Walgreens has been my pharmacy for a very long time. They are pretty good about getting orders filled lines are not to bad. The employees are excellant very helpful kind and caring. Prices are great and always stocked well.

Terrible Pharmacy lines with even worse communication regarding Covid testing and appointments for shots. After waiting in the express pick up line for 27 min I was told the shot I made an appointment for was unavailable, I had specifically asked before getting in line if this was the same spot for the vaccinations. It would have been courteous for them to advise at that time that one vaccine was not available. others were waiting just as long just to

I love this particular store. It is very clean and organized. The employees are always great and i like the products.I took a friend to the drive thru pharmacy and i had never done that. I dont know why we waited so long but the Covid 19 vaccines perhaps. The man at the window was very polite and efficient. I still give this store 5 stars. 😀

The Walgreens Pharmacy at this location is a joke. They are rude and not helpful. I was given attitude before I even spoke a word. It’s ridiculous. If you can’t be nice to people then maybe don’t work at a public place.

I went to the pharmacy to ask a question. I was not greeted, the worker Richard, said he would be right with me. Didnt even look up to make eye contact. I waited for over 40 minutes to ask a question. The entire staff was giving rude answers to customers and were not friendly at all. I will NEVER go there again.

I had appointment and they made me wait while they helped other customers. I provided them with my insurance card and they said I needed a pharmacy insurance. I was not able to get my Covid-19 vaccine after waiting for over an hour. Horrible experience.

Theres no reason to call them ask anything we call ask for vaccine coming by 4:30 and reach there by 4:15 but Lady was so rude

The people that work there very nice! Unfortunately, the only two times I went to this location I ended up getting frustrated with the organization of service. After my first covid dose I was told to come back on a certain date. When I came back I was told I had to make an appointment. Why wouldnt I have been scheduled while I was there for my first dose?I want to prevent frustration for other people, so double check to see if they scheduled you for your second dose.

I’ve been ordering photos from the store for several years now because it’s right down the street from my house. Recently I’ve ordered several more items only to go into the store to find out that I’ve been sent a confirmation and my photos are not actually ready. I choose a lot of the options because their same day pick up however, recently it’s been more like three days. I’m only frustrated because every time I go in they they tell me things will be ready in another hour or so or within the day and then I go back and it’s still not done.I went in this morning because I was sent a confirmation and I was told the album I ordered(which was same day pickup) was printed but has not been put together. According to my order confirmation it should have been done the night before. It’s really frustrating to get a notification, make the time to go there and find out it isn’t even done. Especially because it was a gift for tomorrow but I will be out of town so now I’ll have to send it after the fact. I’m really unhappy. Two days before this I ordered magnets that I was told were done but guess what? Nope.

First off, this Walgreens has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The wait is extremely long in the pharmacy and many times the pharmacy staff are rude and unsympathetic to the concerns that you may have. Secondly, this pharmacy gives you a hard time to place a special order for certain manufacturers of medications and I have been told misinformation about this from several different employees.It seems that they can order any manufacturer of medication you want, but it is at their discretion to do so, which is extremely ridiculous. Pharmacy staff need to realize that just because it is the same medication, every manufacturer puts different inactive ingredients in their drugs which can give everyone different reactions. Extremely dissatisfied customer here and I will never again use this pharmacy. I only come here now to pick up drugs for my mother and thats it!Would recommend you to go somewhere else to get your prescription drugs...

I just love Walgreens for my photo experiences, I never have any problems. Recently I purchased a aluminum portrait and it had gotten damaged I took back to see how they can help, a cashier in particular her name is Liz Escalante Portillo, she was just wonderful about it she was able to exchange it for me and she was so friendly and curtious, Thank you Liz for such great customer service it’s people like you that give Walgreens a great name....❤️

Employees(pharmacist) were very kind. Dropped of a prescription for 120 Norcos 10-325s. Went in store had to use a Good RX coupon on my phone. My order was done in like 5 minutes blazing fast. Asked them if they physically counted them or used a machine. . I was told they physically count them twice the second time they circle the qty on the bottle to show that second count was done. Well who ever counted mine needs to watch some Sesame Street.My son and I counted twice I received 118 Not 120. If you count on these (plus pay for them) This is upsetting. COUNT your pills at pharmacy counter!! I think this might happen more than people think. As soon as you leave counter you loose all credibility when it comes to proving your actual amount received. Fast service but would rather have waited for a while to get proper amount of pills.

I wasnt here too long but it was a nice experience. Was able to find a cold drink and the employees were great at answering my questions. It has a drive through pharmacy that that will be nice if I ever have to drop off or pick up a description.

Friendly staff, especially the pharmacy. Night and Day better experience than the pharmacy at the Lemoore location.The staff is knowledgeable and understands the value of customer service.

Just had to revise my opinion on this store.Though some Employees no matter were you are will never understand customer service or manners I have to say for the most part this store ranks high in my book.The manager is super when dealing with customers and problems, and will address any problems head on until resolved.Have to say really changed my total outlook....on this walgreens store.Thank you management for being straightforward and professional.

The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program and the beauty enthusiast. Ive earned so many free items. Plus they send you tons of special coupons and ways to earn points if you download the app. Plus one of the best parts is if you save coupon thru the app, you can use it multiple times and it loads it automatically when you check out.

We went in for passport photos, and the camera used looked like a $5 toy. Not really professional.Rest of the store: good as always, quality and easy access

This store is awful for standing in line. They always have plenty customers but never enough staff to check you out . Might as well go to Walmart in fact from now on I will .

Horrible! Horrible! Dont use Walgreens pharmacy even if your life depends on it!!!! Tonight I was told I picked up my moms prescription yesterday. They told me it was a medication she has never had!!! It was a chemotherapy medication for breast cancer!!!! I live with my mother. I take care of her medications. So WHO did get it and WHAT insurance paid for it? I had not even been to Walgreens the day before! Then at the same time they told me she had 3 to pick up. Thats all well and good except they (3 employees) spent 25 minutes looking for one of the 3!!! They couldnt find it!!! The computer said it was ready and she had a text saying it was ready. While 7 people waited in line behind me at 8:30 P.M. they looked! I finally was embarrassed enough with the other customers I told them to find it and call me in the morning!!! The employees were rude as if it was my fault THEY lost it. The employee argued with me about the one that I had supposedly picked up! I asked a question and was rudely told to just wait! Just because they couldnt find the missing one didnt mean they needed to take it out on me!!! I had been to Rite Aid, CVS, and Wal-Mart with trouble at all three! (Rude employees, medications not ready when they said they would be, LONG lines, etc). I was at the end of my rope. I had horrible experiences with Walgreens in Fresno so bad avoided them here. As a last resort I went there. I dont know what to do now! If they can lose one she needed tonight and say she was given one she doesnt even take Im very concerned! Not to mention the dude employees. Not just tonight but one man I dealt with this morning actually swore in front of me because he hit the wrong number on the phone even after I told him what to push!!! (This was also a pharmacy employee!) The employees in the store have been very nice and helpful, its the pharmacy that is HORRIBLE!!!👎👎👎👎👎. If I could give them a zero I would!

Not clean and too often a long line. The Rx staff is understaffed and apathetic. If you get a txt saying your Rx is ready, that doesn’t mean they ALL ready. You have may still wait (20 min) or have to make a second trip
