Called the store looking for a pc. Woman I spoke to couldnt tell me any details on any of the pcs in store. She said there were two different ones there but couldnt match the name of the pcs to what was on the website... I told her I could come to the store and she said ok. Got to the store, no one new what either were, none of the stickers stated full specs for the pc so I had to go into the settings on the pc to figure it out myself, finally help them to look it up by the stock number to figure out the gpu since they were all on the show floor and were wiped of the gpu drivers... The three young people there had no idea what the products were so how are they selling anything? Business owner may want to look into that... All to be told they dont allow you to walk out of the store with the product and it was a policy that they deliver the product after rental signature! What kind of policy is that? I get you want to be sure the address is true and correct but then why require proof of residency?! Terrible store...

Earl and Brandon were AMAZING! They took up a full size refrigerator and stove to a rear, 2nd floor apartment...took off the entry door and screen door and managed to SQUEAK in both items. Earl was very smart and creative-realizing that they had to open the refrigerator doors and angle in the fridge in order to get it in to the apartment. It was pure genius and on a very hot day! They hooked up everything and made sure they were operating, removed the old items and were EXTREMELY polite and efficient. I highly recommend them both for any almost impossible job!

We rented from Majik after arriving here and needed a couch to sit on while waiting for our household items to arrive. The rental process was easy. Kelly was super friendly and helpful and explained everything to us. We had a couch at our home within 48 hours. The couch we sat on in the showroom arrived without issue and was clean and without damage.Delivery and pickup were also very smooth and fast. Both Earl and Brandon were friendly, fast , and very carful not to damage the doorways or the couch (it barely fit). I have nothing but good things to say all around. I highly recommend them, and I will rent from Majik if I ever need something again. Thanks guys!

I have been a customer for many years always made my payment on time. The month of April was a nightmare. They change manager all the time. They have lost the meaning of customer service. They need to learn how to treat people it is called customer service. So now I paid my item off and after Thursday I have left this company. So sad of a store when I have gotten thousand of dollars worth of merchandise
