Tin, Josue, and the entire crew went above and beyond my expectations. Josue saved the day on the highway and generously waited with me for an extended period of time for a ride. He assisted me with securing my belongings, and ensured I was safe. Tin and the rest of the crew explained in full detail what to expect, options, suggestions, and ways to ensure I got everything completed in regard to next steps after my accident in a timely fashion. The crew even assisted me with obtaining all belongings out of my vehicle that needed to have the trunk pried open. All members of the team are genuine, hard working individuals who will respect you and take care of your vehicle as if it were their own.

Both exhaust to them to install gave a price of $150.00 to install after taking it apart told me now its $460.00 to install had to do some welding. $300. Of welding. Car is louder than when I bought it. Been back 4 times still banging. Than they wanted another $150. Check reviews I am not the only one. Dont go there. I was told not to go there but I didnt listen.

Disregard any phony negative reviews about this place, if you live in the area this is where you should be going to get work done on your car. I had work done there and I know nothing about cars, they couldve ran the price up on me if they wanted but they did the opposite. Great price/ people/ service. Highly recommend

I live across the street from them and one morning, before heading to work, the battery in my car completely died. I went over and spoke with a friendly mechanic named Tin.Once he came over with the battery he also noted that the positive terminal was defective and recommended that it be replaced also. A day later he replaced the battery plus cable to restore power. I appreciated his help.

So I had the pleasure of working with Tin today from Capital Automotive LLC. He was so helpful, thank god he knew about BMWs and was able to assist me. Customer service was awesome, if I am ever in need again I will be contacting them. I will recommend them to anyone.

Horrible company, service, and management. These guys are extremely, greedy, nasty, and unprofessional that goes for management too and they practice price gouging big time. Any company affiliated with them @Allstate and @Esurance should be very wary. Nasty unprofessional rude staff and management call literally everyone else.

This place is very appalling and is need of some serious customer service training. The way they talk to the people picking up their cars is extremely atrocious and I strongly recommend you record them as you pick up your vehicle. I had to call the police because one of them threatened me by telling me they werent going to release my car because I am taking pictures of my car.(lmao smh)Sketchy location, ALWAYS have a second person with you if you come over here

Hole in the wall automotive service!!! They charged me $93 to just have my truck towed from the accident then an additional $106 to have it towed from their location to my own body shop. $200!!!! Overpriced! Tow guy gave me an attitude and was disrespectful to my father. Hand written receipt, and cash only. Didn’t accept credit cards or give me a printed/email confirmation. This place is a dump, what type of business is not up to date on the new technology for printing a receipt, or show some respect?!

Leave a deposit to have something replaced and and they dont replace it did a half of a tuneup who does that claims they can not get to the other 3 spark plugs would not recommend
