Amazing customer service! We took our car in for a slow leak in one of the tires and we were in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. The man who helped us was the nicest guy and I couldn’t appreciate his help more. Highly recommend this place!

I waited not once but TWICE for an hour for them to tell me they can’t look at my car. The first time I check engine light was on and all I asked was them to listen to my car. They agreed I waited a full hour and then they told me that they can’t see me because there’s two people in front of me. Like they knew that before why didn’t they tell me to go home and made me wait an hour? The second time my AC stopped working I told them that when I walked in and they said they would check it out. I waited a full hour and then they told me they didn’t have Freon and that they couldn’t do anything. SAY THAT FROM THE START WE ARE BUSY PEOPLE MY GOD. Don’t Waste your time going here

Short staffed but got the job done in time for me to make ot to my appointment. Order online and sent it to them. They made time for me after hours to get the job done. Awesome job its where Ill be doing my service from now on

We were traveling and ended up with a flat tire. We called the Monro near our hotel but they were too busy to look at the tire and referred us to Monro on Walnut St. They provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing automotive repairs.

Came to Monro on Walnut street to get my tires put on, very friendly, took me in before my appointment time, they kept me up on everything that was being done. Everything was done within a reasonable time. Will definitely come here again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

I came to this store on Saturday to get an inspection. I was greeted by two very nice men. I told them how I needed to get my emission test done and I was new to the state. So I wasn’t sure what I needed. They were very patient and understanding. They set me up for an appointment today and they were great!! They explaining everything step by step and walked me thru the whole process.(despite this crazy woman who came in yelling and trying to chase us away!!! She was very disrespectful!! She should be banned from any further services in my opinion. I wouldn’t let anyone disrespect my staff. ) They remained so calm and professional......I would definitely recommend them to everyone! Thanks Zach and Brett for all your help and patience. Keep up the good work!!

Zach, the manager, was personable, professional and competent. He aided me in finding the best oil change package to suit my needs. Although his shop was very busy with jobs to complete, this stores manager was patient, polite and very customer friendly. Highly recommend visiting here to accomplish your car maintenance work.

Went to have a walk in oil change conducted. The staff was very accommodating. Even though they had a booked day they found some time to work on my car.

John and Emery were extremely kind, helpful, and honest. A quality of service that is lost in a lot of other places, but not here. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back.

I needed an inspection done and already had a quote done previously. I had to have my inspection done within the time frame for a ciation. They cancelled my appointment multiple times and now have to go to court because it didnt get done in time. First they cancelled for a management meeting which they had to know about. Then the guy was alone and he said he couldnt do my tires and the last time there was only one person who could do it and he had an emergency. What kind of business are they trying to run with no staff.

I used to be a customer in the carlisle location. Anytime I needed something done I always made sure Emery bender got my vehicles. He very trustworthy and always did an amazing job. Ive had to follow him to his new location in Harrisburg. Glad the company recognizes a great employee and know this location will thrive under the new management. You got me as a customer for life.

Came in with a destroyed flat tire with no notice - they were swamped but found a way to sneak me in and get things taken care of.Very helpful.Couldnt recommend these guys enough.

The only issue was the online reservation is not working correctly, in the future I will need to call in to confirm. That needs to be looked into. Big problem. The shop and the manager were just great.

I will never return to this location again. I took my car because it was making a loud sound and they advised me that it was probably my oil and I advised them that they are the ones that have been changing my oil and if the oil is wrong it is the oil that they suggested. My car continued to make the loud sound after I got the oil change. I then decided to take it to Midas and come to find out my resonator was cracked along the side. The manger at Midas took the time to show and explained it to me and was able to fix it within an hour.

This place is just horrible. I always go to the location on Eisenhower Blvd. But needed an oil change asap and the location on Eisenhower Blvd. was all booked up for 12/20/18. So I decided to try these losers out. Called in at 745am and booked an appointment for 10am. Told the guy it was a Chevy Express 1500, he said okay see you at 10. Got there and 5 minutes after being there he tells that because I have a utility work van Ill have to take all my tools and equipment out of the cargo area and find somewhere to put it. Because the bay that they usually use for utility work van had a minivan in it, and the minivan was a big job and they couldnt pull the minivan out just to do an oil change on my van. I asked him, when I booked the appointment I told him it was a Chevy Express 1500 van, why didnt you explain all this to me over the phone. He just steered at me like a deer caught between a headlight and couldnt answer. I just left and went somewhere else.

Zack was the guy I talked to about an oil change. He talked to me about the promotion they had going on up until 01/07/2020. He pulled up everything I needed to do before an inspection. Will return here. Awesome service.

The gentleman who waited on me was not very friendly.Even when he was taking calls he was rude on the phone.Service was ok but people skills not so good.

I scheduled an appointment online for an inspection and called the day before to confirm the day and time. The day of the appointment, I dropped off my vehicle and was called 20 min later by one of the technicians who informed me that they were understaffed and that the manager overbooked the appointments. He said he’d do it first thing the next day. The next day I explained to the manager that my Monday appointment was cancelled due to his overbooking. The manager responded with ‘well that was nice of the tech to say’, offered no apology or explanation, and simply said he’d get started ‘soon’. The manager was completely indifferent towards the situation and was either unaware of the scheduling conflicts, staffing shortages, and appointment cancellations or just didn’t care—neither shows a hint of professionalism.

Do not come this location. I set an appointment for 4:30 and when I arrived the guy tells me it will be a 45 minute wait until I will be seen because him and his manager were backed up. When his manager case out at 5:08 I asked him will I be seen at 5:15 and he shrugged his shoulders and told me he doesn’t know and then went back into the garage. When the other guy came in he told me he had two other vehicles to deal with and asked his manager how much plonger and he said 25 more minutes which will put me at 5:40. They are very inconsiderate. And then to make matters worst a couple who had a 5:15 appointment(because I asked them) was serviced before me

Very disorganized location.I scheduled an appointment a few days in advance online for a state inspection and received a confirmation email stating the same.When I got to the location the desk attendant claimed that the appointment was for an oil change, not for an inspection, so they did not inspect my car.
