Susan is one of the nicest property managers you could ever have. She knows and understands military life and how much room you’ll need to store. She greeted us with open arms and we’re very appreciative of that.To the higher ups (district managers) consider giving her a raise and more vacation time. First time storage unit user here. Susan is kind and patient. I appreciated her friendliness and willingness to answer all of my questions. She took time to show me a couple of units and explained in detail about them. The district manager, Hollis, was in the office and she was fabulous as well!

With no other storage having availability or were closing for the day, Ms Susan was able to do it with such great attitude. She even personally call to check on me to make sure I got in ok.. Reserved online for a short storage for two months. The online booking made it quick, easy, and affordable. Everything was ready to go in the storage unit in a matter of hours without having to make contact. When it came time to leave and close out, Susan made the process very easy. Very friendly, great attitude, and a nice environment overall. Will definitely use again !

Went here to check on a storage unit but the prices are just too much for what I wanted to use it for. I will put up with the clutter for another year. Hopefully the housing market will be better in a year. This pandemic sucks!

I reserved a unit online and got a phone call to make an appt the next day. Jean was very helpful in setting me up with a unit, even though I needed to make some last minute changes due to my reservation in-store. She was very quick to get everything sorted out and getting me set up with a unit that suited my storage needs. I had a pleasant and most helpful experience with public storage. The onsite mgr. (Jean) was most helpful and very knowledgeable. I recommend this facility to everyone.

My husband left work early to get all the paperwork filled out and pay for the rental. He told the office manager he would be back this evening to put our first load into storage. We loaded up the truck and went to the storage unit. It had a lock on it and we could not put anything in storage! We called the office manager and left a voicemail (no call back). We then called the Corporate office and were told that we would have to wait until tomorrow morning at 9:30am when the Office Mgr arrived because she would have to take the lock off. My husband was never advised we had to be back before she left for the day. She never advised my husband of this even though he specifically told her we would be back with a load later in the evening. Extremely poor communication that resulted in wasted time and gas.

This public storage location is very conveniently located, close to NASA. The units appear to be brand new with line chalk still on the ground. They’re very clean and the are kept cooler than my apartment. The best thing about this store is Aurora and her team. She was really helpful from the first phone call, and even recognized from my voice when I walked it. I plan on keeping this unit for a while.

Money hungry. If you’re military, I wouldn’t recommend. They’ll talk a big game and not deliver. Got deployed and paid upfront, sounds easy right? Wrong. They changed the policies, didn’t attempt to tell me, and hit me with additional rent and fees upon returning, when they said I wouldn’t have to worry about it, then charged me anyway.

The young manager was the best. I cant remember her name I am bad with names. She was a young black woman so very sweet to me and my boyfriend. She brought us water bottles and helped beyond belief. We visited two publics and was very happy with staff attentiveness, they were very helpful. We visited several different storages that day and ended up with a publics storage unit. We loved the cleanliness, and the units were in better conditions. Would recommend going to publics, there walls are aluminum which I prefer. There units had lights in them.
