Great hardware shop and animal feed stores. Purchased a pair boots. They are so comfy. Right off the bat I can see they carry quality products, and I feel and see quality in the boots.

Caution do not buy a mower from this place I bought a brand new cup cadet from them for almost $5000 it broke after a couple of months a cast aluminum piece that holds the blades on They told me they had one in stock but would not exchange it without having the mower so I took the mower in they kept it for 6 days and never contacted me then they Wanted to charge me For the repair and blamed it on me They told me they would contact Cub cadet and try to get it warranted and then call me back im assuming that they are going to try to avoid my whole warranty since I am not going to pay for that repair on a mower thats only a few months I wish I could return it and buy one from somewhere else

Just bought a Cub Cadet ZT1 6 wks ago. The ignition switch went bad, found out by running all of the tests. Mower will not run and is stuck out in our shed. Took the switch up and they refuse to warrant it out without testing the mower. When asked how I am to get it out of the shed, up the hill and onto the trailer-- not there problem. Useless mechanic that cant test an ignition switch. And the best part, there mech. do not work weekends so I have to take a day off of work

The guys that work here are very helpful. They always try to figure out what parts I need. Would give 5 stars but the store manager can be rude.

I needed a very specific piece of hardware and wasnt even sure what that piece I was needing. An employee named Don asked if he could help me, and after giving what Im sure was a very lousy description of what I was doing, he knew EXACTLY what I needed and took me straight to it. Amazing! This place is AMAZING! First off its HUGE. They carry just about anything you could ever need...including the best selection of boots. They have great clothing options and I was excited to see FOX sweatshirts, tshirts and hats!

Something for everyone and worth checking out. This place has a wide variety of things, from purfume to bales of hay, tons of pet supplies (from chicks to horses), hardware, plumbing, electric, clothing, mowers and saws, toys, boots, fencing, candies and sodas. Not much or any lumber. Some of the prices are high but they sale quality products that last. The management is responsive and treated me right on a mower situation. They have a skilled small engine service department that can usually get you fixed in about a week. The older staff is really knowledgeable and helpful, but I find some of younger employees less friendly and customer service aware, hence the four stars. I also wish they installed automatic doors for an easier exit. This is a small chain business with about six locations. Inventory seems to stay well stocked, but if they dont have it they can sometimes pull the item from another store and make it available for pick-up soon.

Pretty cool store. The only place around that has some bee keeping supplies. I would love to see them carry more bee supplies. I would give them a 5 if they could carry more bee equipment. All in all a cool store.

They carry everything you would need for a horse, men and women western boots and clothes, animal feed and etc, tools, and much more. Enjoyed just browsing through the store. We had never been there before but will definitely go back.

The young worker who helped me out with 3 bags of horse grain, I large bag of dog food and other tidbits was exceptionally nice and helpful. More young works need to step up.Kudos going out to him excellent work!

Nice store with a good selection. Went in for wood pellets for my smoker and ended up buying several extra items due to the sheer size and selection.

This is a very fun store with just about everything, so many unique items and products. Prices are a bit high, but they carry collectable items and they seem to have a wide variety of solid selection made with quality. I enjoyed visiting there store today as I was shopping for my grand son.

I personlly love to come to this Family Center because the most beautiful service staff is Lannah Wimsatt, Maecy Claiborne and Emma Trotter. Everytime I come in they always welcome me and help me with what I need right away. Because of that I love to come in so does other people. They love there job. I think they need more beautiful experienced people like them.

Got 5 bags of chicken crumbles . son dumped them in brute trash cans were we store it to feed out. all 5 had moldy clumps in it . yeah

There prices are not competitive, there alittle bit high. For a store that size they dont seem to car about prices. They have nice stuff but, Im a below average wage person and I have to go to tractor supply to get 90 percent of my things.

The people were nice and patient with me.There wasnt trash all over the lot.There were plenty of carts.Inside is huge and has pretty much anything youd need for a country lifestyle. Including the good ol cowboy boots, hats, and even horse saddles!I gave 4 stars because I didnt perchase anything specifically. The price tags are on the items and the place wasnt crowded either.Way to go!

This is my go-to feed and tack store. Im here at least once a week and spend way too much money 🤑😂. The only reason why I didnt give it five stars is wished they had a better selection for plus size clothing particularly shirts.

Tools, snacks, toys, decor, gear for your pets (inside and big outside pets) nice employees, Young and older, male and female so you can seek help from someone you would feel comfortable with . Fun place to just walk around in.

Our family LOVES family center, western wear, home decor, toys, feed for my critters,, and all the beautiful tack!!! Oh and my husband gets fixing supplies there too (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, lawn and garden). Not to mention they have way more supplies for your tractor, than that other place.

Terrible customer service . Bought a lawnmower there and it already quit starting. In the parts , service there was one person. 4 young boys watching while 8 people waited. At least get him some help! The manager did not apologize to any of us! It took me 40 minutes to drop off my mower!

Mostly everything you need from Western, work ware to feed, smoker pellets, chain saws, mowers and most everything in between. Call and ask the friendly staff and they can tell you. Worth a drive to go check out the store.

My lawn mower battery I bought from them was bad after 60 days. I took it back without a receipt and the exchange took maybe a minute and a half. No questions asked!

I like the family center farm and home in harrisonville I have shopped there many times for jeans as well as boots and with things changing in the years I wish they would keep some of the old boots around as some of us still like to wear the old looking stuff

Great customer service and a good selection of products but the prices are outrageous for a lot of things though really reasonable for others. Clean, and a great place to go if you cant find what youre looking for elsewhere or are after those decently priced items. Worth a look anyway.

I enjoy the Family Center, way more than Target. Although I dont even need a lot of the items from the Family Center, but that says something in and of itself. Most of the time I have no trouble getting around and finding stuff Im looking for, as well as stuff that I do not need. Lately its been awfully busy in there, which totally kills my mood. A random man shopping was too close in the boot section as I was attempting to let out some gas. The more I moved in one direction, the more he did too. It was a painful experience, but I managed to get out of the store with a nice pair of womens Wrangler Riggs work pants to do some damage in.

Needed an oil pan for work. Drove past the big box store a few blocks down to get a higher quality product from a smaller retailer more in touch with the community they serve. Great service and a quality product. Ill gladly be back.
