I’m struggling to understand how this tiny, run-down store has such good reviews. This is the smallest Joann’s I’ve ever been to. Very small selection.

As closing the store, youwould expect big discounts---- i guess the joann store does not have to close soon, exactly like big lots. No good discounts.

Usually had really great customer service. Went in one time to ask advice for a project, while the older individual I had asked had great experience and knowledge on the topic an gave me valuable advice on the topic, the tone of voice and attitude of said individual was not friendly and almost felt as though I was being scolded for having out of the box ideas and felt put down for my inferior years of experience. I had asked a younger employee for similar advice and they were very supportive, kind and knowledgeable on the subject.

I was hoping there would be more selection of acrylic paints, but the focus is mostly on the fabrics. Seems like a large selection of fabrics, so great store if that is instead what you need.Great service though.

Great little fabric store in Hanover, part of the nationwide chain. Stock adjusts to the season and holiday. Lots of craft items. I never leave empty handed. Love this store.
