States on their website that they are a 24 hour service, I called several times with no answer. Judging by everyone else’s reviews, that was apparently a good thing. I also noticed the “owners” responses to some negative reviews were definitely not on the professional side and are comments only an immature person would make.

Lying about all information to my insurance company and the assistance team was told false times and info. Absolutely would not recommend awful company. Insist to use anyone else with your roadside assistance provider. You won’t regret calling someone else.

Not a customer but was doing the speed limit being tail gated to a dangerous level by a company truck. Dangerous and reckless to say the least..

Rodz was dispatched by my insurance to bring my car from my house to a repair shop. I was initially given a 60 minute ETA. 60 minutes later, no truck. After 2 hours, no truck. After 3 hours, still no truck. I finally insisted my insurance dispatch a different company. The new company promised an initial ETA of 90 minutes and they got there early. Don’t ever use this company.One more thing... take a look at some of the owner’s responses to other Google reviews to get a sense of how deeply flawed this company is.

Waited for 5 hours still no show and no answer any of my calls or when my insurance calls them. Never had such horrible service or I should say lack there of! How these people are still in business I don’t know, I would give them -500 stars if I could

Dispatched via AAA to tow my work van from Plaistow, NH to Kingston, NH. I told AAA I needed to ride with the driver to the destination. They show up in about 25 minutes, but with two guys in a regular wrecker. Nowhere for me to sit. I explain the problem. Driver claims he wasnt informed. Okay, couldve happened. Asks if I want to wait for the ramp truck. Says itll be about 30 minutes because theyre on another call. I said that was fine. Two hours later they still hadnt shown up. I called AAA four times and they were repeatedly given new time updates, but no one ever came. Finally I requested a new company be assigned the job. Simply ridiculous. What a joke of a company.

I own Applied Organics Fertilization company. Last Thur May 28, 2020 my vacuum pump seized melting my fan belt on my Isuzu boxtruck. I called another tow company I had tow some of my other trucks in years past and they didn’t have a driver that could tow such a big truck. I called Rodz towing, guy answered the phone right away, said he would be about an hour or so. He got there a little over an hour later, hooked up and towed it back to his shop late afternoon. He took a look at it and had me back up and running by 9am the next day. Price for tow and repair were fair and more importantly it’s nice to see a business owner do what he says he will do when he says he will do it. Thanks to the guys over at Rodz Towing I was back to work.

Waited for hours. They said 20 mins twice...now I know that is their MO. Do not use this company!

Getting the run around initiated call through AAA took over 2 hours for them to arrive got no updates while waiting. Contacted them directly was told I should find another towing company to come? When the tow truck did show up they refused to take it to my garage they said they had different instructions on where to bring it. Had to call AAA a third time to fix the issue. Drivers english was limited

Awful towing company with no respect for customer service whatsoever. As my car was being put onto the tow bed it unhooked and hit my friends car and the owner isnt claiming fault and isnt willing to pay for it. Stay away at all costs

Waited 3hrs for a light duty with a winch. After 2 hrs I was told on two separate occasions they were coming in 20 minutes but no one showed up either time. Then multiple calls to the shop went unanswered. Got a different company to complete the job.

They were supposed to pick up my car at 230 yesterday. Didn’t actually get it till almost 415 yesterday. No calls to tell us he was running very behind schedule. No calls to Hyundai roadside who dispatched him. My car was supposed to make it to the dealership before 5 so I could get into a rental and he didn’t pick up my car till 415, over 2 hours after he was supoosed to get it. My car never made to the dealership till after 5. Because of this I’m without a car for a second day. Today he told me he couldn’t get to my car because he had to get his airplane serviced yesterday. Maybe he can use his plane to land him another job because towing cars ain’t his thingSkip this place.

They never showed up , never answer the phones calls , never updated anything , waited 3 hours for nothing and had to live my car overnight at a parking lot because of them .

NOT impressed with their customer service! (had to give 1 star to post this review...and that is generous)Car broke down and managed to pull into the parking lot of a big box hardware store. Called my insurance company for a tow and they sent Rodz. The driver came but drove right past me and past the street address that was given to him. Then he circled back past me (it was a dead end) and left. My insurance company called me back to tell me the driver said he could not find me. Both myself and my insurance company tried reaching the driver. No answer...voice mailbox is full...could not even leave a message. Given the amount of complaints they probably get I suspect the VM full is on purpose. My insurance company called another service who did the job right (Jacks).Knuckleheads...I will be sure to share my experience with my MANY car enthusiast friends.Never will they get a call to tow any of my cars.

