I thought it would be crowded because its located in Walmart but it wasnt. There were two people in front of me and one representative working the store. Without me asking and while also helping the first person, the rep noticed that I was just dropping off and took my box for processing. Something the Spectrum store wouldnt do without me waiting in line behind at least 10-15 other people. And I was returning THERE modem. Excellent service at this location.

I don’t usually do bad reviews but this one deserves it. I wish I can give it no stars. Everyone in there is rude including the manager Paige. Wow they all need to be fired. I’m sorry but this is the worst store ever. I never thought I would have such a bad experience with FEDEX like this. Terrible!

We had a great experience with getting some documents printed and bound at this location. The products looked great and the customer service was excellent.

Came @9:20am to print out some documents and they were close!!! Please update hours if you still close, so you dont make costumers drive all the way for nothing.

I am so satisfied with the service provided today Nov 1, 2017 at 11:51am. Believe me, this is a totally different experience that using the Harker Heights Postal Office. The ladies at the FEDEX Walt-Mart front desk were so amazing. My package was too big for the budget I had, so they re-packed my customers order in one of their boxes which allowed me to save $1 on shipping. They not only save me money, but I am comfortable knowing that my customer will have her order by Friday GUARANTEE. Not like Harker Height postal service that when your package doesnt arrive on time, they tell you that shipping is not guarantee (WTH, false advertising, right).I send over 10 order per day worldwide. I know about the struggles using USPS in our location. I will recommend FEDEX to any business owner due to high quality customer service and guarantee shipping rates. I know the prices are higher than USPS, but shipping everyday with company that doesnt guarantee delivery is a high risk for dissatisfied customers.Thank you ladies. I will see you again since I will recommend my customers to Fed Ex from now on.

I’m making an edit. FedEx has been great throughout this. Unfortunately, this specific site has Nikki who has been rude and lazy. She even stated it was company policy not to allow vacation holds when it clearly was fine with them.

This place is new and since I ship quite a bit and do some printing, I decided to check it out. First impression: corporate-owned, no sense of ownership in the place. Both employees just seemed to be picking up a paycheck. Stark contrast from my usual go to ups store across the highway in Heights. FedEx is new so maybe they’re working out the bugs.

Rip off for international shipping. If you go through a third party shipping negotiator, you can get things shipped via fedex for half the price.

Service is to slow and they want you to fill out everything by hand if Im paying 400 dollars for shipping I expect great service this was not a good experience I dont recommend this place at all.

Easy, convenient, friendly. Enough said.
