Went to return my phone. Both the back and front were visibly cracked. I told him I needed the entire phone repaired so I could return it. I come back pay him $75 cash bc he’s more than likely avoiding paying his taxes and only the front is repaired. He then says they only repair the front of your phone. Before you take my money I think I should be informed you can only do half the job I’m looking for. Dishonest is what I’ll think of whenever I pass this place.

Replaced the battery in my phone with another used battery so it didn’t help at all. Plus he only takes cash. Trying to avoid paying taxes I guess. The whole place reeks of cigarettes too. I would never go there again complete ripoff.

When I went into the store I told the repair tech that I wanted the phone unlocked so that I could switch over to another carrier. But after he unlocked the phone, he asked me what company I intended to switch to. When I told him T-Mobile, he said said that I would not be able to switch to T-Mobile because I had a Sprint phone, but that it was too late because he already unlocked the phone. He said that I can travel to another country with the phone, however, because of it being unlocked. I asked how it is that some people get their phones unlocked and are able to switch, to which he replied it s because of Sprint. So before even unlocking the phone, he knew I had Sprint, and he should have advised me that unlocking the phone wouldnt help me. But he must have really wanted my ten dollars. In my opinion, even if I didnt inform him that I intended to switch carriers, he should have asked why I needed the phone unlocked before unlocking it. I wanted to just pay him immediately and leave, but when I pulled out my debit card he told me cash only, so I had to leave my phone with him while running to the bank. Theres a sign up that said that he accepts debit cards (and not credit cards), but for an additional $5 processing fee. Not the kind of business worth frequenting, he really just wants to squeeze every extra penny out of customers.

It wasnt cheap but they did the job quickly and correctly. They fixed my phone while I waited. I needed it right away for work. They were very friendly and accommodating. FYI there is a $5 charge for debit. They dont accept credit. So bring cash if you have it.

This place is so awesome because the prices are so affordable and reasonable. I love the guy that runs this place. You should never go to the cellular Hospital in Southfield. Its overpriced and those guys send the phone repair to view Tech.

Nice man fixed my phone I was certain couldnt be fixed 30 minutes before closing time. Was quick and everything works as it did before it was broken! Save me a huge headache and lots of time by repairing my phone! I wouldve had to re-download half my music and I wouldve lost most of my pictures and recordings.

What a rip. Cracked phone screen, told him I would wait. A friend of his came in and they chatted for about 20 mins. I finally told him after an hour +, that I was tired of waiting. He said he had to put it in a frame to clamp the glass. I went on YouTube before I got there. No need to do any of that. Left the store, it wouldnt even turn on. Went back, he wanted more money to fix it. Went to verizon, new phone, $160.00. So much for saving $60.00. If you have someone you despise, send them there.

Sprint was no help with a broken phone screen (and they tell me it would have been $150 IF I had the insurance on it, which I didnt). Viewtech replaced the screen within 2 hours for only $90. So, Im mighty happy.

I have called this place a few times and finally decided to take the plunge.Wish I hadnt. These people know nothing about customer service. I go in and ask about the quality of their screen repairs and if they use OEM screens. The guy assured me he does but after trying to ask some detailed questions, he tells me to take my phone to Apple and pay more. Clearly he was getting frustrated at my detailed questions cause he couldnt answer them, but this is no way to treat a customer.I decided, what the heck, Ill trust them and let them do the work. Pick up the phone today and it is NOT an OEM screen and they screwed up my phone because it wont charge. It would charge completely fine before I brought it in. When mentioned, they said it was like that and they cant do anything.I am tired of businesses that behave in this manner and only work to make a buck.If you want good quality work done, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!

Extremely great customer service and very fast to fix. was very fair with pricing and would recommend to everybody, went to phone doctors first and they wanted to charge 3x more and keep my phone 24 hours, viewtech had me out in 20 minutes.

I had an awful experience here. The whole store smells like cigarette smoke. I left smelling like cigarettes. I called ahead to ask what they charge to repair an iPhone 6S screen they told me $100 when I got to the store they told me it would be $125. Also they dont take credit card and charge a $5 fee to use a debit card. To top it off the employees were extremely unfriendly.

Best place ever... most reasonable price to fix phone

They had my phone for 11 days to replace the screen and volume button. Once I got my phone back the new screen was covered in more scratches than I had on my old one, and a film of greasy fingerprints. Either the replacement screen was used, or they mishandled it more installing it than I did the old one in over a year and a half of wear. They also did not replace my volume button. The same bent and discolored button peeling away from the case is still there, yet at the last minute he scribbled out the cost of repairing it on my signed receipt and wrote an even larger amount for the cost of repair! I will not give them my business again, and I recommend you dont either, unless that level of service is acceptable to you.

My phone screen was broken so i could not carry out any data transfer to my new phone, not only did Salman make this transfer possible, he also stayed past his regular closing time in order to accomplish this task, the experience I received from the store was one of a kind and would head back there if i have any issues with my phone in the future

Sam (store clerk) over the phone assured me he had screen digitizer and Lcd (Samsung SJ00T)so I show up to get my phone repaired , Sam to goes in the back and comes back after about a minute or so then , tells me he sold those parts earlier that day and then the kicker tries to sell me a $300 phone when I was there for a $90 repair job . So Im playing along hoping to get a Great deal (long story shorter) Nothing a waste of time I wouldve have dealt with them had he told me over the phone he needed to order it in the first place .

They fixed my phone with a broken screen, after spending $200 and having an outerbox on my phone youd think they would fix their mistake. No, he tried to charge me another $80. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE. They will put used broken screens in your phone in the matter of days or a week you will need a new one besides that they are highly racist along with everything.

They post a samsung note 5 for $185 and when I called them they sad come to the stor we have a nice phones I sad to them I need the samsung note 5 he sad we have it I told the what is the bottom price he sad $400 some dollars I told him its posted for $185 he sad that for something else he was looking into his add acting thats wrong price he put. they are very layers do not waste your money with a layers people

Good prices, had my Iphone service their 4 seperate times within two years. Had Iphone screen replaced for $65 bucks and one hour wait time. Service overall pretty good.

If I could rate them a 0 I would I went to this store several several times so he could unlock my phone. At first it worked but what ever this scam artist did,the first time the phone battery died it turned into a brick. Took it back he said that this time he actually unlocked it (thats what I paid for the first time) well it didnt work ATALL. I demanded my money back. He was rude. He told me it was my fault.And his shop smells like cigarettes.

Overall im happy but im not to picky either i had a Replaced galaxy 3 screen and they were cheaper than everywhere else. Got the phone back and the silver ring is gouged in a small area and sometimes the screen freezes. Wish they could at least touched up the ring and I can live with the freeze problem compared to buying a new phone and cant say for sure if thats their fault.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I went to back here SEVEN TIMES to get my iPhone 5 screen fixed and every time he had messed it up more! Finally I got a refund and this sorry a** gave me my phone back with a completely different broken screen and now my phone wont even turn on! ALSO it smells so badly of weed and cigarettes I could hardly be in the store without getting high! Horrible attitude and service here!

Fast and half the price of other repair companys

I dropped my phone and broke the back glass on my note 5. They replaced it and chipped the corner on the front glass. Then a few days later the back glass broke again without a drop. I dont know what the hell he did inside my phone to cause it.
