Wayne and Brandi were super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They made shipping stuff for my employer super easy and stream line with nice conversation. Would recommend this location.

Brandon was so great with helping me out scan some important paperwork for things I had to get done. I usually don’t write reviews but I must say his customer service skills are on point! I had the most wonderful experience with Sheena and Claudia. I came in needing to ship and old banjo which was awkward in size. Both team members worked together with me in finding the right size box and packing options that best suited my needs. I am so amazed at the exceptional level of customer service that was provided to me. Both team members truly went above and beyond to give me a great experience. Thank you!

Avoid this location. The store manager refused to let me use my Fedex account to ship an item back in July (even though I have used my account numerous times at this store over the past two years) and thus I was overbilled by about $50. She then lied and told me that I could contact Fedex Revenue Services to get refunded the difference of what she overbilled. Its been about 5 months and after numerous phone calls, Ive still yet to see my refund. Because of this store manager I have since switched to UPS for all my shipping needs. Good job losing a customer.

The assistants at fedex office convinced me to pay a higher price so that my documents will be delivered within two days but instead they got delivered after 7 days. I could have paid regular ground shipping to get it delivered so late. They are not even planning to refund the extra amount that was charged.

I called today about my package being stolen because the FedEx worker lefted my package on the stairs in front of my house again...I have a big sign on my front door not to leave any packages and the worker still lefted my package. This is the 3rd time my package has been stolen. I was told on the phone they dont have to obey the sign on my door..I feel just terrible I been waiting 2 weeks for this package it was for my birthday. WOW..thanks alot ....FedEx

I had a great experience at this location. Staff were polite, efficient, and flexible to accommodate specific small details I asked for. Especially friendly and helpful staff, compared to many other locations I’ve used elsewhere.

Left my package on the stairs numerous times even when I told them not to. Someone stole my package the other day and they did not help. They stole a package that included my lingerie now some crack is walking around with my lingerie on and knows my full name, address and my phone number. So much of my personal information. I will not order anything that ships from FedEx

Came in with no line just needing to email a document and get copies made. The computer at the store is apparently not working. They think it’s on my end. I emailed the document to myself, and my personal email. No issues... I have spent hundreds in printing over the last year at this location with either Good or horrible customer service... as I write this I’m still waiting... 3 employees... only one seems to be working. They just keep waiting on new people instead of assisting me... after 23 minutes I finally get the email stating they recieved my document... terrible customer service

To any one with a bad review Im sure you all think youre the only person in the world and have no real idea of what these employees have to deal with on a daily basis. To mr. I walked in 3 min before close, you sir SUCK. He most likely had other orders to fulfil orders of which where given with adequate time to get done your 12 cent one copy wasnt going to stop production of another job because of your poor time management issue. And to mr. Everyone is lazy.... sounds like you didnt get the answer you wanted probably due to yet another poor time management issue. Just about had it with people thinking they are the only customers in the world and treating associates like garbage because they didnt properly plan.

Easy to print whatever I need that I cant take care of at home, friendly staff, good hours.

I walked into this location on 5/12/14 at 8:57pm (3 minutes before close.) Immediately I walked up to the guy behind the counter, Josh, and told him I needed a single print. One. Single. Print. He was rude, and totally unprofessional... his reply Yeah, Im about to close up here and Ive got somewhere I need to be What?!? So I asked him, does that mean youre not going to take my business? He said that was correct, and immediately turned and walked away. No apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience. NOTHING! What a lazy, unprofessional a-hole! I will NEVER be going back to this store. Josh told me the managers name is Gabby. Ill be mentioning her next on FedEx Kinkos Facebook page.STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION... LAZY, INDIFFERENT SERVICE!

Looked up the hours trying to get something printed last minute and decided to come here and this is what I get... Be back in 30 minutes For real?
