I received my hat yesterday in the mail put it on this morning and the fourosix embroidered sticker fell off. Im left with a black hat.(update) I was contacted by the company and they are sending me a new hat. Thanks for standing behind your products and making it right.

Cool stuff

Went in today and had wonderful customer service from the young lady working. She was very helpful, engaging, and very nice. We went into another shop in the same area and had terrible customers service, so it was great to have her awesome customer servics.

Not sure why its described as ski shop, its just a clothing store. And an expensive one at that! The fairly generic Montana themed designs are not worth the high price.
