This store has become primarily a self check out store that is never stocked. I have had to help a number of elderly customers who were either frustrated because they dont like self check out or if they had 1 checker working and they had to wait in a mile long line that was so slow they were going to age another year. I can see why their employees are so unhappy because they spend half their shift look for stock in the back rather than on the floor. I spend more time climbing on shelving trying to get the product I need on the very top shelf. Why dont they get the rich CEOs in there to start taking care of their stores for a change considering they are living the high life and dont have to climb shelves or work there and not get paid.

They had everything I needed. Like the 50lbs. Of Pedigree dog food. And dog treats. My four legged kids love both.

So for the most part, and on most visits, I would say that the Walmart in Hannibal Missouri is friendly and acceptable in my point of view. On this particular visit I cannot say that. Everything was fine in the store, the pharmacy where I stopped first usually, the shopping in general, and picking up a few grocery items no problem today or should I say yesterday. Ultimately all I can say is that the specific cashier was out of line insulting and used her quote unquote, knowledge of her position to make decisions regarding me. She was wrong and thats to put it lightly. I was with my mother and did not want to make a scene by asking for her immediate supervisor right then and there. I will be making a phone call and this is how Im starting off my day. I do like the store it was one person that ruined the evening for me for a few minutes until I realized she must not have been able to control herself or she would have. So thats that and I sincerely hope nobody has to deal with this cashier on a good or bad day. Thank you

Had to go in today to get a thermometer for my 2 year old. I had gone on the Walmart app and it gave me an aisle to find them in. I was unable to find the aisle. An associate helped me, his Handheld store information machine thing told him the same aisle my app did. He helped me locate the thermometers in aisle I3, both app and his Walmart issued know if all both said aisle L2. Thankful for his help as I was tired of looking aimlessly up and down the wrong aisles.

Its hard for me to say anything good about this place and unfortunately the one in my hometown is no exception..No shortage of registers but always cashiers at said registers constant hectic disorganization. On a positive customer service department is fairly good

Best way to buy from this big house of bargains is to get it online for picking up later. Just put your stuff together in their app and drive over when you get their text. Announce your arrival on their app and in 5 minutes or so youve got a nice person loading you up! Either way I have to drive to the store but where I save time is not having to walk all over hells half acre finding my goodies! Excellent way to get back to my Netflix.

We ordered a chest freezer online it came. It did not cool but only 66 degrees so we ship it back by taking it to the nearest fed ex place. We still do not have our replacement it is going on 2 months. Come on Walmarts get it together, please.

Worst service. No handicap carts. They wouldnt even look had to get a supervisor 🙄. Employees didnt know the store but the store was clean well stocked and produce looked good.

Only 4 checkers and long lines at each of them .The self checkout registers had even longer lines! What will they do when holiday sales hit?

Didnt have to wait in line so thats always a plus! Opted to use self checkout and Ibwish I would have gotten the young ladys name that was working the self checkout she is always friendly and ready to help anyone with a smile on her face!

The lack of help was a little disconcerting... Most of the employees didnt seem to know where stuff was. Got admit the prices and selection at any Walmart are decent. This coming from a fan of Aldis..

I picked up everything that I ordered. Employee was very nice.

Ordered a fan before noon online said in stock pic up would notify email when ready. 730pm had heard nothing , so surely almost 8 hrs.later it would be ready, NO. And walmart stardust said they had not even received the order, really? They had me call and talk to online people, which in turn called walmart on stardust, while i wait on call after returning back home. Online people proceed to tell me, i must wait till they email me for pic up... Nope if they couldnt do it after 8 hrs later just cancel the order. what a waist of time! Pretty annoying to be standing at the deli waiting and two separate employees make eye contact with you and go back to peeling off labels. I figured they were trying to finish up so was fine to wait for a few, but they kept moving on to other tasks. Would have been nice to acknowledge people waiting, even just to let them know you would be with them shortly. Its all good, got turkey at County Market.

All employees were friendly and helpful! I had to ask for help to get an item from a shelf and the employee gladly got me another one to help. He was very kind. One employee got cussed out by a man because she was not allowed to open the self check out drawers to give the customer 4 quarters for a dollar bill he asked for. Her shoulders slumped with a sad look as he walked away angry. I gave her as much comfort as I could offer, telling her she handled it respectfully and gracefully, even though he was so rude.

We bought new tires and the service was great put them on my truck and did all that needed to be done..

I shop online only- the store lost its entertainment factor when it stopped being 24 hours after pandemic. Pjs and lost souls galore....thoae were the days🤔😆

Dear Wal-Mart, youre losing it. You think we dont see clearly what youre doing? Why were there no cashiers? People in this community need jobs too. I refuse to self-check if youre not paying me, so I guess I will be shopping elsewhere.Social distancing is impossible while standing in the isle waiting to check myself out.Your loss prevention staff is ineffective. One staff person watching 4 families check out?

Walmart is Walmart...love it or not. My only comment on ours is the parking and parking lot. Relatively small and always congested.

Hannibal still has plenty of check out stations. I hate the bowling green which only has two checkers.

Not very good customer service. Employees walk around and do not ask if you need any help or they are not will to help the customer. Act like customers are bothering them. Not really a good place to go but really the only place to go get things you want. Things needed you can shop somewhere else to get. Dont recommend if you can go elsewhere. Give them an F for customer service.

I love ordering my groceries and driving up to get them. I prefer the Hannibal Supercenter to Quincys Supercenter. My groceries are always ready in Hannibal but not Quincy. Busier I suppose.

Store layout is a bit wonky but the service was good and the store was clean. Use the app and plan your route before going in and youll save a lot of time.

Wont take cash, unless you go through a slow checkout lane (with a live person). Not enough cash at the other new unmanned checkouts.

It was alright, although their new security system keeps making my phone go off then which makes them checks my bags and holds me up when Im in a hurry. So I get a lil aggravated at that otherwise everything is good with their store.

All the employees had a dismal look on their face, but the shopping got done as usual.

Went to 2 of them today. The one in Hannibal, MO, didnt have everything I needed, but their electric scooters worked... sort of. The one in Quincy, IL, had no electric scooters available(they were all charging), but did have the items I couldnt get at the other store.

They got good stuff in here.

Almost every time I need to use the bathroom there is a Walmart employee using the handicapped stall. Its the only one I can use so waiting on them for up to half an hour is mighty inconvenient.

If I wanted to check myself out. I would use internet .
