Went through the car wash here and the machime didnt even clean my car. Not worth the $9. If I could give it 0 stars I wouldEdit: manager posted a phone number to call to remedy situation. I called this number and they directed me to a different number that went to voicemail. Left a message and they have not returned my call

Very rude employees. Owner doesnt care. It is cheap gas but there is places with cheaper gas and quicker. Never going back

The cashier who attended me was Herber. Seemed like he was having a bad day but that does not mean he can take it out on customers. Not the first time I have a bad experience with this employee.

I have stopped going here. At 6 a.m., when people are on the way to work, getting coffee and a snack, they decide to close off half the store to mop and restock shelves! Cant do that at 2 a.m.? And how about bringing out the second clerk when the line for the first is 12 people deep? This place is terrible, and I wont be going back.

I wish could score it less. You can verify on your video system. My daughter and mother grabbed the wrong cup for a beverage on sale. The right one was above the machine not where other cups were. If there is a mistake who should cordially rectify it? Things you do not do: you do not speak Spanish about problem to other Spanish speaking employees or customers and then in English say “what do we need to put a giant arrow sign to right cup?”...here is the kicker my daughter speaks and is exposed to Spanish on my side of family. How dare you have the indecency to challenge a customer and ridicule them right in front of them in a different language? How dare you represent ARCO in that manner? I will find out which heavy Hispanic employee did this. AM/PM Hanford you do not represent community with this behavior.

Not 24hrs as they advertise! Closed and do not open store at the time they post on the window! Leaving customers waiting outside the door! Never will I return to this gas station again so much for being convenient

The service is always horrible they never have a great attitude and always seem to be bothered when theyre suppose to be welcoming and its part of their job. Everyone only come for the cheap gas prices

Awful customer service!!! The recipes dont print out at the machine so I had to unload my 10 month old to go inside to get it. I asked the cashier for my receipt as he was looking down at something. He told me to CHILL. Yes, Chill!! Seriously?! You also have to pay inside or at the pump for a car wash which is a pain bc they are always busy and you have to wait for a pump. They also ONLY accept debit at the pump. Do yourself a favor and get gas and a car wash somewhere else!!
