, price, turnaround, and outcome. It was quick and simple to drop off- they put you in a enterprise rent a car straightaway while they work with the appraiser to figure out the pricing with almost no involvement from me. No need to go all over the place- just give these auto body magicians your keys and sit back and relax. My car was returned showroom new with a awesome full on shine. The paint matched flawlessly and the lines on the places that were replaced were dead-on like new. They even took care of a minor dings I had which was not covered. Their customer service are the pros pro so professional and beyond helpful. It was returned in a short week cleaned inside and out. I did not at all expect it to look so fabulous. The car was garage kept while repaired. I would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks for doing such an Amazing job Frontier Collision!!

I have had my car repaired here on several occasions and the people at Frontier are so accommodating and organized. I would never take my car anyplace else. The work they do on your car is great. They will tow your car to their shop and set you up with a rental before you go home!

Nothing but positive things to say about Frontier. I had my car fixed there after being hit. I spoke with Chris who was very professional and considerate of my situation. Customer service, communication and quality were all top notch. I highly recommend them!!

I would not recommend this shop for your auto body repair. My bumper repair required 2 extensions through insurance and it took over a week longer than the original estimate. Throughout the process nobody reached out to me to give me updates on my repair and I had to call multiple times/leave messages to get updates. On the day I went to pick up my car I had to wait an hour in the shop because they forgot to do some finishing touches/documentation. My repair went well, however the process was very delayed and there was no communication with true customer.

Got rear ended on my way to work. Got a recommendation from a friend to go to Frontier. Very glad I did!! The damage is fixed and my car looks better then when I bought it!

They fixed me mirror when it got hit off twice and did my inspection for my insurance with both cards fast service.

Five stars for frontier collision in Hempstead. Had a minor accident and went to one place and he wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for something I thought was minor. A family member recommended going to see Benny at frontier collision and I was glad I did. Amazingly friendly and upfront with all the work and his price was much better than the other body shop . Very happy with the work. Dropped off the car Thursday and it was ready last night (Friday ). I couldnt pick it up Saturday and it wasnt an issue for the shop. Quick turn around and great service . Highly recommend this body shop !

Do not get your car repaired here! I never once was called with an update and when I called I was usually told I call you back in 15 mins and then never heard from them. It took 50 days to get my car back and when I got it back it was given back to me with taped key and died in my drive way the next day. Then when I got it back the second time it still had all tires pressure lights on, automatic doors not working correctly and the frame was still bent! Insurance ended up retotalling my car because of how bad the repair was!

My Geico insurance recommended this business when I got into an accident. Everyone from beginning to end was warm and kind, diligent and communicative. They were right on top of the situation and took control.The transition to get a rental was very smooth since Enterprise was on site. I left my car feeling secure despite of the stressful, traumatic accident I just went through.

I was pleased at first based on the speedy repairs but that’s when I realized why the repairs were done so fast. They did a horrible job on the inside. When I opened my trunk, you can hear glass and debris sliding down inside of the trunk. The bumpers weren’t aligned properly at all, you could see the gapping. I had to take it to a second body shop to fix the repairs Frontier Collision did. Will never go back.

They Rip people off and lady behind the receptionist desk is rude and racist. Owner Bobb is also a fat rude jerk. There work is below average with top class prices. Do not go there.

A guy called Michael that works here is very rude and impolite towards customer. They DO NOT take card for towing fee， and rediclusly charging for 2 days towing fee within 24 hours, aviod this place if you can. Thank you.

Usually when you are a repeating customer, you expect to get better or similar service than the first time. Well, unfortunately I got the impression that I was more of an annoyance than a loyal customer especially through my interaction with the white lady at the front desk and some dude, whose name I dont care to remember, who assisted me. It took them 7 days to fixe the car and no one bothered to return my phone call where I inquired about an estimated repair time. Even when the car was ready, I had to call to get that information. And, to make matters worse, the car was returned to me all dirty (they cleaned it the first time)... The repair itself was ok. I was not wowed at all. Long story short, they have lost any future businesses from me or from any of my friends or families.

Tow truck driver was very nice.But that was about it was told one thing by one person and when i came back no one knew what i was talking.nobody cared.. the response i got was call the dvm and see what they tell you..after they junked my car with my plate on my car.no one bothered to even call

Brought my car in to be serviced on August 14, 2016 today is November 4, 2016 and the car is still not repaired. There is no excuse for the run around and total incompetence of this shop. I got three calls telling me to come over the car is ready and when we got there they said they still needed parts and were sorry. I am so very sorry I did not listen to my insurance company and have my car towed somewhere else. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Shadiest business around. Will intentionally lose things are try to overcharge you in anyway possible. Never met a more dishonest business in my life. I hope I never have to deal with a company like this again.
