I go to Precision Embroidery whenever I need something monogrammed. They always make sure every stitch is perfect.

Will never go back and do not recommend this place. I was quoted a different price over the phone and when it came time to paying, I was charged almost $10.00 more. They also made a mistake on the uniforms I bought and tried to charge me for it.

Kind and courteous staff. I always get a straightforward answer and I always get the highest quality products. There are so many options here from scrubs, to embroidery, to heat press. If you are looking to get stockings done for Christmas, make sure you come in well before Thanksgiving. And if youre wanting to get anything done for Christmas come in mid October or before, because they fill up fast.

I go to precision for all of my personal and business items. I love the options offered! I know I can count on the owners to do what they think would look best while incorporating my ideas! I have not tried screen printing although I would definitely love the opportunity and I know I will always go here! I highly recommend this business for the price, the quality, and the super friendly service!

Angie and the staff at Precision Embroidery are excellent! My staff and I get most of our scrubs there because they let you try the scrubs on before you buy them. They have special ordered items for me in the past and if its not what I want, they gladly return it. Great customer service. These guys went over and above! While in Helena I came up with a last minute idea for my husbands anniversary present, an embroidered jacket. I was leaving for home on Sunday and called them on Wednesday to see if it was possible. They went out of their way to make sure it was finished by Friday, (designed the logo and everything) and the jacket looks fantastic! Thanks to the Precision Embroidery Team, wouldnt go anywhere else!!

The worst place ever. They do not return your calls, or emails! Had to physically go in after they had them a month past the due date. And they still didnt have a thing done. It was only 5 jackets!!
