I ordered two MTO coffees. I was handed them cold. They were not iced, just cold. I dont know how someone could spend 10+ minutes making a drink and not realize or care that it is cold when they hand it to the customer. Not only am I dissatisfied, I am also mad and uncaffienated.

Employees always wear masks. Curbside orders are pretty good on average. A few times my order took way longer than it should have but its usually a reasonable wait time. The Baltimore location is faster but Eisenhower does pretty good. My order is always correct

The cashiers that work 2nd shift have always had horrible customer service skills whenever I go in. The one girl named Cherokee was texting someone on her phone right in front of me when she was supposed to be ringing me up at the cash register. There’s another cashier that’s usually there too, he never wears a name tag and he also has horrible customer service skills. The people that work in the kitchen are great, it’s just so unfortunate that some people at this location can be so blatantly rude.

I love how lit up this place is at night time

I ordered a turkey wrap today and it had bone in it. There isnt any other way to explain except, gross. I almost choked on a damn bone

I was hoping it would be better since it reopened but its actually worse. Two hotdogs and fries took 7 minutes, the employees stood around talking most of the time.Food and coffee are too expensive for the quality.

Gas is terrible filled the tank to my motorcycle bike spit and sputtered like crazy drained the gas and added fresh runs fine now. I even use premium. I dont recommend the gas here

I worked at Sheetz for years, I always knew I deserved a better life than a store clerk salary could provide. My ambition is also my passion in life. One day I met my prince, at first I thought he was a toad! He was troubled, but he was persistant, and he found a way to TEACH me to try new things! Stopped by here to grab a quick bite after work. And was stuck for 45 mins. Overheard the employee say that they are going to tear it down later this year... Not fast enough

Went there for the first time and got a snack wrap. They gave my food to the wrong person and remade it for me and gave me a refund and were super nice a out it. Snack wrap was very good.

The food here is very good, although staffing could be better. I never really feel welcome when shopping here and the wait for made to order can take quite a while to actually get your food.

Cheese still had plastic on it in the sub and pickle in the burrito...... smh

BUSY, BUSY BUSY. Did you get that? This is one of the craziest Sheetz locations youll find in the area. The parking lot is insane, with cars zipping around, pulling in and out everywhere you look. Be careful, Ive seen people nearly get hit a few times already. Other than that, the service is always fast n friendly!

Sells K-1 kerosene at a good price one of the only place in Northen hanover that does. Sadly always busy though.

Well. Sheetz is pretty cool. Their food is great and decently priced. And I spend a large amount of my income at this place. It just sucks when all my friends show up and we all have our racecars lined up and they yell at us to leave. It really hurts my feelings. Like Im sorry that some asshat in a diesel truck just did a burnout in the parking lot or some 1.6L honda just shot a piston onto your roof from revving it, but cant I just sit on the hood of my car and eat my chicken sandwich without you getting the police to come and tell me to leave.. cause then I have to shove the whole entire chicken sandwich down my throat as I try to hold back tears from the disrespect I was delt.

I love sheets but this one is old and outdated. Hopefully it’s on the list for modernizing!

15 minutes to do two coffees. This place used to be ok. Now it sucks. Dont waste your time. Go find a Rutters.

I had a horrible experience. I went there to go get gas and some lunch for my family. Not only was the food cold but it took 15 minutes to make two subs and frys. They are understaffed, they need more people who are willing to work hard and put customers first.

Convenience store/gas station...expensive but good for quick stops

Regular Sheetz thats easy to get into. Its usually crowded though and if you come in the middle of the night its a popular hangout for the teens in their cars.

Not horrible, not great. Just middle the road.
