Never have a problem if and when i need go there. The owner and his employees are polite, courteous and accurate in finding out what the problem is with your vehicle. Prices are very fair. Went there with a problem with my tire, I needed a new valve stem. Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and provided me a reasonable priced valve stem. Was in and out in minutes. Very helpful and the price was very very reasonable as well. Would recommend.

These guys can be trusted! Had them fix a flat tire. They didnt try to sell me a new tire. They were able to repair the tire and describe how they did it. It took 20min and $20 cash.

While on a trip from New York to Maine to help my father, we had a rear brake seized up at 9:30 PM. AAA towed us to Merrimack Tire. Even though you were from out of state and the car was dropped off overnight, Steve expedited the repair because he said he knew we were on a trip and wanted to get us back on the road as soon as possible.He was honest, fair, and completed the repair earlier than expected.Thanks to Steve and his crew.

This is probably the best shop in Haverhill. My family has gone to them faithful for years. The owners name is Steve. They have done inspections, oil changes, repairs, and everything. They are upfront, honest, and considerate. If you want something assessed but do not want them to fix it, they will not pressure you. The seating area is small (about six chairs or so), but that has not caused any issues. These guys are great.

Just went for an inspection. First come first serve but they were efficient and nice.

I was able to get a same day appointment for an oil change and inspection. They took my car right on time and did the work promptly.

I just bought a boat in the Ipswich area. I was traveling on 495 and got a blow out on one of the trailer tires. Merrimack Valley Tire took me right in, helped direct traffic, and worked on my tire right away to get me back on the road. Can’ t say enough about their customer service and friendly atmosphere. Those guys are awesome!

Great place, trustworthy people. My trucks alternator died during a road trip from Georgia to Maine, and I had to get it towed to a shop. They fit me into their schedule on a busy Friday afternoon, and had the truck fixed in a couple of hours. What could have set me back a couple of days only took a few hours in total, and I was back on the road that afternoon thanks to this place.

I wasnt sure who to go to for my inspection sticker. I got a good recommendation for this shop and was very lucky to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee here. It will probably be THE shop my boyfriend and I will be going to for all of our Jeep services from now on! They checked the car out and pulled it into the garage to inspect. It only took 10 minutes to do. They have great, professional costumer service, good attitudes and are very honest people! You leave with a pleasant mood and not like youve been ripped off like other faulty mechanics.We will Definitely be recommending this place for their good mechanics!
