I have had two excellent experiences with Airport Auto Body. The first was a few years ago when I purchased a Certified Preowned Tesla Model S from Tesla. The car had been in an accident and the rear bumper had not been replaced. Tesla directed me to Airport Auto Body who does Tesla work for them, and the car was quickly repaired and looks like new. I couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent job and customer service.Recently our Honda CRV was hit in the rear by a delivery truck, so I went to Airport Auto Body again and they did another excellent job – in fact, I kidded Tony Jr. of Airport Auto Body that I had to check the VIN number since it looks like a new car. Their attention to detail is unmatched and their personal service and follow-up is excellent.I recommend to anyone who needs auto body work done, to go to Airport Auto Body. 4 months after purchasing a brand new 2021 Lexus IS 350 F sport a huge tree branch falls on the vehicle denting the rear passenger door directly on the worst possible spot. I did my research in CT and really wanted a place that would provide the best service especially considering it was a brand new car. Just the phone call alone to this establishment went smoothly. I met with Tony Jr and let’s just say all went smoothly from that point forward. Aside from the excellent service they were able to remove the dent as if it never existed! Tony provided exceptional service and made my whole experience well worth the 45 minute drive there! The cost was something I did not care about considering the situation but then came the quote and as if they weren’t already in my good graces I loved them even more! Reasonably priced to take such great care of my vehicle. Would definitely 100% recommend!!!!

Awesome crew working here, had to drop off my car to get fixed from hitting a 18 wheeler tire, had sensors, clips, skid plate, tire well and a badly bent rim fixed by them and made my car look like I picked it up back at the showroom again! In June 2021 I was in an accident that damaged the cars rear side and bumper. One of my sons referred me to Airport Road Auto Body in Hfd. He said they were the best and also knew of other who felt the same way.I called Airport Auto Body and spoke with Alex. The first thing that Alex asked me on the phone was, first of all are you alright? Even the person that hit me didnt even ask me that.After making my appointment, which was quick, I brought my car in. Alex had arranged for the Car rental to meet me there with the car I would be renting. I was totally impressed with the receptionist area that was clean, welcoming and spacious. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. Alex met me and explained the process to me. I left feeling confident that I was with the right body shop. Alex stayed in touch with me, as needed, to let me know what was going on.When the car was finished I noticed that the car had been cleaned inside and out, even sanitized! I had some scratches on my hood that I thought would need to be repainted. They said they could repaint for quite a bit of money , but they could also try compounding and buffing it out first, for no charge. We tried the compounding and it came out great. And they washed and cleaned the car, too. Great service, lovely staff and comfortable waiting space with coffee and TV. Will definitely go back and recommend.

I never leave reviews, but wanted to take a moment to leave one for my recent experience with Airport Autobody. After my vehicle was damaged, I needed some bodywork repair. I wasnt sure where to go and I am very particular about my vehicles and who works on them. My service consultant recommended I give Tony Jr. a call at Airport Autobody. It was a 40 minute drive from me, but if that means getting the job done right it is worth it.I met with Tony Jr. and he reassured me it will be done right. The staff and people I met there were all super nice and they offered coffee and made you feel at home. The actual facility and garage is immaculate. Tony Jr. gave me a time frame, and a quote right away. Today, I picked up my vehicle right on time as discussed. Brought my Tesla in after being rear-ended and needing a new trunk. Not only was the workmanship fantastic, but John and his crew detailed the car to better-than-showroom-condition before handing it back to me. Everyone at Airport Road obviously take immense pride in their work, and in the appearance of cars. The trunk works better than when it was new (a testament to both Airport Roads great workmanship, and Teslas poor build quality.)

I had stored my prized 540i in the garage for the winter when a cannonball headboard and foot board stored nearby just happened to fall over and bounce off the side of my bmw, leaving it with 4 dents marked by white paint on my black car! Every time I went to drive it , I was reminded of the incident.I brought it to Airport Rd Auto and they made them disappear like magic.Sooo Happy. They also touched up a scratch bumper to boost.What a great place.

