Im a loyal customer 16 years. I only go here for tires. I get free tire rotations. They give the best price everytime. They give the best customer service out of every tire place I ever tried. Firestone I tried first and Everytime I went back for my free tire rotation I got charged to plug a nail in 1 or 2 tires. Never free at Firestone, always was charged $25 or $50. I never been charged fake charges again after switching to tire warehouse

I called mid-morning because I had a screw in my tire and they were able to get me in at noon the same day. I was off with a newly patched tire by 12:15! The service was extremely quick and they were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I was towed to Tire Warehouse with a flat tire, which is never a great way to start your morning. But the Tire Warehouse staff were so friendly and quick to fix my flat — I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes! Cant recommend them enough.

I needed an emergency patch in my tire to get me home. I called around and these guys were the only ones able to get me right in. They are running a tight operation here and they are very friendly. They got me in and out and back on the road extremely fast. Probably one of the best tire places I’ve ever been to.

Being a 42 yr veteran of the retail industry, Ive seen it all, good and bad. I had a flat, and am new to the Haverhill area, and no solutions to that problem. Went to another TBA and they said they couldnt fit me, and recommended that I try Tire Warehouse at the next exit off 495. What an amazing suggestion. Off I went. Pulled in and a smiling Manager came out and greeted and educated me, and solved my huge my problem. I was in and out within 20 minutes, he listened to me and sold me 2 great tires, within my budget, installed them. Wow. He instilled trust and confidence, assisted me and was an amazing associate. He told me his name, but somehow I forgot that detail, Sorry. But the important part One of the best experiences I have ever had. Just amazing.

I had hit something on the road that had popped both tires on one side of my car. Luckily I had AAA and had my car towed to Tire Warehouse in Haverhill MA. I drive a Cadillac CTS4 and my tire sizes are different and not normally in stock at Town Fair Tire when I go there. They said it would be a few days to locate and ship/fit the tires onto my vehicle. They had my car done within the next afternoon, it was a wonderful experience :).

I dropped off four brand new rims and tires to be mounted and balanced. I’ll give them two stars since they were friendly, pleasant to deal with and completed the work quickly. Three out of the four rims came out with paint chips however and I didn’t notice until after I got home and went to mount the wheels on my car.I realize why they finished so quickly because they paid minimal care to mounting and balancing the tires properly. The dots on the tires were not aligned properly with the valve stems, resulting in a lot of excess wheel weights being added to balance the rims. On top of that, the stick on weights were put on in a haphazard manner, crookedly, hanging over the inside of the wheel lip, and just plain looking bad. After spending $3k on a set of wheels and tires, this is not the outcome I wanted. I am less than pleased and wouldn’t ever recommend bringing a nice set of wheels here, ever.

This place was outstanding, called ordered rare sized tires and they Justin was able to locate them and have them 2 days later , I arrived an hour early for my apt and Justin made sure I was taken care of , Justin and his team of guys installed my tires and did an amazing job , thank you guys so much !!! Literally the worse! Made an appointment a day before and the next day at 4pm 8/17/21 the front desk guy told me he couldn’t take me cause he had to many cars and to come back in an hour and a half….. still had an appointment. Came back at 5:30 as HE TOLD ME TO and the technician left for the day meanwhile knowing he still had my appointment pending. This has led me to not being able to drive my vehicle!!! HORRIBLE!

Had me in and out in 15 minutes with a slow leak fixed. Super-efficient!

Always very professional and honest. Youre only as safe as your tires when driving. I do most of the mechanical work myself on my vehicles, but have always come here for my tires and even to rotate. Just wish they had an alignment machine!

Id give a zero. Couldnt help after explaining my problem. Waited 2 days to fix only to get told we cant do that. I explained what happened when I called and they never said we cant fix. If its corporate policy not to fix a plugged tire you might want to tell the people answering the phone. Instead tried to sell me a set of tires. No thanks! Town fair tire managed to do with no appointment. Imagine that !

He and his his co-workers work like a race car pit crew and will have you in and out quickly with depenable tires. They will also rotate the tires you buy there to keep them in good condition for many miles saving you money. They stand behind their tire warranty. Highly recommend.

I had a tire that was consistently going flat for a couple days and brought it into town fair tire, within 3 hours of dropping it off they had found a nail in my tire and fixed it good as new!My car was in and out by lunch time,Awesome service!

These guys are great. Fast, lowest prices and they have most reputable tires in stock and if not can get them very quickly. Ive been going to a Tire Warehouse for 25 years now and have never had a bad experience. Need to swap out your regular tires for snows or have a tire fixed due to a nail, no problem. They achieve the low prices with outdoor bays versus having to heat or cool a full garage. I would avoid using the bathroom at this location which doesnt get cleaned but youre in and out so fast usually not a problem.

I purchased 4 tires today for my truck and Justin Abbott is a professional and honest manager for this Haverhill store and is very fast about doing his job and knows everything about tires. I have been going to this store for about 15 years or so and will continue to go there as long as Justin is there. They are one of the few tire shops around that offer nitrogen which has better benefits for tire longevity.

I have used tire warehouse now for over 10 years on all of my company vehicles. I switch out winter tires and summer Tires. The service is always fast in the prices are very reasonable. I Usually dont need to make an appointment but it is never a bad idea to call first. I highly recommend the quality and service this establishment provides.

I can highly recommend Tire Warehouse in Haverhill. The employee at the desk was incredible, super friendly and helpful. They diagnosed and fixed my flat tire in 30 minutes, explained everything and saved me a ton of money by fixing it instead of pressuring me to buy a new one. They also offered a complimentary next day safety check. If you have tire problems near Haverhill then go see these guys!I made an appointment online and they started work at exactly that time, no waiting.I cant compliment the guy who was inside at the desk enough, great personality and awesome customer service. Very quick and friendly service. I was fortunate they found not 1, but 2 tires that were faulty and replaced them both. Unfortunately I twice requested the new tires be put on the back and I left with the new tires on the front. Not sure where the disconnect was, but overall a good job.

I made all the arrangements online so when we got there it was faster and the price was already settled. We didnt get any word on the difference in the price i mean it went from about 430 to almost 600 dollars and there was nothing we could do after the work was done. I will never go back nor will i recommend Tire warehouse to anyone i know.

I got a flat tire on the highway and pulled off at the River Street exit, having been to Tire Warehouse before. Within seconds of pulling in, they had my information and tire model pulled up on their system. A new tire was in place and I was ready to go within minutes, and the people there were above and beyond friendly and courteous, which was a huge relief because I was so shaken by the tire going flat in the middle of the highway. I could not have had a better experience. If you ever need new tires or even just the old ones rotated or inspected, this is the place to go.

Extremely fast service at significantly less cost than the Not Too Brisk chain in Plaistow. Definitely where I will be going from now on.

I have not received such good customer service in a long time. Justin was very helpful and patient. The Haverhill location is over 30 miles from my house but this will now be my tire location going forward. I felt that they treated me with respect and I felt that I could trust them completely.

Love this place! Went in today in the frigid cold, told them my low tire pressure light on. They came right out, checked all 4 tires, filled with air..no charge! I usually have to go spend 1.50, in the cold to do it myself. You guys rock!
