Had never heard of this store until we spotted it in the mall. My daughter was looking for a certain Air Jordan and they were the only place that had it in her size and colorway. Staff was very friendly and patient while she tried on several different styles until she found the right one.

My son & I always have a good experience when we visit. The employees are very helpful. The gentleman on Monday even checked online for my sons size Jimmy Jazz is my sons favorite store.

The store is located in the Turtle Creek Mall. This is a very nice store to shop for clothes. The workers are very nice and helpful. Large parking lots for parking.

Very very bad not happy with my experience at all because I bought a pair of shorts from them on the 21st of September and ask them if I could try them on and they said that they dont have a fitting room, but they told me if they didnt fit and all the tags was still on them with the receipt then they would be more then happy to refund then to me....Well its all a big ly and scam because they wont refund you anything that ya buy from them unless you know them or they know you

Store staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. I Asked to see a pair of Jordans in my size and instead of bringing them to me so that I could try them on the sales associate just put them on the counter, told me where they were and went back to talking to his friends. The cashier seemed to be a little annoyed. Other than giving me my total he didn’t say anything to me just looked at me like I was crazy.

They have great deals. I will continue to shop with them.

Contacted customer service by phone due to an issue I had with my online order. The customer service reps were EXTREMLY RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL!! I wont ever shop with them again!!! Jimmy Jazz does not value their customers. I am disgusted with the way I was treated!!!!

The shoe select cater to a specific market. Not much of a womans or girls section but its a guys shoe store.

Customer service has improved. Need more 🔥🔥🔥🔥 in shoe selection.
