The salesman Eric is amazing. Weve had an issue twice with the adjustable bed frames. Totally out if his control.. Hes doing a great job trying to resolve this. We will see next weekend when they come with another frame- then Ill be 100% satisfied. Ill be back with that post!

Eric went above and beyond to make sure we knew what our options were - mattress size, firmness, different brands, different pillows, adjustable frames. He didnt sell us anything we didnt want, and made sure we had the opportunity to try out everything we were interested in.Everything was delivered and installed painlessly. There was one small hiccup with and incompatible adjustable frame - the store offered to ship a compatible model out at no extra cost, and very quickly as well. Couldnt be happier with how things turned out :)

When I say I received five star service at the Mattress Firm on Jonestown Road, I truly mean it. I was super nervous about mattress shopping. It was my first time doing it and I didnt have any idea what I was doing orv looking for. Luckily, our sales associate, Steve, was a master of all things mattresses. He took his time with us and guided us around the show room floor to different features and styles of mattresses. This guy has some serious patience because he didnt once show any frustration with our inability to make a decision. Once we were able to deduced decide what we were purchasing, Steve guided us through the final steps with ease. We were scheduled for delivery less than 48 hours after purchasing, which is amazing. The delivery guys showed up early, which is always welcome. They were super efficient and professional. They brought everything and removed the old mattress. Everything was set up so nicely. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic and couldnt have been better. Honestly, I couldnt think of one thing that I could suggest to improve. Well done by all! I cant wait to tell everyone about my amazing experience!

Rodney was very helpful in solving my mattress problems. I had a bed delivered from a different furniture store, and unfortunately it was put together very shoddily. The slats didnt seem to be doing their job and the bed was very creaky. I explained this all to Rodney and he recommended me a bunkie-board to add additional support. He even humored me by helping me try to fit the queen sized board into my Prius (spoiler: it didnt fit).Once getting the bunkie board home, the problem is totally solved! The bed no longer creaks at the slightest pressure. Thank you Rodney! Youre the best! Also Im very sorry to the other man who I rudely interrupted when I first came into the store. I was nervous but still very rude. But everyone was very nice to me!

My Girlfriend had difficulty with the remote control on her adjustable bed after changing the batteries. Eric worked with myself and her until we were able to get it working properly again. We have been shopping here for years, we originally purchased a PURPLE 3 mattress and came back to purchase a pillow top mattress. We ended up buying a Beauty Rest Pressure Smart queen mattress this time. We havent tried it yet but we cannot possibly speak any higher of Eric at the Mattress Firm on Route 22. He got our mattress down to a price that we could afford! He has worked with us for the last few years that we have been coming here. He is one of the nicest salesman we have even met! I went into Mattress Firm looking at a Purple mattress as I had heard so many great things about it and this is one of the only places I found you can physically see it. When I arrived I was greeted by Eric. I am not sure how all of you are, but I hate being “salesed” if you know what I mean. Eric was full of information and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Nor was he pushy about any of it. He made me feel like he genuinely just wanted for me to get the best mattress for me not just trying to sell me everything he could. I was told about the Purple 4 from family which is the most expensive before going in. After testing a few out I landed on the purple 2 as my wife and I couldn’t tell much of a difference personally between the two. There is a large price gap between them and Eric was super supportive through the whole process and helped me save some money. Not to mention the Labor Day sale was a great deal for my adjustable frame we decided to go with. Overall Eric really hooked me up with a great deal on a set up that I am confident with. Great guy and I would recommend anyone who wants honest assistance without being “salesed” and a great deal, Eric is the guy to see!

The establishment was bright and very spacious, as most furniture stores are; no worries about physical distancing even if there were other people. We were assured that all the displays were sanitized, so we had no reservations about trying out most of the mattresses. Just so happened that my wife and I were the only ones there, so we had Davids undivided attention. Really, we never thought to consider all those things that were explained to us. We never felt rushed or that it was hard selling. It was really a friendly discussion based on personal experience. You can tell that he had a passion for it, and that his purpose was to help people find what they needed.All in all, we left feeling that we made a friend and got a really good deal at the same time. Ive always thought that a bed was just another piece of furniture, but really, its an investment in well-being. I’ve recently have gotten into a car accident and was in need of lower back support. I originally walked in wanting to buy a purple mattress. Eric showed me the purple mattress and I didn’t find the support my back needed. Eric showed me other options that were much much more comfortable and definitely more affordable. Eric will ask you questions to get to know your sleeping position and will take whatever time showing you different options and see which is best. Knowing I have spine issues. Eric showed me multiple options that would fit me best and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. As he says, your bed is your investment so take your time with it.
