I just moved in here, so far its good. Its under new management by 406Properties and they seem to have their stuff together. The one bedroom units are very spacious. The leasing agent even inspected everything with us beforehand to make sure it was in working order. You have to use a key card to get into the building and security cameras are even installed throughout the complex. Its located in the rim of downtown and alot of cool places can be walked to with ease. You also get a parking space with an outlet if you wish to use a block heater for your vehicle. The only cons I can think of is there are a couple of other tenants that smoke in their rooms and it stinks up the hallways.

Over all Looked like a nice place to rent you must contact rental company there are nice and helpful .longer bits less important .What happened to me and why Im not renting from them I dont know.I dont know what happened about what seemed like progress in the end.Then nothing ? why no return call explaining what had happened? I have received nothing in reply after all the help that was given .This is the same thing that happened everywhere else also .it is why I was left in a position to ask for someone to work with me to go the extra mile to help .. I believe I got great help that most possible future property management wouldnt do . by the way Im still homeless and lost my ability to afford housing. But that is a review saved for others, if and when I figure this out and why it was happening.

The security, werent there past couple years, upgraded well dont know when but it save me, great place, rocky computer group waa great help with PC 197 work, charter was well, ya I dont make sense its a brain thing, but if u look real close, done rambling, new to reviews. Cops block away, Lieutenant or captain Tanner goto guy if have issues, well off to post more reviews.

Apartments are adequate, management is biased and judgemental

Bed bugs. Landlord is a slum lord. Treats tenants like garbage. Calls them liers when they report things broken or if they get bed bugs.

Needs work. Has bed bugs in some units

Had to check on a friend and found out four friends had died there in the last month!

Look at top reviews and there other reviews, then look at bottom peoples reviews with random no comment just 5 star reviews and decide for yourself.

No contact number, no leasing office in building.
