I asked one of the workers to help me by getting some cookies off the shelf. He made some off hand comment about being the same height as him. It threw me. I did not explain to him that I am unable to raise my arms above my head, i can barely raise them at all. I would not be asking for the help unless I needed. I understand that some people can be very needy. But I hardly ever ask for help. I hope that I read the situation wrong but if left me with a bad feeling in my stomach.

I just love the grocery pick-up. Saves so much time and money. Friendly service too.

I dropped my wallet outside by the soda machine and some person turned it in to the customer service desk when I called they were very polite and when I went back to get very fast and efficient in returning it to me love the store thanks

Its always busy and you buy to much but its easy to navigate and check out is decently quick

This Walmart is alright, the main issue with this Walmart is they are always out of certain grocerie products ..and at first I liked the pharmacy, here lately it takes forever for them to get your prescriptions filled especially if you have certain types of insurance such as Medicare / Medicade .. you sit there for an hour , just for them to change stuff around , they also say that your prescriptions were not called in .. to call your doctor , only to find out that yhey have been called in! This usually happens when its called in electronically..

This was a clean store and extremely well stocked!!! The only reason I didnt give 5-stars is because they made it nearly entirely self checkout which I am opposed to.

The ppl who work there dont even know where products are placed Im on crutches and they made me walk through the whole store one side to the other twice and then still could not find what I needed

Its not every day that you go to walmart. But I sometimes go there to get certain arts and crafts. Employees there are pretty decent.

Amanda who said she was the manager and was clearly not is rude and unprofessional. Price on a lock box which I couldnt possibly have tampered with was not the the correct price and she refused to give me the price stated. I believe this is false advertising. Never has walmart refused to give the price stated. Awful customer service! If she is the front register supervisor she sure shouldnt be.

Walmart - it is what it is😕Near KC so we stopped to see if they had some Kc Chiefs and/ or some Kc Royals stuff.Found some cool shirts and jackets, however, not a 3xl Chiefs or Royals item in the entire store. We were ready to buy a bunch but nope.Walmart, look around at your customers. 3xl isnt exactly an odd size. Hundreds of small, medium and large items but thats it? Whether you sold all the bigger sizes or just dont order them... either way its a fail.Also there was a couple other customers we heard complaining about needing assistance. Well, what about all those checkers you replaced with self checkouts? Walmart said they would be placed in the departments.... Where are they?While Wal-Mart is focusing on the pickup and delivery business more and more, many customers are focused on finding alternative businesses!

Its hey wonderful nice Walmart they normally have everything at work but two days ago when I was in there that I bought and if you want it all and I havent called in because they probably want to keep back anyways but Gervais place to go shopping

I think theyve recently remodeled. I felt like they didnt have as much product as in the past. What they did have was well organized and priced at what you would expect for the area.

A great Walmart in a convenient location. This store does well what Walmarts are known to do: great prices on the right products in the right location. Also, if you need Chiefs gear, this is your place. There was more Chiefs apparel than Ive seen, even at Arrowhead Stadium. Very convenient.

Wal-Mart is always so wide open and ready for us... This Wal-Mart indeed is great and safe.

Its hit or miss with Harrisonville. One of the little perks we enjoyed was the reduced cakes but the manager has decided that they wont reduce until the day of now instead of the evening before. Have been to two other Walmarts since this change and they are not doing this they still do the evening before. I also reduced items at other Walmarts that are not reduced at the Harrisonville Walmart. This manager at the store seems to fly by the seat of his pants with his own rules

The vision center was very professional. They where really nice and the prices are affordable. I will be coming back for my vision needs in the future.

It was a good experience. There was only one thing bad, that was the bathrooms. I know they have not gotten cleaned yet but that was the only bad thing

I made the mistake of thinking that workers in this store would be interested in actually helping a customer!I approached 3 employees who were visiting with each other at the fitting rooms. 2 of the 3 were facing me as I approached and stood waiting for them to pause their conversation. One finally asked if I wanted something. I asked if they could tell me if they had jewelry cleaner or silver polish. She immediately said, we were looking for that earlier and couldnt find it.I asked where household cleaners were located and she motioned to her left...toward garden center, toys, hunting/fishing etc.I played along searching the garden center, automotive cleaning supplies and decided to head over to the grocery side of this store. After looking guess what I found?! Silver cleaner!!! NO THANKS TO ANY ONE IN THIS STORE!!!Yet another reason why I am tired of giving Walmart another chanceCustomers service is horrible . Their motto should we: Were Walmart, we dont care! We dont have to.

