I would absolutely 100% recommend By George! I am getting married in October and I would post pictures but, its my wedding dress. Anyway, Dedra is outstanding! She took her hard work and quality time making sure that my dress was perfect and it is! The pricing is very good as well! Most people may find that keeping a dress for 3 weeks is bad but not me. Not at all! She put her love and care into it to make sure it was perfect and I will forever go to her whenever I need anything altered! Thank you!

They just fixed a dress with a rip in it for my wife along with a zipper problem. It turned out perfectly. Theyre a small family owned business, but offer a lot of services. This is about the third time they have done alterations for us and weve been very satisfied. Their business offers more than alterations such as sign printing and other items.

Dedra and Adam are great to work with. I had about 8 shirts and a jacket embroidered with my companys info. A year later the work still looks brand new. Couldnt be happier with the quality and value. The turn around was very quick and their service is excellent!

They were able to customize two different patterns for our family reunion. The t-shirts were a huge hit! Staff was awesome and didn’t complain that they had to ship to Oregon!

Have used them for several things. They altered my daughters dress for a banquet and did a PERFECT job! We have ordered banners and they looked great!!!! If you need shirts printed, they are who you need to call. We used them for our band field show shirts and they turned out so cute! You will not find better customer service around and they are so wonderful about supporting and giving back to our schools and community!!

There are many reasons for this 1 star-1. When I walked in to drop off my bridesmaid dress, the woman said, “Oh what high school do you go to?” And I informed her that I had a college degree and was not going to prom.2. They had my dress for 3 weeks.3. They never called to tell me my dress was ready like they said they would.4. When I went to pick it up and tried it on, the straps weren’t taken up enough, but with it being the week of the wedding, I have to deal with it.5. She initially wanted to charge me $100!!! There was never an estimate given, and she said that was my fault because I never asked how much it would cost.6. I ended up paying $80.This place is a rip off, and instead of owning up to anything, the woman blamed me for not asking for an estimate. This was a very expensive learning experience for me, and I will never go back to this place.

This place is fantastic and they really take their time to make sure they get your order correct. The owners are very kind and accommodating.

I would give By George 10 stars if I could, I had a tricky situation being in two weddings back to back in Kentucky. I was only returning back to Alabama one day in between weddings and was running late to pick up my second dress, the owner stayed an hour past close just to make sure I got my dress. That is customer service!!! Not to mention the hem was perfect! 10 stars!

This guy is no good, if you call about your order and it isnt done he gets mad. (turns out he didnt bother doing them after he told us 2 weeks). He said our order was too difficult becuase we had to have more than one conversation about the design.It was a super simple design....

Told the person to tailor suit with 32 inch inseam. They cut too much and it is 29 inch inseam. They have ruined $400 dollar Michael Kors suit. Will never ever use this place again!
