The young man Paris was informative, Basically told us everything we needed to know. He answered all our questions as well. Overall, we would give him a 10 if we could. Very good Karma, plus wonderful disposition, which is the first thing we look for on a sales person. Bad, sales representative is a turn off, I would leave in a minute!

We were helped so much by Amber Beach in Hanford! She was very knowledgeable on all the Mattresses. We didn’t know what we needed to get a good rest. She gave us the facts what the differences were let us try several beds. Then wasn’t pushy, let us lay on them and decide what we thought was the most comfortable. When we wasn’t sure on the prices she said if you fine the price go down some where, on this very Mattress we will match it. All so knowing it’s hard to pick what is best we have a few months to exchange for a anther one. That made us confident to go ahead and get it with out going all over looking for the best Mattress and Price. Amber was an awesome salesperson. Thank you 😊

Incredible customer service. They went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied with the purchase we were making. The store was clean and all protocols were in place to make sure we felt safe.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had purchasing something.From day one when we picked out our mattress I thought everything was going to be smooth.-Matress and Adjustable base were delivered on time as promised.- Adjustable base had to be replaced because it quit working 2 days after delivery.- New adjustable base delivery shows up as schedule and while one delivery person puts it together, the second delivery person disappears into my bathroom for 35 minutes. Keep in mind, this is during the COVID pandemic and neither are wearing masks.-First mattress isn’t working out for my wife and I, so we pick out a different brand and the store complies with the 120 day trial policy.- second mattress delivery shows up on time but they refuse to take original mattress because they said it had a smudge on it. So we don’t take delivery of new mattress. Try to call the store to resolve the issue but it opens 45 minutes late and we can’t. Have to end up speaking to a “temp” employee that came to open the store. I ask to speak to a manager and the manager declines to speak to me...instead he lets his poor employee take the “shot gun blast” of me screaming in frustration.- Eventually (2 days later) the manager calls me to say “we are going to take the old mattress and deliver the new one”. Never apologizes for anything!!! (Arrogance at its finest, like he did me a favor).-New mattress delivered 1 week later, old mattress hauled off.- Check my statement last night and the original base was supposed to be free with purchase, and they ended up charging me for it.- Called store to resolve issues about base and they said “well maybe you were confused when you made the purchase?”. Thanks for insulting me!!!- On top of missing time off from work while I sit and wait on the delivery window 4 times. Money lost!!I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to Mattress Firm for anything.

Updated: As you can see the buying experience was initially fantastic! However we quickly realized that there were some serious issues. On our delivery date, we were left hanging and when we called to find out why they never showed the manager said we were never placed on the schedule for that day and our base wasn’t even in stock (which wasn’t even the base we had ordered!)She quickly put us on the schedule for the next day with the correct base. When the delivery came they had a cheaper, inferior mattress protective cover than the one we’d been shown. We didn’t even report it because we were so fed up. THEN, we received not ONE (1) but TWO (2) credit cards for the financing! One account had our correct balance and the other had a ZERO balance. WHY would anyone want TWO separate credit accounts for the same store?????? What we thought was a great experience turned into a $3,000 nightmare. We are not likely to ever purchase from that location again. Thank goodness at least the delivery drivers were pretty awesome!Original review: We’d been shopping for a few months, trying different mattresses as we were able with the pandemic. Jo was excellent in every way! She talked to us about our needs, assisted us in making an educated decision and we were able to make a choice very quickly. We went In and the older sales man was pretty rude telling my kids to not lay on the bed it offended me so we left. We decided about a year later to give it another try, a young man by the name of PARiS was there and he was amazing! He was so kind and courteous and not pushy at all! This is my 2 time purchasing a mattress with Mattress firm. First experience was great and I love my bed! This time I went to get my son a bed and the lady was super rude! I almost walked out but she did give me a good deal... how ever I had to push for it. I had to be the one to check the website and tell her what deals are going on ... she acted like she didn’t know. On a positive note , I’m thankful for the good deal and I know the mattress will be great!

Yesterday I went into the store in search of a mattress for my daughter. Sue was the exceptionally helpful employee who helped me. She was able to bring their price down on a mattress to match Walmarts price on one I didnt like. She walked to the back and found a cheaper mattress that even beat Walmarts price! I couldnt turn that down that offer. Ive also spoken to Amber on the phone who was just as pleasant as Sue was. Great customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Mattress Firm Hanford!

May i suggest you let customers know this upon ordering so they, we, do not expect and prepare to receive the mattress on the delivery date..We went to the Hanford store 3 weeks ago, the customer service was very good but we were initially told delivery would be in 1-2 days, then when the order was placed we found out it would be 3 weeks. We decided to order and wait the 3 weeks.Then we get a call from our sales rep the day before our delivery date and were told it would be another 3 weeks! And, today, our original delivery date, the delivery truck shows up. These guys did not have our mattress and were embarrassed and very apologetic.Bottom line, good customer service but horrible overall service as we still do not have a mattress!

Believe the reviews when we say that Paris is a phenomenal sales representative. He was professional and knowledgeable on every mattress we asked about or were shown. My wife and i had been needing a new mattress for some time now and this was the first location we stopped at. Lo and behold we neednt look any further because Paris found us the perfect mattress for our combined needs, ensuring he knew every detailabout our sleeping habits and using that information to narrow down a select few mattresses to suit us. Our mattress arrived 2 days later and the delivery team was just as professional and courteous. They set everything up for us and were in and out in a flash. If I could give mattress firm a -10 review I would. Ive been waiting for my order for a month now, I scheduled a date when I first made my order and I the earliest was the 29th of September. That day came and went and I got no call, no delivery, and no email as to why that was. Now I have to wait another three weeks for my next maybe delivery date to come before I get them.

PARIS was amazing! We went to the store once to look around then came back a week later and he remembered us! He has excellent people skills and very professional! Will definitely come back!

I had been to a Sleep Train store about a year ago. My experience was good then too. This time was even better though as my previous purchases were on record. I bought basically the same bed again so I was in and out of the store in no time. And, with the holiday specials, I got an even better price! So I do work for Mattress Firm in Hanford but thanks to their products they saved my bed. My 4 n 9 year old grand kids stayed the night with me, theyve had a tough year, but my granddaughter slept in are bed N thank goodness I had their protectors on my bed. She had an accident but my bed was saved because of the encasement n 5 sided protector. I tell you when you pay any amount for a bed u need protection.