Airport Road Auto Body is the best body shop ever! Tony Sr. and Tony Jr. are wonderful people and the facility is spotless. As far as I know this place is BMW, Mercedes, and Tesla certified and both New Country BMW and New Country Mercedes use them. They worked on my car early this year doing a super job. I brought another car this morning and they spent almost 2 hours to get rid of a large scratch on the trunk. It looks great. Guess what? Tony Sr. didn’t charge me anything! Just picked up the car today after having some minor paint work done. The car looks fantastic and, better yet, washed and all cleaned up inside, didn’t expect that.I was greeted immediately upon stepping into the waiting area and had minimal wait time while an estimate was drawn up. Leaving the car was a quick process and given today’s environment all social distancing was followed.Car was delivered on time and with what I think was a good value for the work done.Would recommend people stop by and check things out if you need work done.

Tony Jr. was spectacular to work with. The first words out of his mouth after I said my car had been in an accident was to inquire if everyone was ok. They were, it was a minor bumper and fog light issue, thank goodness! But our entire experience was spectacular. Tony and his shop tried to fix the damage first without a lot of parts, but the car is new, so we opted for the more comprehensive repair which required part replacement and paint work. The paint matches EXACTLY, and my husband is very very particular regarding vehicle painting. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do I am absolutely going to Airport Road Auto Body, I cant recommend them enough.

A few months ago I took my model 3 to John after an accident in a parking garage. Instead of quoting me over a thousand dollars like another shop and suggesting the work I would need would be time intensive, John assessed the scratch, was able to see it was mostly artificial, took the car for 15 minutes and it came almost good as new. He didnt try to charge me for something he knew was a simple fix and Im so grateful people like him and businesses like airport road auto body still exist. Thanks again!!!

I went to Tony based on recommendations from a few of my friends whove had work done at Airport Auto. This was the first time I ever had to send one of my cars to a body shop and this facility blew my expectation out of the water. Despite the COVID-19 happening, Tony kept in touch and updated me each week on the progress of the car. I just picked up the car this morning and it looked phenomenal. The service and quality this place produces is top notch. I can see why my friends spoke so highly of this place and I will be doing the same and referring anyone who needs body work to Tony and Airport Road Auto Body.

Service was fine. A little confusion as to when to drop my car off for restoration, but not a big deal. An ok job at detailing/cleaning, however didnt do the trunk that just could have used vacuuming. There was brown stuff on the car above rear passenger and driver back tires. Looks like it came off during recent rain, most of it. Will be looking to see if it leaves areas darkened after going thru a car wash. Workers were friendly and based on the brownish stuff going away completely I would recommend their services to others.

I had an excellent experience at Airport Road Auto Body. This is one of the nicest/cleanest automotive shops I have seen. They finished my vehicle promptly to the timeline they provided, they have a convenient relationship with nearby Enterprise for a rental car, and they detailed the entire car for me despite them only repairing one very small area of paint on the front of my car. Highly recommended!

I brought my car in to have the front end repainted and a scuff on the back trunk. They did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them and go back for any future service needed.

This was so hassle free! They scaled the estimate from my insurance co. by email, ordered the parts, called me after ordering to let me know when all would be ready in their end so we could schedule a day good for me. Dropped my car off, picked it up on the day he said (on time) and they had even washes and detailed the car interior. Fabulous. I dealt primarily with Tony Jr. and he we do professional and pleasant Im shocked that there was never even a glimmer of annoyance (esp with all this times of uncertainty that has become an easy excuse for some businesses to fall back on). Instead he and other staff were only admirably pleasant and genuinely take PRIDE in ALL they do! My sincerest thanks! ~K.

Tony Jr. Was superb with his graciousness and efficiency from my first contact through to picking up my car. Each step was prompt and follow through was spot on. It was all smooth sailing and, most importantly, the car looks great!

