Lots of different fabrics that you can get here.though in general solid colors are difficult to purchase as they usually run out very quickly. there are different types of art supplies so its comparable to Michaels but their main focus is fabrics.

Hanover , MA, still no heat since before Christmas. ALWAYS Understaffed. I was 8th in line and the only cashier was having trouble with the register. Also had to find someone to come to cutting table to cut.

The staff is very unfriendly and we have bad expirences everytime we go there. For anyone reading this during qurentine we had to sit in line for and hour to find out you can only buy mask materials and they said to look at there site and theres nothing there. Why open the store and have the items if your not gonna sell them and warn people about this, many people left the line after hearing the worker tell us about the material problems.

This place has a little but of everything for crafters, and people looking to decorate their homes. They have great sales going on all the time, and they let you use multiple coupons at once. All around good business.

The way the fabric section is set up is not great. It is always very cluttered and confusing. Way less fabric selection than most of their stores. Great for other items but I would go to another joanns for fabric.

Am so impressed with the help I got from Jenn, Molly and Leslie. All went way above and beyond the call of duty to help sort out a special order. It was a complicated process but Jenn stayed on it, solved the problem and my material arrived. Im very grateful for all their help!

If it has to do with crafting anything, sewing, crocheting, knitting, gimp, thread, whatever you need Joann Fabrics has it. They also have efficient staff to cut fabric to size for you.

After going to Michaels I went to Joann fabrics and Michaels just has a much larger selection in various things.

Stumbled on a great sale and took full advantage of it. Went in for one small item and came out with a large order.

Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Terrible experience. waited in line 15 minutes while i am 9 months pregnant and the lady ahead of me had about 15 items of cloth cut. i requested 4 pieces cut from a fabric roll and the cutter refused, saying only one piece per customer, which was clearly not how the prior customer was treated. i asked to speak to the manager, who then said i was only entitled to buy one piece of fabric. I was so rudely treated I left crying, the staff had no professionalism and no empathy. I thought Joanns was in the business of selling fabric, apparently they are in the business of making pregnant women cry and treating their younger customers like trash. Thanks Joanns, I will never be returning.
