We had our vehicle in for some body work. Everyone there was beyond helpful, friendly and professional. We got an estimate in minutes and they completed all the work very quickly. They also continuously updated us on the status of the repair. We would use them again and would highly recommend them.

I cannot stress to the public enough. The guys at Top Gun Auto Recovery had me SPEECHLESS. I put my F-150 through a fence during a blizzard and gave the whole front end and windows som Montana Pinstripes. When the insurance asked who I wanted I immediate thought of Top Gun just because I’m from Townsend and Top Gun was the only ones for years that would drive to Townsend to help anyone out. I went in and I got the quote and when I saw how much a stock grill for my truck was I wanted to switch it out for something more affordable, like a Ford Raptor grill. They didn’t have a problem switching it out but I was in a hurry to get home and didn’t give them super clear instructions, I said I want a Raptor Grill and if can I’d like to color match it, I sent them a link of what grill I wanted and that was all I gave them. The results are better than I could have ever dreamt of. They not only color matched the grill but they also did a skilled and detailed painting accenting the F-O-R-D. I couldn’t believe how great it looked. And to top it off they hit under budget and sent me down the road with a nice clean and sick looking truck, and some awesome Top Gun apparel. They treated me like I was family and they treated my truck like it was their own. Thank you Ted, Rob, and the whole crew of Top Gun Auto. 10/10 would recommend and they will be the only place I ever take a vehicle again.

I called this afternoon to make an appointment for an insurance quote and asked about the detail service they have listed on the web site as one of their services. I started by asking about the detail service, possibly causing a misunderstanding...? I was asking for the cost to have my car detailed. The gal told it was the techs side hussle and the shop doesnt offer those service so she couldnt tell me the prices. I said okay and started asking for an appointment for the insurance quote, she talked over me 3 times still telling me about detail stuff, never let me say what the appointment was for something else. I was only able to say Id like an appointment before she talked over me again. She hung up on me without giving me an appointment after doing that a few times. Im totally not going to call back for an appointment.

I met with Rob. He is an amazing employee, very knowledgeable and patient. He helped me fix my trim and gave me an amazing estimate on body work. I would recommend this business over and over again. I will always come here. You guys have my business forever. Thank you so much.

The initial call to set up an estimate appointment was pleasant. First thing the gal asked was if I was okay. The restaurant’s insurance company refused to take responsibility so it was decided to do what was necessary to make the car safe. When I stopped in at Top Gun, Rob very generously went above and beyond to assist me. He tackled the roofing tar that was on almost half the car with his magic cleanser including the windshield and passenger side windows. In addition, he secured the passenger side mirror to prevent further damage until the replacement part arrives. I really appreciate Rob’s courtesy and helpfulness in addressing the situation with my mother’s damaged vehicle and making the car safe for her to drive while waiting for the part to arrive.In addition, Brock took time to help me to better understand working with insurance companies and the process involved for different types of claims. I really appreciate Brock’s consideration and communication.It is great to work with a locally owned business who treats customers with kindness and consideration.

I had 85000 miles on my car when I dropped it off When I picked it up I had up 85114 I was told no one drove my car And when I dropped my car off I sent a text to a friend with the miles The guy wouldnt even look at the text to verify I would haved sued big time if they would have had an accident When I picked up the car it wasnt even ready I had to bring it back for repairs Sloppy work I would suggest checking your miles when you drop off your car and when you pick up your car

Had a pretty major repair (two doors completely replaced) done at Top Gun Auto Body. I just got the car back and it looks NEW. Much better than before the accident! They absolutely went the extra mile in several areas... additional buffing, polished my hazy headlights, detailed the interior, and more. And, it was ready on the exact day I was told it would be. These guys are PRO and super cool people to deal with, every one of them. HIGHLY recommended.

I had my vehicle painted here and i am super happy about how it turned out. My jeep looks like a brand new! They quoted me few hundred dollars less initially because they did not foresee some issues that we encountered. They apologized and even took a little bit of hit. Of course no body wants to pay more than what was quoted for, but i was impressed about their honesty and willingness to help their customers out. They do have the best shop in town and their employees are super friendly unlike other shops in town that most people may know of. Thank you guys!

I love this place! When I rear-ended someone a couple years ago the tow truck driver pulled my wheel well out and didnt charge me for it as long as I promised to take it to them for the repair. I did and they did a great job and it was extremely affordable. Several times I have just dropped in to get a piece of trim or an undercarriage shroud reattached and they do it on the spot. I would recommend Top Gun to anyone - great service AND free mugs!😁

I took my pick-up into Top Gun to have a quarter sized rock chip repaired on the rear passenger side door that was starting to rust. When I brought it in, Madison quickly came out and looked at the damage and jumped into action. She gave me quote on the spot and explained in plain language what would be done, how it would be done and by when. She also promised me that she would keep me up to date on the status of my truck repair. Not only did she keep her promises, my truck was done a day ahead of schedule. Top Gun even repaired a crease in the door that I had overlooked. They also buffed out some surface scratches on the side of my pick-up bed. When I picked up my truck it was so clean I almost didnt recognize it. It hadnt been so clean since it was new. Overall it was a great experience. Madison was a delight to work with. The paint crew was top notch. I most definitely will use Top Gun again! I highly recommend them!

A Buck Hit my 2015 Subaru Legacy Premium Car on the driver side Front panel and damaged the hood a small amount, front panel, driver door, rear door and the beginning of the rear panel. Top Gun gave an for almost $11,000 to repair. My insurance company totaled my car.My insurance co said it should’ve cost $6,000. I asked Top Gun to give me an estimate to only repair the front quarter panel, 2 new doors and the few inches of the rear panel. So, that I could buy my car and have it fixed. Top Gun wanted $7,500. So, I am not able to keep my car. Then, when I went to get my personal property from my car, Top Gun took off my front and rear bumper and hid them so, that they can use them on a different car in the future. This is stealing from the salvage company that bought my totaled car. Top Gun is not a friend to anyone, just crooks !

My drivers door was out of alignment. I emailed them, and within a day, I got a call from a lovely lady who suggested I just stop in and let them take a look. Top Gun repaired my Ram 3500 after getting the right side of the box clobbered by a camper pulling thru a campground. I had a time frame I needed the pickup back, and they assured me theyd have it done in 7 days. Happily, they called 5 days later to let me know it was done. Top Gun was great to work with. When the rental company didnt bring my car out they drove me to the airport, waited with me until the place opened and I had the keys to the rental. My car was ready in two days instead of three and they stayed after hours to get my rental dropped off again. Plus my car looks great! Detailed the inside too 😀. Fantastic crew and fantastic service!

I was stranded with a flat tire (at night, in freezing weather, and with no tools at all) and these guys came to change the spare within minutes. Even though they couldnt get the spare down because my vehicles secondary/safety latch was stuck, they made sure to fill up my tire with enough air to get me home safely, free of charge!