First off, a great place and one I would certainly recommend. Very professional, great staff, great work. Its a super nice body shop and clearly catering towards the higher end. I went here with our Model 3 after being rear ended and finding it the only Tesla-approved body shop in the area, but luckily, they didnt disappoint - the car looks good as new. That said, I did rate them four stars because of a few notable reasons. One was simply that we were overpromised communication - regular updates, sometimes updates on specific days that never came. Its not like great communication didnt happen, it just left me wondering where my promised update was and why I had to call back the following day to get it, on a few occasions. That leads to the second point about the whole process taking several weeks, perhaps a bit longer than needed... Understandably, Tesla OEM parts took several days to come in, but the big thing that got me was that after all the initial parts were ordered and installed and the car should have been done, supposedly, they noticed a part that was broken (aka they broke something). Luckily insurance was paying for it so money wasnt an issue, but best case scenario at their word, they didnt do a good enough initial inspection and order, delaying a solid week. Lastly, the only very minor gripe I have about the work itself was a lack of attention to detail when they replaced the trunk and neglected to repaint the very clearly visible interior bolts which now are mostly white (body color) but notably chipped from a ratchet/wrench.

Excellent service!!! They were able to get the scratches (caused by a out of control shopping cart) off of my new BMW. Looks brand new!!!They also fixed the broken side mirror on my wife’s car.They detailed both of our cars and left a bag of cookies for us.They provide high quality and professional service. I will always bring my car to them to repair.

I have just recently brought my car to Airport Road Auto Body and dealt with Tony Jr. My experience was absolutely perfect. My car came back to me looking better than ever. Tony Jr was great to deal with as he was very good about staying on top of updating me about where my car was during the repair process. I felt very welcomed every time I had to come down to the shop. I was greeted by an outstanding receptionist who offered me refreshments and a small snack while I waited. I definitely recommend anyone to come to Airport Road Auto Body if you need your car repaired because it is guaranteed to have great quality of work and the staff and customer service is excellent.

Tony Jr and the team did an amazing job. Paintwork is flawless and the car looks brand new. They went the extra mile to detail the car and had it waiting for me with a goodie bag on the front seat. Will only be bringing my cars here in the future.

We had our windshield replaced here after it was done incorrectly the first time by another company. Alex at Airport Auto Body was wonderful. He worked quickly to get our claim information, got the proper windshield ordered from the manufacturer and had our vehicle back to like new condition all in about a week. We can reccomend them highly enough.

So was having a bit of an emergency going on and a decent amount of things just werent going well with me on a particular day. The issues of course pertained to a car I was dealing with and all I can mention is that the cars issue was related to its appearance.To deal with the issue, I was initially suggested to head over to this place which is known as the best for what they do. Given their reputation, I didnt really have faith that they would have been able to squeeze in the task at hand so I sent off an email over the weekend half expecting to get nothing in response and called around three or four local places.I was shocked when, among all the places I contacted, it was the most infamous place (for its good work) which emailed me back over that same weekend and asked me to come in the following day which really put me at ease. The responses I got from local shops were pessimistic that they would have been able to do anything for me so I was holding my breath waiting to see what would happen here.Not only were they able to fix my issues right there and then but they did it for free and I was handed some supplies they used in case I wanted to touch up things myself later. I was in contact with Tony Jr. who assisted me with all of this and had a brief encounter with Tony as well who was also great. I dont think Ive ever in my life been helped in such a way for what is supposed to be a paid service and to top it off it was done by really great guys which helped me out beyond what I can even mention.So to sum things up, awesome place, standup owners and employees and best experience Ive ever had with this type of thing. Also, stupid little things which people might take for granted I notice, like having an entire carton of creamer available in their fridge which was also really appreciated. When I make coffee at these places, I like dumping that stuff in, just how I like coffee. I dont particularly enjoy, at other places, having to use milk or open up 15 packets of cream haha so this was just another added bonus to my day which became great.
