We cannot express how happy we were to work with Adrian and Brian Costa. These guys did an amazing job. They found us the exact stone we needed, were on time, great communicators, and even stepped in when we needed help with another leg of the kitchen they weren’t responsible for. Not only was their workmanship top quality but also reasonably priced which I think is so hard to find. Our kitchen isn’t finished but weve already had three friends ask for their name. In the crazy times of covid where everything has been pushed back or on hold. International marble and granite stuck to their timeline and had everything installed beautifully. We can’t say enough great things about them or their install crew. We’ll have to post better pictures once our kitchen is complete to really do them justice!

It was beautifully and professionally fabricated and installed, at a reasonable price compared to how many others I got quotes from for the same stone. The communication and responsiveness was also excellent, as they patiently answered our many questions along the way. I highly recommend this family owned business. The Costa brothers really know how to treat their customers.

After being ignored by a competitor, my wife and I walked across the street to IMAGE. This was an unplanned visit and we didnt have an appointment. We were immediately welcomed by Adrien who dropped what he was doing to help us out. It was the end of the day - but at no time did Adrien give us the impression that we were keeping him from going home or interrupting his work. Adrien answered all of our questions and presented us with some great options for our new kitchen. After about an hour we had viewed a beautiful slab and we happily paid the deposit to secure the deal. The transaction was done old school - with a hand shake. Not only were we sold a really cool piece of stone, we were impressed with the low key, no-pressure demeanor that Adrien presented. Before we left Adrien generously offered us his showroom sample so we could match the stones colors to our other kitchen elements.A month later our experience with the layout and design process was a continuation of IMAGE’s great service. First Adrien came to the house and did measurements and then my wife and I met with Brian (Adrien’s brother) in the store after business hours to lay out the counters on the slab. Highly recommend! Excellent service, great value, quick production/installation, and an all-around great experience. I originally went to the Galleria Design Center in Middletown. The price quoted there was almost 30% higher for quartz countertop than IMAGE. I also tried getting a quote from Hartford Granite & Marble Co. on Murphy Road, but they would not give me the time of day as I didn’t know the exact quartz I wanted and their showroom still wasn’t open to the public due to Covid (in Dec 2020) and I wasn’t able to look at samples. I’m so glad to have found IMAGE. Adrian helped me find the perfect quartz countertop and communication was excellent throughout. Great company to work with!

We looked at 2 other places before coming here. What I assume to be their big competition in Hartford didn’t seem to be as interested in our business as Brian was here. IMGs showroom makes more sense too, and had pricing labeled so you didn’t waste your time considering options out of your budget and constantly having to ask. I had IMAGE install new counters in the kitchen and for the bathroom we had them install one slab of marble for the bathroom floor and also 3 slabs of Marble in the shower, it looks amazing and I don’t have to worry about grout lines EVER. I was recommended IMAGE by the person who did my kitchen tile floor. Im sure glad I listened to him. Brian and Adrian had what I was looking for, but more importantly, at a price I could afford. For what others wanted for the kitchen granite counter top alone, I was able to get a marble kitchen table top to replace my glass one, and a marble top for my hutch base. The installed pieces met all my expectations, from an exact fit, to virtually invisible seams, and an ultra tight fit against the wall (no caulk needed whatsoever). There may be less expensive outfits out there, and there may very well be better outfits, but I guarantee you wont find a better combination of price and performance anywhere.

I recently had granite counters installed in my kitchen by International Marble and Granite. The staff was very helpful and the installation went smoothly. Brian and Adrian had what we wanted, at a price we wanted to pay. After a month of searching we settled on their offering and were not one bit disappointed. They both become personally invested in your project. Work was completed on time and without issues. Also appreciated the post project follow up visit to assure everything was still okay. International Marble and Granite Enterprises came highly recommended to us by a family member who was extremely pleased with the service they provided to them. So, we set up an appointment with Brian at the showroom. We knew the look we were going for but didn’t know much about the different options in stones. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the pros and cons to each option and helped us determine the type that would best suit our family. Brian answered our endless amount of questions and we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He offered to take slabs out so we could look at them. He also let us know we could go to the slab yard to look at other options there. We ultimately ended up going with a quartzite called Brown Fantasy. It is a stunning slab with a mixture of whites, greys, blues and light brown. It is certainly a “must see” if you are looking for a light colored stone that is durable and affordable. After picking out a slab, Adrian came out to measure. Just like Brian, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Brian and Adrian responded to our texts or phone calls in a very timely manner. They were always punctual with every appointment that was set. They made our countertop experience easy and seamless and helped turn our kitchen into a family gathering place that we absolutely LOVE! We are so glad they were recommended to us, they are a phenomenal business.

Awesome experience working with Brian and Adrian. My wife and I felt that their customer service, attention to detail and professionalism was by far the best from any of their competitors. International Marble and Granite did an awesome job with my kitchen renovation. I wanted a very specific stone, once if came in reviewed it, and within a week the kitchen template was completed and counters were installed. In addition, they have great selection of sinks and tiles. Adrian and the team made the process very easy! I would highly recommend them!

I was looking for an inexpensive option for upgrading to granite counter tops in our house. Image had one of the lowest installed price among several granite installers I looked at, including the big box stores.As a bonus, Brian was a pleasure to do business with. Immaculately professional with fast and consistent communication. The installers did a great job and the final product looks fantastic. Couldnt have had a better experience.

Completely amazing experience!!!! I ended up with quartzite super white! Adrian was awesome to work with. They did a quick, high quality custom 9 foot island, full kitchen counters, and pantry counters. Instead of the kitchen being lost in the newly renovated home, it’s now the absolute highlight, I couldn’t be happier and would recommend these guys 100 times!

Adrian and Brian are the most customer friendly guys you could ever want to work with. They are extremely attentive to your specific needs and they have THOROUGH knowledge of their products. Both of them have terrific suggestions for when you might have trouble making a decision!And our 2nd job involved several schedule changes to which the guys were incredibly easy to work with. Very flexible, and then very responsive when it was time to go! Installation went seamlessly.They’ve also done another kitchen for us that is beautiful ! I will not go anywhere else should I need countertop work again !

We checked these guys out from a friends referral and after visiting 5 other local spots we were very impressed on their customer service and their inventory! These guys did such a great job! Brian and Adrian are such pleasure to work with. They did our kitchen and shower granites in September and its absolutely fabulous. We love it. Every measurement was precise so the granite fit perfectly in the spaces. We definitely recommend working with them because the quality of work and granite is above excellent.

Great place to get stone and tile. Family run. Went here on the advice of a friend and was not disappointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped me decide on what I wanted for my kitchen and were very thorough in explaining the process. I ended up buying granite countertops for my kitchen and they did the install work perfectly. About a year later I bought tile and a vanity top for my bathroom remodel. Again they were a big help and super easy to deal with. Would not hesitate to use in the future.

Adrian and his team were amazing and professional. Nothing but the best quality and customer service experience. Adrain was able to start and complete the job within amazing time. His entire team did an amazing job.

They did an excellent job everything was cut Perfectly you did not even need to caulk along the walls. Cuts everywhere Along cabinet we’re perfect.Workers were respectful and made an effort to keep things clean.It was a pleasant experience to have things done right the first time.

I had a large kitchen island and counter top placed recently. I had three quotes. They offered the best price and the job was done to perfection. All the cutouts were accurate. They let you pick and draw out your slab. I will continue to use this company. Brian and Adrian are very friendly and know their job very well.
