They have some awesome tools there, & the employees are very helpful. They have public restrooms,berry clean, i love clean restrooms, i usually wont go to a public restroom, but here i dont mind...also handy cap parking& wheelchair ramps....so much awesomeness in one place.. Thanks H.F

This is a great place to buy cheap tools and a lot of little things you might need around the shop. As long as you dont need something thats real heavy duty hell do just fine. Otherwise you need to go to somewhere like Valley oxygen supply to get some really heavy-duty tools. All you need is there,even surprises. Imagine my surprise when after a long conversation about air tools I find out the dude helping me is Herman or hermy the elf from Rudolf the red nose reindeer. Turns out the whole dentist gig didnt work out. Apparently he has to stay 500 yards away from the kids or something some kind of misunderstanding. But ya great tools.

I love Harbor Freight. I remember coming here with my dad when I was a kid. Since hes passed away I have some of his tools that he had purchased back then and theyre still working. I miss you dad. RIP old man.

Although its very clean since its newly opened, their new return policy really stinks! I received something as a gift some time ago and wanted to exchange it for the more expensive model and since I didnt have a receipt they wouldnt allow it. (Its not like I wanted money back) Also, whomever designed the place to face east was off their rocker. You cant enter the tiny parking lot from the other stores parking lot which is ridiculous! If you are in the large parking lot you have to cross 12th Ave and go into Home Depot parking lot to turn around and go back to be able to enter or just enter from 12th Ave. Lastly, having a Parking Lot sale, they definitely should have more than 2 registers opened especially when 6 other employees are just walking around and can clearly see the lines! Get it together HF!

Customer service is great. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Stores always organized and clean. Negative points would be quality of some of the tools and not very large inventory to choose from.

If you have any problems with your tools Harbor Freight fixes them pretty fast cuz we bought a miter saw and the same day it wouldnt work so we took it back and they give us another one

Did my research, and decided to purchase the Hercules 12 Sliding Compound Miter Saw with the Hercules Stand. Ive read quite a few reviews, and decided that for my level of use, I should be satisfied for the price. I looked at the Dewalt...but was more that I wanted to pay. Besides, Ill be going back and purchase the protection plan. I know they have a good 90 day return policy, I want a little bit of extra protection. Im going to purchase the Hercules 80 teeth blade for doing fine cutting in the future. Plan on getting more items later. By the way, Thanks to John the Manager. He was the one that helped me out and loaded up my truck. Great job Harbor Freight. I really enjoy shopping here...everythings in its place.

Store is cl an however staff sucks and nothing is in stalk its all out display but not in stock. Not only is everything not in stock but whoever take inventory takes it incorrectly because computers say one thing and employees another

Parking lot is cramped. The store on the other hand was very well organized and nice. Everything was easy to locate and the staff were helpful and inquiring on if I received my magazines and emails. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because of the parking alone they could have better designed the parking area.

Its a place to go where if you need some starter off type tools and accessories, the prices are very cheap to reasonable depending on what you need. Some of these items to me are like throw away type stuff depending on what you buy. Their Car Jacks are nice and get the job done. I recommend either the 3 or 4 ton floor jacks. If something get lost or broken its not that big of a deal because the items are cheap and you can just go buy another one. Make sure you use their store coupons for those will surely save you even more money. Will definitely shop and buy here again. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

I asked as Associate to assistance and he took me to every item on my list.The kind of service an associate wants to provide, loves the job so much that it to the Associate, seems effortless. Nice place to browse and find your next tools, tool box, strap downs, heavy load chains, engine, welders, power converter, and most things you can think of. Nice place to go to get out of the heat and look around.

Harbor Freight is Harbor Freight, you get what you pay for. One thing that was sorry to see is the parking lot in front of the store makes the place look like a third world country.

I love harbor frieght. So happy they opened a store in the town I love in. The employees at the Hanford store are on top of thier game. I ask them where any item is on my way into the store and they immediately give you the aisle number & which bay to look at. Excellent customer service all around. These are homeowner level tools and priced accordingly. Without this store, a lot of people in our community would not be able to fix their own cars and houses.They are an asset to our community.
