Was passing through on day 15 of a 30 day ride from Chicago when one of my aftermarket highway pegs came apart. Luckily I was able to find all the parts. We were able to get to this dealership where I met Randy in service and explained my problem. He said, “Let’s go out and take a look.” He was able to take the other side off to see where everything went. He saw that the design of the pegs were flawed and said it needed some Loctite. He went inside and within a few minutes he came back with it all fixed. He installed it for me and said I was good to go. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing! What great customer service for out-of-state travelers!! THANKS RANDY!!!

They were very knowledge able about there products, they were able to answer all out questions and let us test drive a few of there models to make sure we purchase the right one for us. There accessories and parts department were fast and east to deal with, and got us all out accessories for out side by side.

I recently purchased a 2020 Polaris Rzr xp4 1000. I was very careful to follow the break in instructions provided to me by HCC but unfortunately after less than 100 miles the belt blew on the machine. To clarify further, we had not had this machine on a real trail ride yet at all. The 100 miles on it were put on the dirt roads around our house and some pavement. As per HCC recommendations we did variate our speed up and down and did not go over 50 MPH on any roads. We were also very careful to be in low when going slow. HCC told us that belts were not covered under warranty and not only charged us full price for the belt but also charged us $90 labor for the 20 minutes it took the tech to change the belt. I called Ron, our salesmen back and explained to him the situation and how this belt must have been weak or bad from the beginning as we hadnt had the chance to even use the machine off road yet. Ron made it very clear this was not HCCs problem and they werent interested in helping out whatsoever. I even had said that I would have been satisfied if they sold us the belt at full price but didnt charge labor for the swap but they were not willing to do that either. I am extremely disappointed in the service we received after the sale as they made it clear they no longer cared about us. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your motorsports needs.

There were 2 men behind counter and heard a man and women in back. Was there about 10 min. and not one person offered assistence. No customer service made my decision for me. Went to competitor with great customer service and bought 2020 Suzuki ATV and snow plow/winch.

Mitch and his group of employees are top-notch always willing to help will find you the correct part you need if they dont have it theyll order it its there in a timely manner and their shop is top-notch.

I have purchased a number of power toys new and used over the years here. Just purchased two new Kawasaki dirt bikes a couple days ago. The sales department is always friendly and helpful with questions. The parts department is usually pretty good too depending on who is working that day.

Customer service was excellent people are really nice and if you have any kind of major like a oil change or something just make sure you call ahead and set up appointment

Helena Polaris dealer is on the decline.... couldn’t even find records of work on my rs1 and did not want to install clutch kit ... guy from service department was very rude and unprofessional... Called Kurts Polaris. In Missoula no problem for them ? Take your business out of town this dealer (Helena) is a joke

I own a ATV. I have found in order to have my ATV serviced, or to get parts for it, or maintenance... That this is the place to go. They are always helpful and seem to always have what I need on hand. Great service! They are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Way over priced in every way, but can get what u need fixed for that high price. Guess it pays to be the only bike repair place in town. I always say make a profit, but never make a Killin.

If these guys dont have what you need in stock they can order it. Within reason they can get almost anything. Things cost a little bit more than buying it online, but you get good customer experience and service.

The service department did fine work in ordering the correct parts and completing timely service on my Honda motorcycle. Their showroom looks pretty good and it appears they have a nice selection of equipment and gear available. I will certainly make them my home shop for future needs.

Had the pads and parts I needed

We have gone here a couple of times to get our dirt bike tire changed over. Every time they have been rude but they were cheap so we kept going. Today I went in for my husband and told them to just switch the tire over it had a new tube on it so it was fine. I pick it up and he tells me they replaced he tube as well. I asked why and he said because they pinched the tube while changing it over. I was obviously upset that this happened and that they charged me for their mistake but I paid for it and told him I was upset, he then decided to have attitude and slam the receipt down and says oh well. Later telling my husband about what happened and how rude they were to me, he goes back in requesting a refund for the tube seeing as it was their mistake. They were rude to him and made up a million excuses like the trash had already come so they can’t prove that the tube was pinched and what not. Basically by the end they implied if you don’t like it don’t come back! We won’t be going back there... if you go be warned they will try to rip you off for their mistakes!

My Goldwing broke down on a 3000 mile long trip, these guys went out of there way to get me on the road again. They came in early the next day (on there day off) and had me back on my trip. Even took me to the rental car place to get a car for the day. Thanks Mitch!!!Amazing customer service.

Usually have the part Im looking for. Their service department is easy to work with and punctual. They cater more to dirt bikes and quads than street bikes, so they dont have a lot street oriented gear.

I brought my motorcycle in for its 600 mile maintenance. When I arrived after being told thr work was complete, I specifically asked if they checked the valve clearance. I was told no, the tech then came up and said that doesnt need to be done for thousands and thousands of miles. I accepted his answer, but decided to check my owners manual, and I was correct, valves are supposed to be checked at 600 miles, then 4k, 8k, and finally every 8k miles. I give 3 stars because I was only charged for the work done, but Im disappointed that they didnt truly complete the job that I brought it in for.

Bought a Honda new and had dealer install winch, snow plow and grip heaters. Less than a month of owning it started blowing 20amp accessory fuse. The only things wired to the ACC circuit were dealer installed items. Talked to my sales rep Ron and he said Bring the unit in. I immediately brought in and 5 days later they said could not find a problem. This past winter the unit blew fuse after fuse. Took it back in and was informed Id have to pay for repairs. They said we have no record of you bringing the unit in before. Sales guy was sitting within earshot and said nothing. Service rep was not customer friendly.Long story short- I got ripped over $400 for either faulty dealer installed products or shoddy install. Apparently its consumers responsibility to ensure dealer keeps records of service done. I paid for problems that started with less than 2 hours on the atv.Will never buy or use this place again. Ever. Was going to buy an ATV for my wife- not here, no way.

While traveling across the western US on my Goldwing, I developed a problem with my rear tire. The service department at Helena Cycle Center quickly replaced the faulty valve stem and got me back on the road. I cannot thank them enough!

Worst customer service Ive ever received in Helena, i own a Kawasaki kx125 and according to Kawasaki they are the local dealers but the guy at the counter acted like he had never seen a Kawasaki before. i asked only a couple questions and the response that i received was i dont know not the type of response one would expect to receive from a parts dealer. i wasnt offered any type of customer service or options or opinions anything woulda helped but the only answer i got was i dont know thanks Helena cycle thanks for the terrible service.
