I am extremely pleased with the customer service and quality of the dress I received from Kestlers Boutique! Because of COVID-19, my daughters prom was announced late in the year making it very difficult to find the kind of dress she was looking for here in Michigan(or anywhere for that matter)! It was too late to order many of the dresses she liked so we were limited to what stores had in stock! We were blessed to come across Kestlers who were professional, courteous, trustworthy, helpful and quick. Once my daughter chose the perfect dress she wanted from their large stock, it was delivered within 10 days and is the most beautiful, well made dress I’ve ever seen! They also have tailor service and they adjust the dress to your measurements without struggling to take it to another place. They also gave me an iron and ready to wear it .. Thank you very much !!
