I had gone to a different location and signed up with three lines. I was very specific about my budget and when I got my first bill it was almost $100 more than they told me it would be and the phone I wanted they said was discontinued. I stopped by this location and they informed me that the other store had signed me up for everything that was the reason for the charge and guess what they carried the phone I wanted. They fixed my account and saved me a lot of money so Im grateful.

, manuel was my sales person and he was the best sales person.and Angie was giving great customer serves as well to the people next to me and I got a bit of both. Theres no turning back in sticking to my metros on dixieland! Im convinced!!

Very bad service

Just trying to pay my bill online couldnt ride with Metro my Metro it wouldnt take my card went to the bank ran around got told by Metro on the phone that they waive the $3 if I went to the store I went to the store the manager said they dont do that I finally called back and they changed their mind and gave me two days more on my payment! I hope its not going to be this way because T-Mobile took them over, although it was always really T-Mobile hopefully it wont turn into AT&T or Verizon.

Went by this metro and the employees were very rude! Ive been coming to this place for more than a year and it seems like they replaced the whole staff. All these new employees are really unprofessional and dont know what theyre doing! Never coming to this location again!! Ill stick to ed carey.

The worst customer service experience ever. Ive never been treated with so much disrespect in any other place and all for a mistake that metro pcs app did on my account. The useless metro app was over charging my card and my phone wasnt even working. Tried get METRO phone customer service representative to help me during working hours but even after countless attempts of trying to get someone on the phone to help me, it would just ask for another pmnt or to use darn app(again) cause it couldnt transfer me to cust.service & it would just hang up. There were 2 female cust.service reps. working that day at this location, and the thinner of the two was the one that was rude and disrespectful while the other just kept quiet. Ive never taken my time to post a bad review for any other business, but the service, if you can call it that way, was horrible! The rude girl there didnt even bother to listen to what I was telling her, and she assumed she knew everything and she did not. After she realized it wasnt my fault and that I was right, she still kept with the rude attitude instead of apologizing. After all that bad service I still wanted to purchase another phone but I left when I saw that her attitude had not changed. Horrible cust.service at this location and worthless metro app and service too!