I’m gonna say that these guys were very nice and helpful and even returned one of the 2 vehicles they towed, back to the apartment complex where we live, because it needs to be serviced and we didn’t want further damage done by driving it back.

Typical towing company whos drivers think they own the road and can do what they want. This companies idiot driver just now was kind enough to just pull out in front of me and also cut off a school bus on the opposite side of the road on Rte 1 5/21 @ 3:30pm to do an illegal U-turn. Glad to have been able help your stupidity out today :)

These guys Are the worst company In Haverhill. The driver damaged my bumper and when he removed his hooks I clearly showed him and he told me the dents were already there . He hops in his truck and takes off. Then the owner kicked me out of his shop for showing him the pictures of my car . He tells me his drivers are professional they wouldn’t damage my car. The guy clearly does not know how to run a business.

He could have left me on the side of the road because I had no tire & he wasnt prepared. But we made do & I appreciate not being on the road another 2 or 3 hours

Had a flat and my roadside assistance sent Rodz. I waited just over an hour but when the person came he was very nice and had my car ready to go quickly.

Were at my home in under an hour and fantastic the entire time to the auto dealer. Thanks guys for the great customer service!

They said they were gonna tow my car through my insurance, and it was estimated at 90 minutes for pickup. They still didnt show up after over 3 hours and they gave my insurance the run around telling them they would be there in 20 minutes every time they called. Cant be trusted

If I could leave negative stars I would.... My insurance provider chose this company to tow us... Was told less than a hour wait, 3.5 hours later they show up. Even after several calls to them saying they will be there in 5 mins..... Tow truck driver shows up said he just got the service request and had no idea we were waiting. He was super nice which made it easier for me not to fly off on him.. Go elsewhere if you have the option. Unfortunately my decision was made for me...

Absolutely inept and unprofessional. They gave AAA a 1 hour ETA for a fuel delivery. After 2+ hours, after many attempts to contact them, they cancelled the service because the driver went out without a gas can. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Called AAA for a tow. These guys get the dispatch. A half an hour after they were supposed to be here, they call me and tell me that they decided to do an oil change on their truck before coming to get my car, and tell me its going to be another 30 to 45 minutes. No thanks.

Never would recommend this place. I was told the ETA was 1 hour from original call. When Rodz called they said they were 20-15 minutes out after 3 1/2 hrs waiting. The insurance company requested another tow company after more than 4 1/2 hrs, they showed up 5 minutes after the other company was sent out. The driver from Rodz had the nerve to tell me how he blew off 2 other tows to get mine.

My insurance company picked these guys to tow my motorcycle to the repair shop and the driver never dropped off the keys!!! He took off to NH with them and kept texting me Soon!!!This dude wasted my entire day from 9am when he picked up my bike and its 4pm now. The shop still hasnt received the keys! Plus I think he damaged my front fender with his straps!!

Never picked up my car when I was told it was picked up. Driver said it was locked and didnt have keys. When I got to the car it was still unlocked and keys inside. Horrendous service. If you want your car to sit and not be towed, call them.

If you need any roadside assistance, look elsewhere. Waited over 4 hours (with my vehicle), and was told by the dispatcher that the tow truck showed up, was unable to tow it, and left. Being with my vehicle the entire time, HE NEVER SHOWED UP. I ended up using a different service... Stay away.

I was watching a gentleman wearing all red loading a car on his bed in the red international flat bed. He literally dragged the car on the bed with his wench lines hooked to the bumper, and the hood up and drove away with the hood up. And was on the phone whole doing all of this... this poor car :(

Car was supposed to be towed by 10am, was repeatedly told another 30 minutes because we are towing another car or one of our vehicles is disabled until my car was finally towed at 1:30pm, at which point they didnt even notify me that it had been towed as I had specifically requested.

Waited 3.5 hrs, dispatcher said 20 mins.....same story as everyone else on here.

Was given an estimate of 1.5 hours. The driver calls me after 3 hours stating that his boss just called him to come over and it would take him another 40 minutes. Plus no one answers when you call to follow up.

I had a flat and was missing the special key to take my tire off and had to call for roadside service thru my insurance. He was scheduled to show at 6:42pm... Not only did he not answer his phone, he never showed up! It wasnt until FOUR HOURS AFTER SCHEDULED TIME at 10:45pm to return my call and had the nerve to ask if i still wanted a tow
