***Edit*** I completely wrote this on the wrong shop. Not sure how that happened. Capital Collision Center was helpful! They were polite and scheduled me. No issues. Clean shop, friendly service.

I had significant hail damage to my car and took it to them for an estimate. After learning the insurance company deemed my car a total loss, (even though it is less-than-a-year old and still mechanically sound), I was in shock. Chuck and Bruce were gracious to explain the insurance paperwork to me, discussed what my options were and what they would recommend. They did this, knowing I would no longer be in need of their services. That they took the time for this, when they didnt have to, speaks volumes. That is excellent customer service. I didnt end up needing their services this time, but when/if I do, Im going back. I highly recommend!

My Subaru got fixed at Capital Collision Center this past week. They were extremely professional and communicative. They kept me informed throughout the process, and answered any questions I had. They took care of everything with insurance so I didnt need to be involved. Great experience!

Work done well, on schedule, as per what I needed. Hard to top that.

Excellent service, in and out, very professional. Reception thru getting your vehicle back, they take care of you. Show you on monitor all the parts they have to replace, estimates very accurate. Will go there again with my next car body work.

Its been a while since I have been there, but when I came across Google reviews I had to post. The five or so times I have been there (yes, I know, but I used to have teenage drivers) the work had been outstanding, and timely. They do things right there. First class people run the place, and the results show in everything they do.

Hit a deer and brought it in for repair trusting they would do everything to make our car safe again. Picked up the car and upon further inspection noticed deer fur still stuck in areas where they were supposed to remove parts and nothing was aligned straight. We communicated by phone ONCE to bring the car in to show the damage and repair it. Brought it back to show the damage and the operations manager would not acknowledge the failure to complete the job, totally denied anything was missed and finally rolled her eyes behind my back while im showing her my concerns. They NEVER attempted to contact me at anytime after this. My insurance arranged to have our car inspected and repaired by another shop. They removed the parts Capitol said they removed and found the bumper cracked, upper core support bent and metal bumper under bumber cover crushed(all safety items). plus headlight was cracked, among other items. All together Capitol replaced a hood but they were paid for removal of other parts including, removal of deer hair and front bumper cover, around $3000, had they removed the parts they were paid for, new major damage would have been discovered. After all the new damage was found plus repairing what Capitol was paid for but didnt do, another $4000 in damage was found. My insurance was awesome and is handling it all. Bad point i didnt get a rental car the second time, because waiting on Capitol. Im assuming here, that had I not had out of state plates on my car, I would have had better service. Ive never received any type of apology or nothing, they took my deductible and handed me my still broken car. Integrity they dont have.

Go somewhere else! Customer service here is horrible. The guy was very rude to me. He gave me a ridiculous high estimate on my vehicle damage and said it was a total loss. I brought it to another local body shop for another estimate and they were able to fix it for a quarter of what Capital said. From my exp. they were backed up on work, so they tryed saying my vehicle was totalled to the insurance company. Cause they didnt want to do the work. They could of just said we are backed up on work and cant get to it for a few weeks or for how ever long. Instead they lied to me and try to screw me over with my insurance company. Thanks for nothing Capital! You might as well close your doors for good, if this how you treat your local customers.

Capital Collision Center was fantastic all around. My truck looks great, was done in a timely manner, the staff and owner have great customer service. I highly recommend!
