Stopped in today to pick up a few things. The manager was awesome and so nice to my 4 yo kid. After we had talked a while and she found out my daughter likes Mickey Mouse, this store manager gave my daughter her rainbow Mickey bobble head off her desk! Super cool! We were there looking for a small plush banana cat for her and they were sold out. Been going to that store a long time, as my oldest child is 18, to the moon!

Place is amazing awesome management and very friendly. For those of you who complained it was your opinion the reason the laurel mall and Tamaqua one closed is because this store outsold those 2! Therefore it was either the better placed or a higher selling store! Was told by management of this from both stores.

I needed peaches and oranges for my AC island and the girl working let me come to her island and take some. I bought Pokémon shield and she said to let her know and she will bring her sword game and will give me the game exclusive Pokémon. Shes not just an associate, hope she knows she made a life long customer and friend 🙂

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The pretty lady w/ brown hair & glasses always helps me to find the right game or accessory for my kids. The store always seems to be well stocked & there are lots of options. If youre like me & have kids that are into video games & find yourself in the store alot...its worth it to get the membership.

Seems to me that my husband and I come here hat there is a girl that stands out in front of the store with square glasses that is always smoking. It is not very welcoming of her doing that:(

You could definitely tell the cashier didnt like his job. Not to mention he had the doors closed 3 hours before closing while he sat around in the back.

I stopped there today to get some birthday presents. There was a sign on the door that said, Be Back Soon. The lights were on, but it was all locked up. At 2 in the afternoon, this is ridiculous. The company should close this store or fire the whole staff and hire professional people. After reading other reviews, I am surprised this place is still open. The next time I am in the area, I wont bother even considering this place for any reason.

The nicest game stop in the area. The employees are cool and helpful and they have a large selection. The store is pretty big too so when its busy you do not feel like your packed in tight.

I will never go to this gamestop again. The cashier totally ignored me while I patiently waited to be helped for about 15 minutes! Theres no excuse. However, there was another employee who upon entering the store, actually said hi and he offered me a mask while he was actually working on something else at the time. Also, why put games on the shelf when you dont have them stock?!

It can be pricey but you do find good a good deal sometimes.

This GameStop is ok, has lots of stuff but I prefer the one in the Laurel mall for a better selection. The staff tho is very knowledgeable and willing to order whatever you want right there. You can even have it shipped to the store or your house.

Its Gamestop. Theres been times I had good purchasing experiences and times that were terrible here. Overall, I prefer physical copies of games over digital.

Forgot my mask at my room and my ten-year-old son run in to grab face masks for me and him so we can run into Walmart and the guy started yelling at him like if youre not going to shop here you dont need a face mask and I called out the store right away and like I told the manager like why your worker yelling at my son

I traded in s game call grand theft auto 5 for Xbox one last year from there i paid at least 50 or 60 dollars for it but got 5 dollors in trade in value very much angured about it
