The lady Katrina in the pharmacy very unprofessional. Very rude right away.

I moved closer to this Rite Aid so I transferred from the one on 10th to here but now I am truly reconsidering transfering back . I completely understand being busy or even feeling overwhelmed with work, but that does not give a person working in customer service the right to have an attitude like the customer is bothering them. We are the reason they have a job after all. I was going to put the persons name up but I decided not to, thinking this person might be having a bad day. Hopefully next time I come here I will be welcomed with a Hi or maybe even a How are you doing? Instead of attitude. ( and yes I am speaking only about the pharmacy not the other store employees they are great).

Super rude pharmacy people “ Irma ” especially. when you go to the pharmacy it is because you are sick enough to tolerate people with a bad character.

Pharmacy staff is nice and knowledgeable. The store staff enforces the mask mandate.

Another Rite Aid store with friendly customer service. I remember watching people wave as I drove by.

I have never had a problem with this Rite Aid pharmacy. They refill my prescriptions quickly and professionally and are very helpful with all aspects of the making a purchase. Not only that but their Thrifty ice cream is great and I usually take the opportunity to buy a cup of ice cream when Im in the store for a pharmacy pick-up. I will continue to do business with this location. With the looming takeover of Rite Aid by Walgreens things may change, of course, but for now Im very satisfied with this store.

Ridiculous prices for prescriptions. They insisted I give them my name and birth date for Rx even when I told them Im not in their system and I was just calling for a price quote. Seems like a pretty common theme for pharmacists around hereQuote was double the price of WalMart (unfortunately what I needed was not in stock at WalMart)

I prefer this pharmacy over all the others, the employees are always nice and helpful, and my prescription are ready quickly.

I called to see what prescriptions I have on file to fill or refill. The lady on the phone was VERY RUDE! She wouldnt tell me. She told me, Im not going to go through the whole file with you! So I hung up on her and called the Lemoore pharmacy and the young man was very polite and had no problem helping me. He gave me the info I needed with not problem. I will be changing my pharmacy.

I love that this Rite Aid has an ice cream parlor. They dont necessarily serve it with a smile, but its a fun place to get a cone. There is no eating area inside, so take it and enjoy it outside in downtown Hanford.

I called at 7:45a.m because I had a doctors appointment later in the afternoon (2:30p.m.) I refilled my order using the pharmacy calling system and was told my prescription would be available for pickup at 10 a.m. I went right after my appointment to pick up my prescription, the time was 3:45 p.m. I get told from the girl working behind the counter that my prescription is not ready and it will be another 30 to 45 minutes. Ugh!

Only one person working the counter while she steps away to help other customers you get stuck with ill be with you in a moment while there are other employes walking around with an empty cart long wait time to be checked out come here if thats what you like smh i wont be back anytime soon

Seriously, rude pharamist! All I needed was to have my medicine transfered from one pharamacy to rite aide. I was very polite & waited a few before he even acknowledged I was there. Then instead of explaining to me it may take a few hours he just said a bit then when questioned he rudely laughed & said a couple hours if you want people to come back you have to treat them with all do respect. Ive been a manager for many years, and I have to say that was poor service.

Horrible experience. Pharmacist Harriet was very rude. Not only is theyr customer service bad ,they take days to fill your prescription. Very disapointed. Save yourself the troublr and go some where else .

I will never use Rite Aid pharmacy again. Not only has this location messed up on my medications, but my fathers as well. Being as his health is not in great shape and I have been sick a lot more then usual (comes with having a small child) it is very important that we get great health help. I have never once felt like a priority in this store, I have gotten nothing but attitude from employees that work there, every single one of them seems to hate their job. Today, I woke up with my tonsils severly swollen, I went to my doctors down the street from this pharmacy, and then dropped off my prescription around 10 am. They said 2 hours, which is by surprise usually its 4-6 hours. I went back at 12:30 and my prescription was not ready. No phone call from Rite aid which really makes me mad. I stayed up for over two hours in miserable pain waiting to go get my medication. I used this pharmacy only because its close to my doctor and my work. I had to drive all the way across town from home today, very sick. Rite aid needs to get these bad apples out of their pharmacy Im sure there are people that would love to be pharmacy techs and help people get well. I recieved nothing but catty attitude from their woman employees, and I am extrememly disatisfied. So disatisfied that I am taking my time, very sick, without medication, to write this review. Please choose a locally owned pharmacy, or even wal mart for crying out loud, at least they seem to care about getting things done right.

Great selection decent service

Pharmacy is a joke. Went to pick up my babies meds when they said it would be ready (Went from being ready at 10 am all the way till 4) and when we got there they said they were on break so we came back after a little bit and they closed the pharmacy before the set time. Worst. Service. Ever.Moving her prescription to the other rite aid.

My prescriptions are never ready at the promised time, today still had to wait 40 minutes after being called on phone the and told that prescription was ready. I would give a half a star if I could.

I have never a script done on time at this location. They close Earlier than their stated time, and stop answering phones earlier than that.
