Went there and got me a 1700 series tractor customer service was awesome help me with everything and answered all my questions delivered the tractor the next day went in after 4pm so was expected definitely recommend them

I purchased a Spartan RZ-HD with a few accessories. The mower came with a warranty. I would not expect that to apply to bolt on accesories. So when an issue came about with an issue with said accessory (Spartan quick shield) in which a bolt vibrated loose, therefore rendering the shield inoperable. I called Midwest hoping to simply get the lost bolt replaced and the shield assembled back to working order with an understandable labor cost to be had. To my suprise and pleasure they replaced the bolt and put all back into place ataccessories. Proper customer service is to be had here. Should I ever be in the market for other lawn equipment, this is where I will be spending my money.

If your looking for an honest person the manager is great. He wont try to push you like so many sales men do or to get you into something you cant afford. Was i.ptessed.

We called about a John deere lawnmower they told us it was 350 dollars we paid and went to load it then someone else said it was actually 1000 dollars and gave us our money back very disappointed will never stop here again
