This is the best AutoZone in our area! Yosi is a gem and always a pleasure to work with. We use this store multiple times a week and have never had any complaints.

I just want to give a huge thank you to Jose and Berry, the whole crew here is amazing. They got me everything I needed to get my truck back on the road and made sure I had fuel treatment to go with my oil change and a funnel and drain pan and drain plug washes. All the little things I would have never thought about they made sure I had it. Thanks again yall are awesome.

My truck had a sudden power steering fluid leak so I went to this Auto Zone that I frequently use. The stores hours are open until 9pm and I arrived at 8:54pm knowing I just needed one item to get real quick so I wouldn’t be ruining their closing routine. However I go to open the door and it’s already locked and the associate is standing at the register counting the money and looks up at me, we make eye contact, I look at my phone to confirm the time, he looks back down and continues counting just ignoring me. Now I have to drive to a competitor store who gladly helps me out. I’ve used this AutoZone for years but will never return based on the lack of service and laziness of the employee.

Good low prices and had a nice sweetheart that waited on me. She was such a sweetheart.

Was sold the wrong spark plugs after I asked the associate multiple times if they would fit my car. Ended up being the wrong part and asked them and they assured me they were the right plugs. Ended up costing me a big repair bill at the dealership. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. I used to get many of my car parts here but will be looking elsewhere now

Raphael changed my battery very efficiently! He was so nice!!

I had ordered parts the day before and was told they would be in by 4 pm the next day. When they called and said parts was in I went to pick them up and only 1/2 of stuff was In. They said they didnt know where the other stuff was and had no way of finding out.

Stopped in to get a check engine light diagnosed. They gave me the reader and I followed their instructions. Came back in and the guy looked it up and printed a sheet with the code and what most people buy to fix it. I researched the issue and hopefully a couple of engine cleaner treatments will work. Possible O2 component. Air/fuel mix is not right.I forgot to clear the codes so I went back in this morning and borrowed the reader again. The manager Mr. Sutton was very nice. First time it didnt clear. I went back in and he said try this one. I went back out and as I was turning my car on to clear it he walked over with another one. I got it cleared with the 2nd one. Awesome customer service right here!

If youre traveling and need mechanical assistance, you could not go to a better place than Auto Zone on South Main Street in Harrisonburg, and you could not work with a more knowledgeable, personable, honest, or sincere a Sales Associate than Barry. Upon entering the store with an armful of wiring and an expectation of much difficulty and expense, he handled the problem with confidence and clarity, and in spite of my insistence on purchasing something I didnt need, he simply did what any exceptional Sales Associate should do. He SOLVED the issue, FIXED the problem, EXPLAINED what he had done, AND what to do for similar future issues. I might also mention that he never charged me a penny. THANK YOU Auto Zone for the amazing quality of your operation and your association with Barry, for I cannot even imagine a more skilled and highly-competent professional.

What a useless staff, you walk in to get a part non out of 4 sales people are mechanically inclined or have any ideas about auto parts

AutoZone is very reasonably priced, and they dont just sell you a part, you can ask him about it and even ask them if they can help you install the part or at least show you how to do it theyve even come out and put it under the hood and help me figure out what I needed to do when I got home with it and save myself a buttload of money by not having to pay for a mechanic! And they will do a diagnostic check on your car for free!

Most amazing place I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The lady who took care of my needs was a real jewel. I definitely will make Auto Zone my Go To Store

Scott is awesome! He always has good insight into a project and always has a lot of experience to offer. Unfortunately the service has been a little dicey lately with staff shuffling around, I think a lot of it has to do with OReillys coming to town.

The battery in my van died this morning, so I jumped it to get it going. I called this AutoZone because it was near my work. I told them I was trying to get a new battery and still be on time for work. I arrived, they had the battery already pulled & ready to go! One gentleman installed it for me while the other one was ringing me up. I made it to work right on time!! Really happy with my service!!

Great Auto Part Store. Have Done a lot of business in the past with my Older car ..I brought oil there last Tuesday and the Gentleman helped me put it in .. Thats Called SERVICE!!

Bought a battery for my 2016 VW GTI, had to install it myself as their parts list said they were not allowed to install bc it may require a computer reset afterward. Installed it myself and no computer reset was required.They tried to upsell me by offering the most expensive batteries first, i had looked online beforehand and knew they had a cheaper duralast on hand but had to ask for it. Id recommend looking online first before buying something of higher price, overall they had the part i wanted but was not impressed with my experience here.

Wonderful, knowledgeable staff who are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile, but their parts supplier keeps putting the wrong parts in the boxes, meaning I have to make a return about 60% of the time.
