I came to this UPS because of the reviews. And this place did not disappoint. Very nice hard workers. A bit pricey on the mail box for 6 months, but that’s okay because they are good and quick about what they do. 100% would recommend. Better than coming on post from what I hear about other service members. Thank y’all for working so hard and providing excellent customer service!

The clerk was rude and the staff were trying to turn people away a few minutes before closing. The couple in front of me basically had to convince the workers to let them in. It was not even 6:30pm yet. Once the couple left, the workers said, in front of me, the only reason they let us in is so we didnt complain. I didnt undersaid the question of, related or unrelated, because the lady gave me 0 context with the question. She just said related or unrelated. When I told her I dont understand the question, she rudely said, OR YOU RELATED TO THE PERSON OR NOT. They couldnt even ship my package out. They told me to come back in the morning because the address isnt working.

I came in with a heavy package but the box wasn’t that strong. Susan offered to open up my box, apply bubble wrap, put it in a bigger box, which she cut exactly to fit. Then bubble wrapped the inside of that, and packaged it all back up. She def went above and beyond and I was glad to pay for the boxes, etc. Now I know my box will make it there safely.

I came in today to send off a package to a good samaritan that helped me last Sunday morning when I had a tire blowout 2 hrs away from home. The cashier Paul, inquired as to why I was sending this individual a package? I informed him about my misfortune last weekend. He then stated that its always nice to show appreciation when someone looks out for you and then he paid it forward and took care of me today. I just want to say thank you Paul for your kindness and know that I am very appreciative and will continue to support your business and small businesses in general. Thank you for supporting the community.

Exceptional, friendly service but hard to find! I drove past twice! Easily missed and if you do youll have to get on the expressway again. Lots of parking for a small location. Located behind plaza.

I hated to leave this place 2 stars, but after 3 trips over a period of 5 months (all of which were unfavorable), I have made a decision to leave this review with hopes the owner will make some staff changes.I will say if the owner is there, the service is excellent and my experience is always seamless and enjoyable. When she is not, the young kids she has working there run amok and have zero professionalism, customer service or standard of care.On the rare occasion I’ve seen them greet anyone their tones are extremely snooty. They do not listen to the customers and will fumble copy/print/laminate services. I think a little education with the equipment and graphics programs could solve this one. During my last trip there, I watched them reprint a business open sign 4 times, laminate it and then sloppily cut the edges while talking trash openly about the customer behind his back (who went to his car for his wallet). All he wanted was a sign printed and laminated. One another occasion, one of the girls dropped a package that said “Fragile” on it. When one girl told the other “I hope it’s not broken” the girl who dropped it replied “Whatever, I don’t care.”It’s such a shame to see things like this happening when the owner is not present. I really do hope she can get her staff up to par and once again have the wonderful establishment I used for many years.

Either there is a thief that works here or completely incompetent employees. Either way, it will not bring back my packages. Two packages within the last month that I sent from this location that have not been received/shipped out. 1st package I have a tracking # and it shows it never left the location. Their response was, contact the post office. Why would the post office know if it shows it was not received by them.2nd package was an Amazon return for $140 pair of work boots that Amazon is stating never received that usps picked them up.

Every time I use this store I get different responses as to how things work. Came in a few weeks ago with a pre paid shipping label code, NOT from Amazon. Girl scanned my code and told me she didn’t need my box, that they take care of packaging it up for you. Today I go in with my merchandise in a grocery bag because of my previous experience, kid scans my code and tells me I need a box. I’m not paying for a box when I have several at home. From now on I’ll just schedule a pick up from my house. Regardless, you should ensure all your associates are running by the same rules because customers don’t appreciate driving back and forth to ship an item.

They are actually very polite and personal they dont look at you like other places when you come through the door like they are saying all youve come to make us work lol

I used the Harker Heights UPS service and the service representative Mr..Miles Brooks was very professional upon arrival and departure all employees were receptive and greeted customers upon arrival and departure and thanked them for their service. I must say, there has clearly been a change for the better at this location. Older reviews are harsh, though probably fair. More recent reviews reflect my experience. Retail is a tough business, and very difficult to staff efficiently without excellent, well-trained people. When I visited this location with an easy task, Amy seemed to be by herself but was multi-tasking like a pro. For me- effort, attitude, and competence make all the difference. I had the best service & the most courteous ladies working so hard to get me squared away with my documents that I needed to get them out that day! They were the BEST! I’ve used this location to ship packages more than once. The young lady who helped me last week was very professional & fast. I arrived there around 6:30. There was a couple of people in front of me but she greeted each customer with a smile & made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely matter.

Service was quick and professional. I didn’t have to do any of the things I went in there to do...I was ready to remove old package, write, tape....It was entirely too hot outside and I had already fought with the boxes in the heat. I was so grateful for the service I received today that I will definitely use this place instead of the other postal place.

Shipped my laptop on January 8th for repair. Young lady put my box to the side without sealing it and went to the next customer. The repair company stated my charging cable was not in the box and was unable to do the repair without it. The UPS store claims to have shipped it. This is unacceptable. Never go to this store. Everyone has a bad day... but the other day this one guy was haven a very bad day and there was nothing going to make it right. He did nothing but argue and yell while he was in the store. He was told what they could do for him and what their services were. He finally stormed out of there like a little kid leaving his rug there and wasnt concerned if it made its way back to Amazon or not.Amy great job holding your self together. I dont know how you did it. You put a smile on so many peoples faces. Some people just cant be helped....

Friendly and helpful staff. I was in and out in no time. The only negative things I can say is that the location is a bit hard to find if you are not familiar. The parking lot is a bit odd as well.

Not sure if the tall skinny tramp is bored with life and knows that job better than any other human being in the world and cant do anything else in life but I know people that are in dire need of a job and would be a way better asset to that store then her. Every time I go in there Im treated the same way and it drives me up the wall. I would rather travel way out of my way than return to that store. She reads instructions way too fast, rolls her eyes and huffs and puffs as if going in there is disrupting her perfect life. I called her a tramp which is not right but Ive never been so angry mailing something so sorry for the language.

Manager was rude when I spoke to her. Other staff were friendly which is why I gave two stars. Although they were friendly they were unprofessional (never returns calls as promised). I spoke with various people for almost two weeks and not one person called me back as each of them stated they would. I was given a tracking number for a package I shipped, however, there was no way to track the package ups blamed everything on the post office and stated I would need to speak with them even though I sent my package off through them.

It was a good experience as far as friendliness but unfortunately the address was entered wrong by the new employee. (Seemed new) accuracy is important in this business.

The service was good, but when you pay for a package to get to its destination at the expedited rate and it still takes it longer- what’s the point? I have paid for various packages to be delivered with guaranteed delivery for certain days, and the recipients never received them as expected.

I met only one nice guy and he was awesome and really fast to get everything done.

My package cost $81 to send ups ground. It weighed 28.45 lbs bit I was billed for 39 per my receipt. It took 4 days to get.there from mail date of the 13th and received on 17th. I asked for the cheapest way to send and recieve d by Dec 24, doesnt look like thats what I got. Not happy...will mail USPS next time

This place has always been an issue. First visit was rude staff, second was them misinforming about what I couldn’t ship and now today they refused services because I wouldn’t wear a mask. I’ll be going to the local Eagle Express from here on out.

Possibly the worst EVER. Not only was the person a smart ass, but a simple envelope pick up with a damn notice was a hassle beyond belief. A three minute exchange turned into a half hour ordeal. Horrible procedures, what do these people do??? Whatever it is they need to be retrained. I will NEVER EVER EVER!! Go in there again. No wonder their raiting is below 3 stars.
