The owner is very nice. Very accommodating. Very professional. There are things there are very expensive but well worth it. They have a huge selection of kitchen utensils you probably couldnt find it many other stores and its probably the only store in Helena, Montana that you can get a specialty items like those. They have really nice stuff in a lot of it most everything Ive seen is Earth friendly.

Good customer service especially from the owner! They have very unique items. If youre looking for a gift its a great place to go! They have so many cooking utensils and so many neat things you would never find anywhere else. You should check it out if you havent yet.

Great Ma and Pa kitchen supplies shop. They sell high quality stuff you cant find in other stores in town. Very open to exchanges and refunds if the non perishable item you buy isnt what youre looking for or doesnt live up to expectations. The hours posted are the minimum business hours; oftentimes, as a small family business, they open sooner and closer later than advertised. If they dont have it, they have many top notch kitchen supply catalogs, and will order it for you.

Stuff!! Stuff!! So much stuff, you never knew you needed! Every nook and cranny filled with every baking need you can imagine. A really good selection of wines from around the world - including Montana! A very good selection of tea (also including Montana!) and tea prep things. Well worth a visit!

I recently was looking for a very specific kitchen item (pizza stone) and called Pan Handler to see if they had any in stock. John told me they had a few w different prices. The next day I ran over and was thrilled w the selection. I was able to find the perfect one at the right price. The customer service is always top notch!

From chef to home cook, this place is Disneyland. They have everything from A to Z, and then some. Staff very helpful. Only complaint would be the prices. However, you do pay for what you get and thats quality. No China junk here. Will go back again and again (live just five minutes from here). 😊😊😊

Great place for high-quality kitchen tools and gadgets. Not only are they likely to have the exact gadget youre looking for, theyre also likely to have a range of different models. If they dont have precisely what you want, they can usually order it for you. It may be a little more expensive than some of the big box stores around town, but its well worth it in view of their excellent service and high quality of the merchandise.

This is the best store in town for chefs and professional cooks and anyone else looking for a great selection of kitchen supplies. They have a great wine selection too. I just love this place, the location and the inventory. They have multiple various kitchen and dining products and all sorts of cool little gadgets. The gal that helped us recently was superb. She explained everything to me, took her time and directed me to the best products for my needs. She also didnt try to push the most expensive product on me. She answered all my questions openly and honestly. For this trip, my big buy was the French made sauté pan with lid by Cuisinart. Yes I could have ordered it from amazon for $20 bucks less but for $20 Id much rather by local and receive great personal service.

My new husband and I used Pan Handler for our wedding registry, and I cant recommend it enough!! We were both clueless where to start, and going to a big box store with a scanner to pick things at random seemed pretty overwhelming. When we went to Pan Handler, the owner, Billie, patiently walked us through the store section by section and gave us advice. Billie clearly has expert knowledge of her inventory, and was able to make realistic suggestions for the current size of our home and our cooking skill levels. I am thrilled with everything we received! I know we will use it all, and the quality of the gifts is excellent. While our family members were apprehensive about not having an option to purchase items online, we heard nothing but positive feedback from them about their interactions with Billie, John, and the rest of her staff that occurred via phone and email. Finally, Billie made it easy for us to exchange any items that werent exactly right, and her staff wrapped each gift beautifully. Using Pan Handler for your gift registry is something you wont regret-- we loved the personal service and the opportunity to support a fantastic local store.