Its only walmart in town. I like it, but wish clothes department for women were bigger like the one in harrisonville and neveda are. Alot of my regular cleaning products and food picks dont get restocked as they should.

The automotive techs are so nice and understanding! They are very helpful and got me back on the road asap!

Hate Walmart but handy occasionally for cheaper food however, the daily freaks in there I can only handle 30 minutes once a month. Prefer Hyvee and Hen House higher class of customer.

Typical Walmart. If you need something a lot of people just point in a general direction. Occasionally you run into one of those that will take you to items. Customer service area is normally pretty good.

I went in to purchase the do it yourself cupcakes. While I was looking, Michelle from the bakery told me about the do it yourself cookie! She didnt have any ready yet, so she took the time to get one ready for me before going to lunch. My niece had so much fun decorating the cookie and cupcakes this weekend! Thank you Michelle!

This is my favorite walmart even more so after they have redone it! They always have everything me and my little family need!

Stayed here overnight with 3 motorhome RVs. We all parked out in the southwest corner out of the way and nobody bothered us. With my pick up just around the corner it was a perfect spot for me to stage. The store seemed to be kept in good order and clean & the employees were very nice. Until last year when I switched to this company I had had almost no dealings with Minnesota other than to pass through briefly. Now Im back 2-3 times a week and to be honest Ive found it quite enjoyable. I look forward to coming back each time. As a Texan it is a bit cold at times but my family comes from Wisconsin and I like being in the north. (Although my it drives my wife nuts when I come home after a month with the northern accent.) Lol. (Sometimes I use it just to annoy her...)Thanks Walmart for allowing me to stay here and dont worry, I know where trash goes. Not all drivers are pigs.

The Oil & Tire dept employees were accommodating and cordial for my used oil drop-off and purchase.

It was very confusing this time out. I dont know if they are remodeling or what(I saw no signs or other visible notifications of such)but tons of things are gone from where they used to be there are entire structures of shelves missing and some aisles are completely taken down. Even all the self-checkout lanes have been moved to the front of the store. Took me 2x as long to purchase the items I buy regularly there than it usually does.

It sucked had to check my own stuff out because not enough cheakers

Remodeled and went down to six checkouts that are not self checkout. Had only one open today with a line of nine customers that had full carts. Employees working self checkouts were begging people to change and nobody budged. Did they open another line? Heck no! Maybe they need to rethink their remodel.

Not liking the new store remodel & no cashiers. A lot of products I use are low in stock or out of stock or discontinued. Very frustrating. I am sick of the maze & having to spend so much time trying to find basic things I need. I have begun shopping elsewhere.

You really dont want to know what my experience was at Walmart. Horrible... I have to look up all the prices myself and when I get to the checkout line the cashier is literally sitting in a chair and has a little Lazy Susan full of bags that they slowly put your stuff in...takes forever. took longer to get out of the store then to grab the 10 items that I bought. Everyone that works there seems they dont want to work there. Give me a flipping name tag and pay me to shop there I do everything anyway.....

Best Walmart we went to was in Harrisonville everything was so clean and well stock I wish we live near that store so we can go all the time that one we go to and Kansas City is horrible

No paper at Walmart in harrisonville mo

Wal mart is very nice to have but it the only store around us and they r limited on name brand items and prices r alittle higher then most I have been asking for large coffee mate for over a year with no avail and a few other things r limited .

Clothing sections were a bit disorganized, but definitely have seen much worse

2020-Dec.This WM was clean and well stocked. We were visiting some family and we were in town for a few days. My husband is a Chiefs fan and this WM has lots of Chiefs stuff!

There customer service stinks,the employees will not get out of the customers way they just stand in the way. When they are doing customer shopping they will not move out of your way so you can continue to do your own shopping. At one time Walmart was a very good store but they are a 1on a scale of 1thru 10 1 being the worst.
