Great experience buying a tractor. I first contacted them by email. Asked questions about the tractor I thought I needed. They answered all my questions. Scheduled a time to go look at the tractor. They referred me to Garret. He met us out by the tractor and very knowledgeable about them too. I was looking at a package deal and he explained what I was getting. I decided to upgrade the brush hog. He showed me two quick connects which I jumped on. They are so nice and easy to use. We decided I didnt need the model I thought and we got one two sizes down. What company sells that way? I appreciated how honest he was with what I needed and that the tractor he suggest would do everything I wanted. It did, It has and even more. Its my beast of work equipment. They went over everything they thought I needed to know. The price was right with my budget. They delivered everything to me for a small fee. Went over everything and made sure I understood it. Ive taken it in for its first service and everyone from sales, parts and service was very nice and easy to talk too. We made such a good choice doing business with Springdale Tractor. Anyone who has seen my tractor I have to brag about the company I bought it from and the people...and the beast.

I purchased a zero turn Kubota mower from the Kubota dealer in Harrison Ar today mainly because of a salesman Marty Younger. I have been looking for a while but on the most part I could not find a salesperson that knew their product nor would they take the time needed to explain about the mower that I was interested in. Until I called theKubota dealer in Harrison. And Marty was very informative about the mowers that they sell. I had not planned to pay what I spent but I drove to Harrison and was so satisfied with what I purchased from Marty. A very good salesman

We got a Kubota Zero Turn mower and we love it, its a work horse! Marty was our sales person and we were very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of his product.

All the folks at the Harrison Arkansas komodo center are super super helpful. If they do not have what you are in need of, They tell you what might work are when they can you get what you really want. This is a 5 star operation and very nice folks to do business with.

Too many customer personal questions asked! I only stopped in to check some prices I asked salesman no personal questions but yet I felt as if I was being interrogated!

After multiple phone conversations with Matt (whom stated he was the general manager) asking specifically about oil and fuel leaks, hydraulic and PTO functionality...and being told that everything was in excellent mechanical condition, I was disappointed to drive more than an hour to find that the used tractor I was interested in was severely misrepresented! It was leaking diesel fuel and had a 5 inch puddle of oil under the tractor. The hydraulics were not functioning. I was left with the explanation that it was a used tractor and I should buy a new one. Buyer beware!

Looked for a used 50 hp tractor for about 8 months. We had saved about 15k and thought that might buy a good used tractor, but after looking at several (usually 15 years or older with bad clutch, tires and other problems), we saw the Kubota sign and stopped to see if they had any used equipment. They did not. But Matt asked if I wanted to look at around. We looked at a new L4701 with loader, hydro, 4 wd, and box blade like I needed. I imediately told Matt I know what this tractor costs and I dont have it. He said that with my down payment, and a small payment - interest free insurance included, it might be better than repairs on an older tractor which needed a lot of repairs. Bingo, that made sense. We have had our Kubota for a year now, and we LOVE it. It runs strong and has a wide variety of uses. It reminds me of back in the 80s when I decided to purchase my first computer - the sales guy asked me what are you going to use it for? I didnt know what to say --everything. The same goes for the tractor - almost everything - from spreading gravel on the road to moving brush and trailers etc. So far, that tractor had been as loyal as my dog. Ha!

Dont buy a Kubota if you plan on working it!! We have bought 2 new skidsters & 1 excavator. They stay in the shop more then any piece of equipment we have ever owned! We were told we work them too hard!! 😂🤣

The Kubota dealer in Harrison is great.I knocked off a 🌟 because the company no longer provides some parts for some of their tractors.

I took my tractor in because of a bubble in the hydrolic line. I needed the line bleed to remove the air in the line. They not only did not bleed the line they started to take my transmission appart. This dealer works on hunches and guesses, trial and error. They charged me $150.00 to tell me they didnt know how to fix my tractor.
