The staff at Eagle gave me the best customer experience I have ever had at a tire shop. Got 4 tires and a spare for my horse trailer, at the best price around, with installation. Assistant mgr came out to pick up and drop off my trailer even, 10 miles out of town! And they did the brakes and packed the bearings as well, at a very reasonable cost. Would recommend them to anyone!

I always go here for my oil changes and whenever I need a tire change. Theyre awesome! One time I had a flat tire, turned out to be a chunk of metal and they patched it and sent me on my way, no charge! Theyre super fast too!

They was really busy and was under alot of pressure to get vehicles moving through, the front girls were able to multitask between lobby and phones while making sure to keep the line rolling for fast service they did an amazing job and I will gladly take my business back to them.

We used to go to Tire Rama but our experience there everytime was horrible. Everyone was suggesting we go to Eagle tire and we are so happy we did. Both times we have gone there has been awesome. They get our tires done very quickly and their prices are the best. We will definitely be returning.

Have been coming to Eagle Tire and Auto for the last six years, my father years before that. They always take such great care of us--and I live in Missoula. Most recently, I blew out my clutch on the way to Christmas. I had the truck towed there on Christmas Eve, and the first day they were open after the holiday, I was on the phone with them in the morning, receiving the best, most reasonable quote to replace the clutch. I would drive over from Missoula just to have this team work on my old Toyota any day of the week.

Great people to consult with with you have questions about tires and vehicle maintenance.The folks answering the phones however are something entirely else, rushed and not very friendly on the phone. Called in with a question and the guy said ‘I don’t know’, next thing I know, I was listening to hold music.

They swapped out my broken tail light for a very reasonable price without an appointment. Very kind and helpful. Will seek them out for my next oil change.

Good for tires but I dont recommend going there for repairs if you have a $60 diagnostics I can tell you the diagnostics wont be very long spent in determining what you need its a shotgun attempt at fixing the car otherwise the place is good always have great prices on tires and good service for tires good customer service just for tires though

I have had lots of issues with customer service here, and they can be very rude and unhelpful. They do not want to staff the front room with more than 1 person at a time and sometimes you have to wait 20-30 minutes before anyone shows up. They need to prioritize customers and I have had a lot of frustration with Eagle Tire.

Its hard to even give them a one star. Brought my car in to get all season tires in my vehicle. After picking up my vehicle I noticed they had ran there tire machine through my rim. I returned to the shop and the technician took my information down and said they would replace it. Awesome! I was happy. Two weeks passed and NOTHING. So, I called them. They said they had no clue what was going on. Took my information again. Once again, they said itll be there in a week. STILL NOTHING!!! It has been over a month since I was in there. I will never go back nor will I send business there!!! Terrible terrible experience with them!!!

I called Eagle Tire after a different shop said it would be a 4hr wait. Eagle Tire took my truck in right away, found the puncture and plugged my tire in less than 20mins, and took care of it at no charge. I was floored! Rob was super friendly, and the mechanics were busy working on cars and getting the job done. I definitely recommend this local shop to anyone needing tires or repairs. Thanks!!

Eagle Tire is always -always- outstanding in service. I dont even mind waiting in their lobby because the guys working there are so friendly. They changed out my tires to winter studs right away on the day after our big September snowstorm. Plus while doing that, they noticed I need new brake rotors, pulled one to show me how rusted it was, and gave me a very reasonable quote to replace them. Never any pressure. I like their honesty, and go-beyond attitude. Best place to get my Subaru fixed in Helena!

First time they were not super busy!

Was originally quoted a 430 repair and had to wait for part to ship in. Once there, they found out it was actually a more inexpensive part and was able to reduce the cost of the service by over half! Took a bit more troubleshooting and time, but I was less stressed and had my car back to normal.

Very helpful. Thought I was gonna have to do $1200 worth of work but they noticed something that brought it down to $25. They will be the first people I call when I need work done on the car

I brought my truck in for a front brake issue. Horrible metal grinding on metal. Id been to TWO other places where they said I had to make an appointment, without even taking a glance at it. I wasnt even sure if I should be driving it! Called Eagle Tire, they said go ahead and bring it right now. This is at 4:15pm on a Friday. They take it, look at it, fix it right then and there, and charge a very fair price to replace the front brake pads on my HD truck. Mind you, theyre also extremely busy. Somehow, they fit me in, fix my brakes, and send me on my way. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Couldnt believe it. So stress free. Their mechanic Alan is awesome.

We were driving through on a road trip and found a nail in our tire. Took in our vehicle to Eagle Tire and they got us right in to the repair shop, got the flat fixed quickly, and got us on our way... and they didnt charge us at all! Would definitely recommend them.

My car is super old and pretty beat up. I brought it in to get the alternator fixed. My driver side door was jammed and I wasn’t able to open or close it since I got my car. And the window wouldn’t roll up or down and it had been jammed half way opened since I got it. They fixed my door and my window withought any extra charge. The people at eagle tire are always so helpful and do their job so well. I just wanted to give a big thanks to everyone at eagle tire. One of the best companies here in the Helena area!

Great service and I appreciated the honest evaluation. I brought it in for an alignment but ended up needing some front end work, glad they caught it. It was also very reasonable for the work I got done. I would recommend.

I had called the week prior to purchase new tires and get them put on. When I showed up Monday they had no paperwork or anything written down. When I told them what I was quoted on tires they didnt have them in stock. Tried to get me to pay $700. After that was taken care of they asked for a number to call me when the car was finished, I had asked them to call as soon as it was done. I dropped my car off at 8:30am and called around 1:30pm wondering when it would be done. The person who answered the call said that it had been done. When I called they could not find my name or car anywhere under their records. Come to find out it had been written under a different name. When I picked it up at 4:30 that day and asked for my keys they stated that they were in the car. My keys had been sitting in my unlocked car all day in their parking lot. When I got into the car the steering wheel, shifter, and inside of the door handle was greasy. I understand that we had a lot of snow in the last week and that everyone and their dog was trying to get in to get their snow tires on but where has the basic customer services and organization gone? My tires are holding up well but will not return due to the lack of customer service.

Went in to look at a tire upgrade. Rob was very helpful and pointed me towards the Hankook dynapro AT2. Amazing tire so far! The staff then installed the tires and I was out the door in just over an hour. The team here rocks!

Easy......4 new tires and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. Would purchase from eagle tire again.

They ordered tires for me and said they would be in the next day. I went back 3 days later to have them put on and they put my truck in the shop, took my other tires off and discovered my new tires werent even there and had no idea where they even were! They didnt even have any other snow tires available that they could put on. So I had to order more expensive tires and come back AGAIN at a later date. So dissappointed!!

In and out in timely manner, friendly service. One of my center caps fell off on highway and lost after install. They said the cap was probably stripped ... They gave me a spare unmatching cap and the plastic lugs dont fit over mine. Rather then make another trip ill order a cap on Online for 30$

Ran over a nail in a parking lot limped over to eagle tire before all the air was gone in my tire. They had my car on the lift within 2 minutes of me walking in the shop. I think I spent 15 minutes tops getting my tire fixed.
