Nice clean found items easy. Then found out big lots was half price on the dirt I bought. Cashier was very helpful and taped up one part of the bag after I noticed it was broke open

I went into Home Depot on Sunday. It was packed with people. I was struggling moving a cart of wood someone abandoned... An employee, Luis Llamas, saw me, came over and moved the cart, helped me pick out my slab of plywood, cut it for me and was overall a very helpful gentleman. I don’t always have this experience at Home Depot. The wood he cut for me was perfect! I left being excited about my project. Thank you, Luis!

The Customer service went down hill trying to look for an item or any one who works in the department that knows what there doing like a door ya they took My for measurements never saw my Door ever. Until today Sad.

There’s not a single time that I come here and I leave JUST with what I came for, there’s just so much variety on so many different items! When I want to find inspiration for a new project or even projects I didn’t even know I wanted to do, I find It here!! GREAT customer service and honestly it was a LOT more organized than I’ve seen! Clean store inside for the most part. Outside-different story. Trash in the parking lots. North side of store around the side where people take breaks-trashy! Looks like employees eat and leave their trash. Same side in back-trash. Been lying there for weeks. NOT GOOD.

When you need help never seems to be anyone around and when you ask for a particular item they send you to a place where they thought the item should be. Good customer service would be to take you to the item.

Horrible customer service. I waited in the carpeting department for over an hour while an employee told me he was looking for someone. Eventually someone came in at shift change and told me that the person in charge of carpeting wasn’t coming in that day.I came back the next day and was told someone would help me within 20-30 minutes as he was busy. So I decided to sit down and wait in the chair. Another couple came by and waited with me but then after about 10 minutes they left. Eventually someone came up but they came with a different couple to start helping them. I was told to move, so I moved and waited. After a few minutes I was asked if I need help (finally) and I explained yes I need some carpet cut. The gentleman made a phone call and asked for help but nobody apparently could help. So he continued helping the couple that showed up long after me. They were going over carpet brands and trying to order stuff. I just needed a quick cut, but instead I had to wait over 30 minutes longer til he finished helping them before he would help me. First one here, last one to leave. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I am just appalled. I will not be coming back. From now on I’ll do all my shopping at Lowes.

Well there was no one to help meOne of your team members was busy helping others. Of course as busy as I get rite. But I cruzed the isles, came back & she had 2 customers. Came back a she wasnt busy. The other night while shopping at this Home Depot as I was checking out buying items an associate by the name of Henry (A very feminine super thin man) out of nowhere came up to me took my belongings out of my basket accused me of stealing them ( they were from Lowe’s not Home Depot) then proceeded to follow me through the store calling security on me. Another associate saw what was happening close to the return counter. His name was Hector ( older bald man with glasses) he took my items out of my cart that I did pay and were from Home Depot Asked for a receipt when I told him the machine didn’t print out one Henry said I was lying and that he saw me with the receipt which was not true the machine never gave me one. I was accused twice of stealing items from the store while still being in their store I was humiliated embarrassed racially profiled falsely accused and told to leave the store not to mention my six-year-old autistic son was terrified. No one ever once apologized to me I also called the store later on to speak to the store manager about what happened I spoke to a manager named Carlos after I told him that I would be pursuing legal actions he then became very rude with me he would not tell me his name again he didn’t apologize and ended up hanging up on me. I called the police and filed a police report I have already contacted my lawyer I have this all on video tape as well.

My experience good in house service but safety factor for patrons and customers workers need to ensure that everyone wears masks, I seen a middle-aged couple come in and looking at Christmas tree with no mask and Christmas trees wasnt necessary to it endangered someone elses life or put their half in jeopardy so the workers need to ensure that other patrons wear their masks for all of our safety especially the seniors

They have everything one can need for any project, but good luck finding it or getting any advice. I was there 6 times this weekend and it was mostly because I couldnt find decent help. On one go around I needed to find some zip ties. I asked three separate employees and three different directions. Finally a customer that overheard me asking the third employee took me to the aisle I needed. After that fiasco I just started ordering things for pick up online. Good help there is hard to get. I asked for help with some advice on my DIY sink project. They said they would call someone so I wandered up and down the plumbing aisle for 20 minutes got frustrated and bought the wrong part. Its a maze in that place and if you cant help a customer find the right part or help a customer, then what are you even getting paid for?

Good quality products, but Hanford Home Depot does not have a large selection of items and has no rental center. I often go to Selma or Visalia to get larger or more selection.

Normally great I love catching deals. Last trip I did as normal and hit all clearance aisles etc.. Had a weird feeling that I was being watched arrived at do it itself cashier and was practically mauled by employee. Started scanning my purchases for me.. I declined her Assistance politely as I choose that checkout so I can recheck my purchases and go at my own pace. This kid literally started at me the entire time so much that she refused to help other customers. I was so furious I asked for a manager I asked what the issue was did they think I was stealing cuz I was not I had rung up 200.00 almost walked out but I had good deals so I told her manager n leftDebating on going every again
