I had a tree fall on my car and bust the windshield, called Big Sky Auto after many other calls. I live out of Helena and could not drive my car in, they came out to me and replaced my windshield cleaned up the glass and were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them

My sons car was recently vandalized resulting in a smashed rear passenger window. I contacted Big Sky and they were able to order in and get the window the next day. They scheduled the work for the following day and informed me that they could provide rides from and back to their business while the window was being repaired. In the process of installing the window, they found that the switch was also damaged during the vandalism. They had already tried to repair it but were having difficulty - thus, they needed permission to look for another switch at probably another $100 or more added to the cost of already replacing the window. Reluctantly, I gave them permission but relayed to them how irritating it was to have yet another expense as a result of vandalism that was not covered by insurance. They called back a couple hours later and I braced myself to hear how much the additional part cost/repair of the switch would be. They said they worked some more on the switch and were able to repair it after all and AT NO ADDITIONAL COST to the quoted price for the window replacement! Amazing! We have had other windshields replaced here also and have always had top rate service and quality. They will always have my business for going above and beyond! 5 STARS!

The price was great and service was too. I had a broken water line on my wiper fluid and they fixed it without even mentioning it. They also put on new wiper blades. I was very impressed and will do business with them again.

Really would recommend, as a broke, soon to be parent, this was very affordable and the cheapest place in town. They replaced my back window and took good care of my needs while being super nice. They really care.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Not quite as convenient as Safelite, has to call and make arrangements and not quite as fast but provided a shuttle so pretty easy.
