I’m from St. Louis so I’m not very familiar with County Market. But it is a great place to stop for your grocery needs! Very well lit and looks super clean inside. I probably looked so out of place because I had no idea where anything was but the store was easy to navigate. Surprised that there were no lines for the registers especially with how busy it appeared to be! So, I was in and out in a few minutes. The cashier and bagger were friendly. Very positive experience. Don’t be surprised if you see me pop up every once in a while 😃 What up Hannibal! ✌🏻

I found a quarter in the deli area once and I said out loud oh I found a quarter. I was smiling it felt great for a moment. A lady from County Market corporate turns around and says oh good we are missing one. She then grabbed the quarter and snatched it out of my hands and turned around. Not even a thank-you and Im short a quarter. The best thing about this place is accessibility to sea food.

Only place in Hannibal to get fresh shrimp. I wish the Palmyra store had a seafood counter like Hannibal does. My only complaint us the layout of the store. Absolute disaster.

Honestly I thought being in farmland the produce would be better, but the produce is pretty shabby round these parts it seems, the variety across the whole store is much to be desired, lots of low quality brands and product with not many options for providing yourself with healthier or more morally sound companies. However the like deli food section, they make some tasty stuff there! But in all I go for necessities but I do miss my west coast stores with just all around better food.

Went to get some potato wedges in the deli and the guy working was friendly and helpful made me fresh wedges I gladly waited

County market is really good but some of their meats you got to watch but other than that its good people always willing to help they have wheelchair accessible areas they have will electric wheelchairs it is a nice place to be in some really good food yes I forgot to mention the new pet aisles is really cool but still kind of expensive but its its nice I will give them that

If I can rate my experience tonight as a negative I most certainly would.the cashier was too interested in what was going on in his own personal life and flirting with the girls to deal with customers.No basic human decency no common courtesy.And you do not literally throw peoples money at them.Is the best County Market can do? I think not.Maybe more structure/ supervision is necessary.

I shop there once a week great service at the meat counter. Very good meat, fresh fruits an vegetables and groceries.

Cashiers are rude, unhelpful, smartellics! I hate going in there for this reason. This store use to be great 5 star, anymore I would rather just go to Walmart then to deal with that any longer. And who likes to go to Walmart, so you know thats bad....

Id like to give Emily K a compliment on the behalf of my mom. She checked us out today and was very courteous. My mom had a hiccup using the keypad when she was checking out and Emily was calm in her approach and calmly took my mom through the process and my mom got everything right. Thanks Emily!

Normally enjoy shopping here. Use their app to view digital pricing but seldom the store has the correct pricing at the check out. When you question them they respond no the register is correct not what the app price shows ?? Called corporate no response there either.Got to love Niemanns

The shopping was fine but did not get any of the sale prices because I did not use my max card.I dont always remember that I have the max card but usually the check out clerk asks if I have one and then I usually dig it out of my purse. She did not ask me today if I had a max card so therefore I did not get any of the sales prices because I did not use my max card. I went to the service desk after I paid for our groceries and and asked the lady how come I did not get the sale prices and she said because I did not use the max card and she did not offer to ring up up my max card for a refund. If you have to use the max card to get the sale prices they should ask for a max card as i do not shop there a lot and I forget that I have one. O guess I will be shopping there less now

The produce section is very blah. Like no one really pays it too much attention

I was able to buy what I needed. Store workers are always helpful. The Hannibal store has new carts! I always Like to go through the flower & gift shop area. I like finding cute gifts for my family & friends.

Always fresh food. They have everything from meat to desserts and even wines. They have plenty of check out lanes and huge amount of parking. Their prices are good as well. We shop here and its always Clean and the help is friendly. They also have food bars and a small eat in area. Just all around great place.

This store is awesome. Well laid out and with a great variety of items. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the prices are really good.

Went there 2 weeks ago for the sales they had well the steaks they had on sale was different than the ones in the sales paper which were higher. Then the perch fish they didnt have at all either. Then I went to the meat counter and purchased 2 stuffed whole chickens to bake for Sunday dinner. I baked both of them cause I had dinner guests and the chicken shrunk and tasted like chlorine and also tasted spoiled. I was totally embarrassed. I suggest if buying chicken from there stick to Tyson Chicken that they do have. I also suggest inspecting their meat thoroughly. I also noticed that none of the employees wore face masks or enforced customers to wear them. I was very disappointed with County Market for the first time ever.

Fair overall store, not great. Prices moderate, produce mediocre, customer service fair only, no covid precautions to protect customers but the store is clean well lit and pleasant.

I have to change my rating now especially when none of their staff wears a mask. You need to think about your customers more and require face masks during a pandemic. None of your employees wear a mask. Why? Especially important in your deli. I have to change my rating to a 1, not 5

In my family we refer to it as County Markup. Everything here is higher priced than other local grocers. You can get some good deals with the Penny Pincher flyer but otherwise its a no go for full grocery list shopping.

Nice little grocery store. Not a deep selection on products and produce could be fresher. I have encountered items priced wrong on a few occasions and then returned a few days later to see that they were not corrected. Very clean store with courteous staff.

Dont ever stop selling the Niemann Brothers cookhouse Slow Roasters Pork Steaks. I am in love! I personally bought 3 over 2 trips and was responsible for the purchase of at least a few more. I shared some of mine with my family and they immediately went out and bought some. Seriously dont ever stop selling those! I am in love! Ha Ha

I always get great service. Prices are fairly adequate for our budget. People that work there are always nice and helpful.

They are very helpful to me as I use their electric ac w/c if I cant reach an item they will assist. They offer coupons that help stretch my money.

My son and daughter ordered a bouquet of flowers for their grandmas birthday, and it is beautiful! The flowers are so fresh and perfect, and the bouquet is full of petite tangerine colored roses, stargazer lillies, ferns, and other greenery. One of the prettiest bouquets Ive seen. Thank you, County Market Floral Department!

Fast shopping and good customer service. The cashiers seem to like their jobs even if they dont! A little pricey but it is better than walking 10 miles in Wal-Mart.
