Awesome experience with these guys! I ordered some spin shoes online from eBay and was able to pick up in Harrisonburg, VA. Store was very responsive to my emails and accommodating to my schedule. I was able to try the shoes on at the warehouse location. The shoes were unfortunately too snug, but I was able to do a return/exchange in store because they had the same pair that fit me in stock. Super happy with purchase and how flexible Pro Tested Gear was in explaining these shoes to me (first pair of spin shoes). Highly recommend.

Ordered a used tri bike off online and traveled to pick it up--staff was willing to meet me there on a Saturday and helped me figure out how to put the bike in my car. Great customer service and great products!! Highly recommend.

Fantastic business here in the Shenandoah Valley! Ive been working with Nick and the rest of the team at Pro Tested Gear since July of 2013. I have purchased gear from them and they have successfully sold cycling gear for me to include high-end bikes, jerseys and components. I have also had them sell restored vintage bikes for me in the past. As you can imagine, transporting newly restored bikes or gear requires the utmost attention to detail and care and they have never let me down. My husband had some bike rollers that he had no luck selling locally. We considered trying to sell them online ourselves but the thought of packaging and shipping them was way too intimidating. A friend put us in contact with ProTested and they happily took them off our hands. Within a week they were sold and we didnt have to do a thing! Their staff was really great - very professional.
