We drove from Atwater looking for bar stools. My sister and her husband went to Louβs and it was pricey and the service was less than desired. I walked them over to Oak and Sofa Liquidators. I previously bought some bar stools and James was super kind and patient with me. I took my sister and her husband there and they had a wonderful experience with James. He was knowledgeable and patient with them and all their questions. We went there looking for bar stools and ended up with bar stools and a TV console. Super job James! I love this place. We recently moved into our first apartment, and the guys at Oak and Sofa Liquidators are so helpful! Thank you so much to James and Antonio for taking care of us. We were able to take home our mattress right away, and they held our sectional for us so we could pick it up with a truck. They make pick up super easy too, all you need is a copy of your receipt! Great prices! Love that the salesmen donβt follow you around when you say you are ok and just looking. I hate at other store they follow u, it makes me uncomfortable and not want to buy at those stores. If I have a question I will find someone! And thatβs exactly what we did at oaks liquors! It was very easy to pick up my item. Got to the store presented my receipt to one of the associate, within few minutes I was out of there with the item loaded in my car. Like the idea that they are now promoting online shopping which makes life so easy. Shop online pick up in store or have it delivered.
Very very pleased with entire purchase including installation. Fresno location confirmed inventory and scheduled installation of four poster bed. Previous bed from Another furniture store was disappointment from beginning and with their improper install, bed rail fell off after maybe 1year! So I was hyper sensitive to another purchase but on my daughters recommendation, I tried Oak & Sofa Liquidators and very glad I did. Excellent sales help on telephone and installers were great too.

After a long day of what seemed like endless searching Oak & Sofa Liquidators was the last stop. My friends and I were able to pick out all the furniture we needed in one go. James made things easy and effortless even though he was the only one working at the time, he managed to keep up not only with us but other customers and handling phone calls. James helped us find one that would work for us and during the process even tried to help us get something, that was screwed up by another store, fixed. He was so helpful and even helped us with disassembling the floor model desk and load it into our car. This is the best experience I have had at a furniture store especially when compared to Ashley furniture which has been a problem for us several times in the past. 10/10 would recommend shopping here.
Went in here looking for a TV stand and the gentleman that helped us his name was James was absolutely amazing!! He was very happy, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products. Because of how great he was we also purchased a dining room table and some barstools to go with our TV stand. Sales reps like James are the reason companies retain customers. Although he was alone, he did a fantastic job balancing us and several customers while only 10 minutes until closing. Although I feel bad about coming in so close to closing, I dont regret coming to this location. He helped immensely and was very patient with us. Great customer service. No pressure sales. Sectional had to be ordered and unfortunately ended up being delayed by the manufacturer but Sofa Liquidators staff was fantastic about keeping us apprised of its status along the way. Couch is exactly what we were looking for!

I dont always post reviews but this was my experience on 7/13/2020.I walked into the Blackstone store with my family, was greeted at the door by a young guy which was good. My family and I were looking at the sofa sets but WERE NEVER HELPED! This lack of service pisses me off because it makes me feel as though Im not a valued customer, ESPECIALLY being with my family.I was willing to spend thousands because I needed sofas, end tables and whatever else my wife wanted. There was NO ONE ELSE in the entire store and there were 3 workers there sitting at the desk ignoring us! My kids were well behaved too. Were Hispanic so I hope this wasnt the reason for the lack of service.They had great prices and good reviews, so I was excited to check it out for the first time but here I am writing this review unfortunately. Lack of service and a lack of interest is the same as being rude to a customer in my opinion.So thats why my 1st visit will also be my last!
Everyone there was friendly. It was easy to pick up my purchase. They have really cute/nice items. Definitely plan on going back for a dresser hopefully soon.
Dont ever go too fresno store they have the worest unprofessional people especially the white male that works there rude he is prices his people what he wants and highers for people he dont like as well things you see in the floor he will only sale if he likes you dont waste your money nor your time with this store

I recently purchased a chaise sofa from Oak and Sofa liquidators. The sofa is very comfortable, looks great in my living room, and the price was affordable. Customer service was excellent. The employees here are really nice. The first dresser to the 3 piece set we bought was damaged. They offered to replace it but since we already went thru the hassle of picking up and moving it into our bedroom, we decided to keep it and touch it up ourselves. I thought they would maybe offer a discount for the damaged one but they didnt. We placed the order July 3rd and it took 2 1/2 months to receive our 2nd piece and 4 months to finally receive our 3rd piece in October. I had to keep calling about the 3rd piece and finally when I received it, turns out it had been sitting there for a month. Kind of a hassle and long wait so I dont know if Id buy from them again.

I never got my furniture. I ordered online July 25th with no assistance i got it off the website. After numerous calls I finally just requested a refund.The only reason i am giving a 5 star is due to James(I forget his last name) the online specialist. He tried extremely hard to get ahold of the manufactures and even offered me to pick something else in the inventory, but due to covid and me having a California king size bed, its impossible. Especially since this store does not have California king frames in store most likely due to size, im sure. The day i called to finally just get a refund James was alone in the store. All his co workers had apparently called in sick (which i gather from him being the only person helping everyone).. he is a great worker to even put up with customers and me calling all by himself. If anyone is reading this and needs help at there business, offer James a job cause he deserves an opportunity to leave that place.
Back before covid-19 took place. Bought some furniture from the store upon taking home the furniture found damaged furniture. Call the store talk to Clayton Montgomery.he said he would make everything right that he would bring new merchandise from their Visalia store to replace a broken merchandise. Still nothing was ever taken care of. Almost three months later. Walked in the store on June 30 the find out whats going to happen with my merchandise that I paid for. Come to find out the store manager Clayton was missing in action as always. He seems like hes always Dodges or found a way to Dodges and made promises that he never kept. Spoke to a gentleman I believe James is his name. He was more helpful than the manager Clayton. if you plan on buying furniture from the store so good locations my second time but if you have to deal with the manager Clayton. Run away from the store youre going to get false promises filled.

Went in looking to see what selection on chairs they had as i already have a dining table but just wanted to switch out the chairs. This place was my 3rd stop after going to the βbetterβ stores and not finding something in my price range . Let me tell you , JAMES ! Thank you so much for helping me find exactly what I wanted !! Literally exact same chairs down to the Model # . i had my mind set on them and wasnβt happy that I couldnβt get them from Ashley homestore because they were way over priced for being β50% perfect off β ..... I was about to get some chairs that I was not going to be happy with when my husband asked if they had anything like the ones I wanted .... it just so happens they have the chairs sitting right by the front door waiting for me !! Such a coincidence and when i say that we were all tripping out !! Thanks again James !! We will definitely be back soon for our bed set !!!

Walked in and found a set of couches I love. Friendly service and easy employees easy to talk to. My couches are so amazing and for being in the store were in very good condition. Store is clean no horrible smell like other places Ive been. The order process was simple and quick and willing to hold my couches until I could pick them up without rushing me.

If youre looking for a cheap couch or chair or table this is the place for you. I went looking for a cheap coffee table and got what I needed. We have a 2 year old who is hard on furniture. The best option was a cheap table that was well made. We found a nice table that was inexpensive. I think it will last though his destructive years. Staff was helpful and friendly.
