Amazing customer service!! Araya deserves a raise. She was excellent and so calm and collected with so much people and being the only one there.

Our experience here was so amazing. I was joining my husbands plan and moving from Sprint/T Mobile (which was such a hassle) so was already dreading another phone experience but the gal that helped us made it so easy and she was so friendly! She treated us like people and not just a commission or something. Highly recommend!

Perfect transaction all my priorities were met and one week later I still couldn’t be happier. I was with Sprint since 1998 so I’m a loyal customer and I plan on Verizon being my cellphone carrier “forever”!!

I needed some assistance with multiple accounts and the store manager here was awesome. Very accommodating and resourceful. At the end of the visit I was able to add devices, upgrade a device and save $20. Thats great service!

This location is amazing! The wife and I had a great experience! Had the chance to do business with all the employees at this location and I have to say that my family and I are very pleased! The 2 representatives and the manager that helped us all were very humble and welcoming and very honest and upfront about everything!!! Both times we went to the store was awesome! I decided to buy a phone and was looking at each Verizon store in town. I noticed that this store was open at 9 am and all the other open late. So I decided to go into this one. When I walked in I was greeted by the store employee Maria which is awesome. Once she was done with the customer in front of me she help my out pick a phone show me differences between phones which was great customer service. All I can say is that I never had an amazing customer service like I did there. She showed me everything that I was buying showed me options on things. If your looking for great customer service I would highly recommend to go there.

This place is great! Maria is always very helpful. Anytime we need help or have an issue we come here and they always have a solution. This is our go-to store. All the reps in this store are very knowledgable and professional.

My old phone was slowly fading out and knew I needed a new one. I have delt with some stores in the past and was dreeding going in. Maria made things so simple and quickly had my new phone up and ready. I wont lie, It took some time only due to my old phone shutting down several times but she stuck with it and completed transferring my photos, tons of contacts and Apps from my old phone to my new phone.I will deal with no one else in the future and hope to see her smile after the Virus has past.I highly recommend this store to everyone. I went in one day, checked on what I wanted, left and went to compare prices and inventory, came back to Ensignal the next day and bought my new phone. They set you up completely, transfer everything, do it all. You walk out with your new phone like you have had it for ever.... just like your old phone all set up.Store Manager is a very smart and kind young man.GO THERE.... On April 24 2019 I dropped my phone and the screen went black I felt helpless. Like most, I no longer memorize phone numbers because they are at the touch of a finger on my phone. I had recently lost my drivers licence but was in the process of getting the real ID so I had so many documents proving my identity as well as an old drivers licence. I went to the Verizon my Costco to get a new phone. I was asked for my PIN which I gave. Then asked for a valid drivers licence. When I told the girl I only had a temporary paper licence but had an old licence, (which is what the DMV said to use with my temporary),SS card and state of California employee picture ID card, she shut me down! saying, she could not help without a valid drivers license. She said it was for my security. I replied I thought thats what my PIN was for. I now felt even more helpless because it would be another week or 2 before my official licence was due to come in the mail. After 28 years with Verizon I was ready to drop them. But decided instead to try this Verizon store first. When I walked in I immediately asked the young lady behind the counter for the manager. I was told he was on his way back from the other store.while I waited I watch this girl providing excellent customer service to 2 other customers in the store and one on the phone. I began to tell my story from the other store. She couldnt understand why I wasnt helped. By the time the manager got there I didnt feel the need to talk to him anymore, because Lucky for me I met Maria Avila. She was the young lady behind the counter. She was so knowledgeable and helpful! She totally made up for the horrible experience at the other Verizon store and saved a customer for Verizon!!! Thanks again Maria!!!
