Overall a great place to shop. Seems like they are having the same issues as every other place. Lack of employees. 1 Lane open makes your stop a little longer if stuck behind a large cart.

Had everything I was looking for. Lines were a little long and prices a little higher than some of the other grocery stores. It was also a little difficult to get any help from employees when I needed a question answered. All in all not a bad place to shop though.

Josh my man was fast, friendly and overall the best interaction Ive had with anyone in this town in over a week. And this man even put the chicken in its own bag. We will make sure to be back around this time every week. 8pm on Tuesday. 11/10

While traveling from out of state we needed to pick up some snacks for our road trip. I used Google maps to locate a nearby grocery store, and this location was convenient because it was between our restaurant and Airbnb. It has a good selection of items and although some prices seemed a little higher than home, there were sales on several items that we ended up purchasing. I have to mention our cashier, Jodi, who was about to go on her lunch break but was so chipper youd think she just started her workday. Certainly a bright spot for two tired travelers!

This store was clean and bright inside. I was impressed with the great variety of products available. The staff were friendly outgoing and helpful folks quite different from those Im used to in Connecticut! Might just be a Montana thing but I could get used to it.

This place has the best French bread and potato salad that Ive ever had. Fun friendly staff definitely makes visiting there much nicer as well

Great sales but am still blown away with their by one get one free on top sirloin which was som of the best steak Ive ever cooked, thanks Albertsons

Today is Sunday September 26th and I went into Albertsons (as I do everyday) to grab some things and the blonde lady at the end register was so rude and didnt even greet any of the customers going through her line including me.She acted as though she was put off that she had to wait on customers. I will be driving across town to Vans grocery store from now on so she can have less to do.

Typical shopping trip for me at Albertsons. Pretty much know where everything is that I normally buy. Makes for a quick trip. Still had the mask required sign which makes me happy.

Best food in helena , great deals and savings on a regular basis. Bakery has donuts 🍩 😋

Great teller service every time. Its just more expensive than Winco, Super 1 Foods, and Safeway. Small produce section. Convenient location on the way out of town.

Produce is so fresh. I found everything I needed and then some. Im happy they carry such a great variete of chinese cooking and Italian olives.

Store was ok but checker was not courteous, had to wait even though Lane was open because he was doing personal business during work time more concerned about his time off then customers in the store. Never even thanked us for shopping at their grocer very rude will probably think twice about ever going back there.

This particular Albertsons is pretty much my go to for groceries anymore. They have a pretty stellar baked goods section with some pretty amazing peanut butter cup cookies to go with my morning coffee. The cream cheese stuffed jalapenos cooked in a frying pan on a 600 degree grill for 15 minutes,wow!.... give those a try. If they are out of em in the produce section, find Sam and hell make some for you while you shop. The guys in the meat department in the back know their stuff and will thin slice up some tender steak for your fajitas. While the prices may not be as low as the Arkansas giant up the road, the service and selection make up for it. Easy to get in and out and the staff is friendly, its hard to beat this Albertsons.

Some cashiers are moody and dont even talk to you. Terrible customer service. Also if youre trying to get in an out I wish you luck because them cashiers are slower then sloths. Not coming back.

Safety protocols being followed. Courteous. Easily located everything on my list and as leaving, was handed my phone, which I had forgotten in my cart! Service with a smile and beyond!

Amazing store had what I was looking for

The people at the Fee Street Albertsons are great. The store has a good variety of foods. The meat department is clean and they have a good amount of fish and shellfish. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and well displayed. The deli fried chicken is awesome Theres a nice selection of wines and you can buy lottery tickets too.

I definitely like the store but literally every time I go in, the cash registers are not set to match the digital coupons. Like yesterday, tag said $5.99 just for you, register and online said $6.99. I honestly would not have grabbed 3 at 6.99. I had a meeting, otherwise I would have gone back.

The cashier was straight up awful to an elderly man in front of us. She got frustrated with him and tossed his bagged food to the side. She made us cut him in line because he was taking too long to finish.After checking my family out she passed me a receipt and said “Have a great day!... or not.” Receipt reference # 64001629070 5/24I tried to call in to report to a manager but there was not one on duty.

Super clean grocery store. Excellent meat and fish department. Very nice clerks. Parking is good unless you go during peak hours. Generally, after work, around 4-5pm is busy.

The Albertsons on Fee street is just a great little grocery store. They have wonderful meat, produce, and deli departments. Their cashiers are always happy and helpful. I will go out of my way to go to this Albertsons.

The fact that their express line says 10 items or FEWER (not less) makes my heart happy.Use your Safeway club card here to get deals, or the cashiers will gladly apply ad coupons to your order if you hate cards. But us3 the card for the gas discounts.Full service meat counter. Good in-store bakery.

Good grocery store a little cramp

This Little Albertsons on 11th Ave is one of my favorite. Its on my way to work and I stop in on Monday mornings to get my weekly munchies. The staff is very courteous, friendly and they remember their customers. Always pleased with their sales and I especially like it when I save more than I spent.

I dont remember coming here, though, it would be nice if Google gave the location when going through the places I visited and coming back on here a few months later to review.

Some of the friendliest people work there and they are so helpful. No long lines when waiting to check out.

Im not a fan of this location. 3 separate visits and 3 different staff members have been completely rude to me and my family. Store desperately needs a remodel and a deep cleaning. Looks dingy and old. Its quite a small store compared to their sister stores and as long as you catch the staff on a good day, youre fine. I try to go to Safeway as much as possible to avoid this store.

Friendly staff. Store could use a good cleaning and some curb appeal upgrade. Unfortunately the high schoolers and homeless congregate in parking lot. Lots of vandalism to vehicles and the police or the company will do nothing to stop it. I refuse to shop at this location because my vehicle was vandalized while in their lot!

This particular Albertsons is very sub- standard in comparison to the other location in town and in comparison to all other grocery stores in helena.

Very clean even late at night. Picked up a fresh cut fruit platter and it was perfect! Friendly staff at the till, couldnt ask for better help.

5 Star Employees gave Great customer service today! There were only a small number of shoppers so only two registers were open. I got to the check out with my 10 items. I was behind 2 people with full carts in both checkouts! I figured I would be standing awhile. Then, out of nowhere, another checker appears and takes me through! She reopened one of the closed registers just for me!

I enjoyed the store for the 2nd time since moving to Montana. I thought a little pricey on some items, but liked the discounts I did get. Guess I just need to get use to prices all over and learn new names and foods In time.
