Walked into this store during a lunch stop. We were driving through on a road trip. We wanted a simple wooden sign with our family name and Road Trip to use later on in the road trip when we get to canada. We walked in and proposed our idea and at first they said they couldnt do it, but after chatting for a while they agreed to make us this simple wooden sign. It was finished in under an hour and was BEAUTIFUL. Exceeded our expectations and was priced beyond fairly. I really appreciate this business and the skill of the employees. Thank you!

Bad! I went in on a Monday and spoke to the owner saying I needed a banner by that Wednesday. He was wonderful and easy to work with and quoted me $75.00 for the job. I called the next day to say I still hadnt received a print of the final product so I could ensure it was what I wanted so I called, to prompt the print being sent to me. They sent me a print on Tuesday morning and said it would be ready by Tuesday night, not mentioning this was a rushed job. When I got to the store I was handed a bill for $105.00 and explained that I was quoted, verbally, less. The woman I spoke to became very annoyed and spoke to me rudely saying thats why they dont do verbal quotes and said the owner calculated it wrong. She then changed the bill to $85.00. I decided this was still unethical and went back to the store asking for the $10.00, she did refund it but was so angered by this that she followed me out and glared at me as I got in my car and as she walked across in front of me! Nothing short of SCARY!

Great service! They beat their competitors price! Would go with Signs Now in the future!

Makes promises to customers and employees they cannot keep. Very poor place to work.
